The cake was delicious!!! The service outstanding!!!! Ana customized the cake and was kind enough to accommodate our special requests! They called ahead of time to confirm and our guests were delighted!!!

Just had my bridal shower this past weekend and everybody had something to say about the cake....from its looks to its taste!!!
I personally had a great experience....Was a little nervous at first since I wanted to make sure my colors would match ( had a design to print ) and everyone at the office was very helpful!! They called me, took pictures, and came up with different ideas to make sure I was happy with the end result which was, needless to say, perfect ;)

The cake was moist and delicious. I had 6 tiers, each with a different infusion and everyone loved it. They were so easy to work with and professional. It looked excatly like what I had described and the pictures that I had shown. The tasting itself was delicious and they gave us so many pieces and even some to send home to my father who was unable to attend. It was perfect!

Our cake not only tasted amazing but it was absolutely beautiful and better than what we imagined it to be. Our cake actually got injured on its way to the venue but luckily Ana the actually drove down to our wedding venue to repair the minor damage. I thought that was great and we were extremely impressed. We highly recommend Ana Paz cakes. It was the best wedding cake we have ever had! :)

Without question the most delicious Cake I have ever tasted. So moist even over night when a piece was left out without any cover it was still moists and delicious. Aside from the taste the Cake was absolutely gorgeous! The owner, Ana, is a dream and wonderful to work with. I will definetly order cakes from her in the future. Definitely worth the trip to Miami from West Boynton Beach for a cake so delicious and gorgeous! Kudos to them!!!!

My wedding cake was beautiful! And it was delicious!! All my guests said my wedding cake was the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake they had seen/had. Ana is also very nice and will work with any design you have in mind. I definitely recommend her!!

I was considering another wedding-cake baker that was included with my hotel's wedding package, and am extremely happy I went with Ana Paz. Her service, flexibility, professionalism, and the taste and appearance of her cakes are much classier and far superior to any other baker I considered. My four-tier vanilla-rum cake (which I highly recommend) with buttercream frosting received rave reviews, including from my cousin that works at a catering company, who said it was the best wedding cake she has ever tasted. Aside from the beautiful, delicious cake, the staff at Ana Paz was also very helpful, attentive, and responsive, not to mention MUCH more flexible than other area bakers. Ana herself even called me prior to the wedding to make sure I had my cake topper in order. Thank you for making my vision a reality!

All we can say over and over is, thank you, thank you, thank you to Ana!!! our Wedding Cake was beautiful in every way, and the Almond Infused cake with custard filling was delicioussss!!! Everyone in our wedding loved the cake, and we can't wait to find a reason to order a cake from Ana's again... :)

I love their wedding cake. He have a variety of flavors (check their twitter for flavours of the day!) that are moist in texture and yummy in flavor and the icing/frosting wasn't overly sweet. It was a perfect balance of cake and icing. My favourites so far: dulce de leche, ferrero, and chocolate truffle. The service is also excellent - always friendly. Definitely the best wedding cake in my life.
