Amazing experience, Amazing Travel Agent

Working with Judi Henninger at Always Honeymoon Travel was a wonderful experience. Judi was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Judi provided excellent travel tips and was always available to answer questions. Judi was on top of everything required for travel and made us feel very safe and confident while traveling during Covid. Judi recommended a stunning resort in Antigua and made our honeymoon remarkable. I look forward to working with her in the future for our next vacation.

Amazing, easy, and smooth

Judy made our vacation experience so smooth and worry free!! She helped us find the perfect location with all the things we were looking for. Wonderful, Amazing, Wonderful

Judi at Always Honeymoon Travel LLC was wonderful in every way. Communicative, easy-going, knowledgeable about locations and amenities, and very very sweet! My husband and I absolutely would go to her again to book a trip and I highly recommend every honeymooner gift to her!! Out trip to Aruba was nothing short of perfect!

Wonderful Travel Agent - We Use Her Every Anniversary

Judi has been wonderful to work with. She helped us book a honeymoon traveling throughout Australia back in 2015. For our one year anniversary she planned a trip to San Diego for us. This year we were supposed to be traveling again for our 5 year anniversary to go to England/France. It has been a roller coaster of a year to say the least and she has been wonderful about helping us rearrange the trip and delay until next year. Would certainly recommend Judi at Always Honeymoon Travel to anyone I know!

Judi H. is a saint !

Judi helped my fiancé and I plan our honeymoon in January for a November trip to Mexico. She was so patient and replied quickly to my emails
About departure time preferences. She helped recommend and initiate travel insurance (SO THANKFUL). Then the pandemic came, and Judi was still calm. She had stories of hope and others’ travel plans working out. Because I work in healthcare, she helped schedule and postpone our honeymoon to spring of 2021. She gives great inside tips and advice. She is a saint, and I’m thankful she is patient and kind !

Judi is a saint

Judi helped my fiancé and I plan our honeymoon. She was so quick to respond to emails, and graciously answered questions about airline tickets and departure time preferences. She tailored our trip to our preferences and budget.

And then the pandemic happened and she called me and her voice was so genuinely kind and empathetic. She cheered me on for still having a small wedding. Then worked with us all over again to move our trip to spring of 2021. She is so patient and kind. She’s the Saint of all travel agents. You need to work with Judi !!!!!!

Judi planned our trip to Italy and was amazing to work with! We have never traveled to Europe and she was so helpful in providing all the information we needed to know. Best decision we made!

Judy was absolutely amazing! We were traveling to Hawaii for our honeymoon. Neither of us had ever been before - so we didn't know what to expect, where to book, or how to even go about planning the trip! Judy was beyond accommodating. She was so helpful, stayed within our budget, and took care of everything we needed. She gave us a lot of insight on the islands and helped us choose the best fit for us. The resort we stayed at was phenomenal as well. She knows her stuff! I would highly recommend Always Honeymoon Travel based upon our experience with Judy and our trip!

Amazing service and care

I have used Judi at Always Honeymoon Travel multiple times for trips around the globe. I aways give her the craziest ideas for things that I want to do and every single time she sets me up with the BEST trip that I could possibly imagine. She takes all the planning out of the trip and it doesn't matter how far fetched my ideas are she is always there to make my dreams come true. Also, if for some reason things do go wrong during your trip she is there to fix the issue and make everything right. In Good Hands

I have been using Judy as a travel agent for over 10 years so when it was time to plan our honeymoon it was a no brainer. I gave her a budget and let her work her magic. Judy came back with multiple options, we picked a destination and Judy took care of the rest. It was reassuring to know that our honeymoon plans were in good hands and we did not have to worry about a thing. As always her destination recommendation was on point and we thoroughly enjoyed Barbados.

We love judi!

Judi was AMAZING to work with, and I am so thankful that we used her to help us plan our 5-city honeymoon! She made everything so easy, and after months and months of planning our wedding, easy is exactly what we needed. She coordinated all of our transfers, of which there were many, and our traveling could not have been any less stressful. She had great recommendations and helped us coordinate so many wonderful activities and tours while we were in Europe.
She is a pleasure to work with, and she was always available when we needed to talk to her! We can't wait to use her for our next big trip!

Judi is making our dream honeymoon a reality!

If you are in the process of honeymoon planning, or any vacation for that matter, do yourself a favor and reach out to Always Honeymoon Travel! From the very beginning Judi has been amazing. My fiance and I had no clue where we wanted to go, we just knew we wanted to relax on a beach, go on some active adventures, and experiance some culture. Judi spent a long time on the phone with me on multiple occasions discussing different destinations and properties that fit our desires and our budget. We eventually landed on The Renaissance in Aruba! She then set up an itinerary for us and was so helpful when we had a lot of questions before pulling the trigger, always providing helpful and timely responses to my emails. She even recomended a great travel guide app for the country. I was so intimidated by the process of planning international travel, and she has made it stress free. We leave for Aruba after the wedding in August, so exciting!

Unforgettable Honeymoon!

We are so glad we chose Always Honeymoon Travel for our honeymoon! Judi is incredible and helped us plan an unforgettable honeymoon within our budget! After stressing for so long over planning a wedding, Judi made it so that we could just relax and enjoy being newlyweds! Judi Henninger was so wonderful in planning our honeymoon. We learned that Judi does phenomenal work in planning honeymoons from my brother and sister-in-law. My sister-in-law was really impressed of how Judi planned for everything in their honeymoon in a seamless way. Based on this, my husband and I decided to contact Judi to plan our honeymoon. From the beginning, Judi took her time in getting to know what my husband and I wanted for our honeymoon. Then, she identified three honeymoon destination possibilities which were all great, and after speaking with her in detail about each destination we ultimately decided for Iceland. Judi took her time in planning hotel, excursions and tours in Iceland. Prior to our trip, Judi made sure that we had our itinerary and necessary vouchers for our tours and excursions. She made the process so easy. While in Iceland, she made herself available if we encountered any problems during our honeymoon. We really appreciate Judi in making our honeymoon a special one. Always Honeymoon Travel LLC was amazing! Judi helped us plan a trip to Italy where we would get married and travel all around for 3 weeks! She connected us with an amazing boutique hotel and the nicest host that helped us plan the wedding, and she took care of everything else. She worked with us and our families to find out what we wanted to do (not just places, but down to how we wanted to spend our time), places we wanted to go, what we liked and didn’t like, and what we were comfortable with, and tailored the most memorable trip for us. Each time we talked with her she raised our excitement level and she told us stories from her trips, and she helped 2 very green travelers (we had never been outside of the states) get everything we could possibly need. She set up everything from plane, train and automobiles, but also trip insurance, tickets, and different guides around each city! We literally didn’t have to do anything other than our own research and finding a place to eat each night (all part of the fun!)

When it came to the trip itself, we had every problem imaginable logistically (flights cancelled, delayed, redirections, luggage, etc). None of it was Judi’s fault, obviously, yet she was there every step of the way to give recommendations and guidance to get us there safely. Even after we had been there a few days, she checked in to make sure there were no other faults or issues. We are going to remember this trip for the rest of our lives, and we couldn’t have done it without Judi. I could go on and on about the many things she did to help us prepare, but then you would just be wasting time reading reviews instead of just contacting Always Honeymoon Travel LLC and starting to plan the trip of a lifetime!

Judi did a great job helping us plan our honeymoon to New Zealand. We provided with a few cities we wanted to visit and some activities of interest and she planned all those and threw in some more ideas that we ended up loving as well! She was so responsive to all our emails during the planning process with quick response times for working with another time zone. I would highly recommend her to help plan any trip, and plan to use her in the future!

Always Honeymoon Travel LLC made my husband an my FIRST ever overseas trip (for our honeymoon) a breeze. Our wishlist of travel wants was not for the faint of heart: I requested that my husband get a coastal beach destination, but told her we needed to avoid anywhere that the CDC cautioned about a Zika risk. I wanted an adventure but also a cultural and historical education. We needed to go somewhere that understood English as neither of us speak another language and were inexperienced to how traveling overseas, in general, worked. We also had a fairly conservative budget that we needed her to take into consideration, as we paid for our wedding ourselves, and had not recuperated yet.

Judi guided us seamlessly through the process. She was compassionate, understanding , and answered all five million questions we asked her, over the course of a hundred phone calls - I tend to be an over-thinker/over-planner. :0)

She made sure that we were prepared for unexpected travel needs like: buying a waterproof map for Venice, what electrical step downs to buy, what shoes we should and shouldn't wear, explaining how it would be better for a private driver to navigate the streets of the Amalfi Coast rather than let us fend for ourselves, or by bus etc.

We felt like royalty, staying in 5 star rated hotels, having private drivers, skipping the line private tours of attractions, and traveling first class by high speed rail. There was not one detail that was not considered. She also promised that she would be available 24/7 by phone if there was an emergency and didn't mind the 6 hour time difference - amazing customer service!

Judi feels like family and my husband and I cannot wait to go on our next trip planned by her! She has earned our lifetime business.

The team at Always Honeymoon Travel helps us pick a great place for our wedding and honeymoon. Judi listened to our needs and made sure everything was set up before we arrived. She gave us helpful hints and tips on what to do when we arrived, during our stay, and airport navigation.

Planning a wedding is incredibly time consuming, and I was feeling anxious about whether I'd have to time to also plan our honeymoon. A friend recommended working with Judi and we're so glad that we did. She knew Costa Rica well, planned a fun but relaxing itinerary and everything went smoothly. Transportation showed up when it was supposed to, activities ran as planned, etc. We also got a free upgrade to a suite at one of our hotels. Not sure if Judi was behind it, but either way, we had an amazing trip. I highly recommend working with Judi and Always Honeymoon Travel.

From the initial planning stages, Judi was very helpful in making recommendations on where and how to travel. Activities were recommended and set up based on our specific interests. Judi did such an amazing job in setting up our Italy honeymoon! Having Judi book our days in Rome, Florance, and Venice was the best decision we made! it definitely reduced the stress of planning the perfect honeymoon in a strange land. She was very knowledgable of Italy and recommended number of days we should spend at each location keeping in mind what my husband and I were interested in site seeing. She took care of the flights, booking the best hotels, and train tickets to each destination! She won't book anything without your approval !!!! I recommend Always Honeymoom travel! Judi at Always Honeymoon was fantastic at helping us decide where and what we should do for our honeymoon! We went to Maui for our honeymoon and had the time of our lives. Judi is very knowledgable and was able to answer our (many) questions about the Hawaiian islands and what each had to offer including information about resorts and excursions. Judi's help definitely made our honeymoon unforgettable and I highly recommend her for any vacation you plan to book (as I plan to use her help in all future vacations for sure!) but she certainly knows how to make sure your honeymoon is perfect.

I decided to contact Judi with Always Honeymoon Travel because she came so highly rated. The same day I reached out to her, she contacted me and we began to plan my honeymoon. She not only worked with me, but she took time to talk to me over the phone to make sure that I was getting what I wanted and staying within my budget. It took many different plans and conversations, but she stuck with me never making me feel like I was a burden with my indecisiveness and inability to make a decision. Finally, my husband and I selected a location and Judi did everything she could to ensure it was a week filled with many different things to do that we would enjoy and it was exactly that. I cannot recommend Judi enough. She was always eager to talk with me about any questions or concerns I had and I cannot emphasize enough how understanding and helpful she was. We plan on continuing to use her for our many vacations to come and would definitely recommend her to anyone else looking to plan their honeymoon or trip!

My husband and I just recently returned from our honeymoon in Aruba, thanks to Judi at Always Honeymoon Travel. During the planning time, we had many obstacles- with the church catching on fire and redirecting our entire wedding. Judi was patient and never pushy. She called every few weeks to check-in, until we were ready to start planning. She was conscious of our budget and what we wanted. We never actually met Judi, which sounds strange, but it was nice to plan the vacation without meeting in person multiple times. She could not have planned a better trip! We stayed at the RIU Palace and I could not say anything bad about it, we had a relaxing, memorable honeymoon to celebrate our marriage! Judi provided details about the destination (since she had been there) as well as answered questions about traveling, and helped us to use an app to communicate with family and her.(Viber)She thought of anything- when we finally returned home we had a letter and gift from her, which was so sweet. I will definitely be traveling with Honeymoon Travels in the future!

Judi was awesome! Not only did she book my wedding and honeymoon in Jamaica, she also dealt with the 20 guests we invited on vacation. Judi was always just an email or phone call away. We spent hours on the phone talking, first talking about the best wedding location to spend with my family and friends, and then to find the perfect honeymoon spot. We decided on Couples Tower Isle for the wedding and Couples Sam Souci for our honeymoon. Both were amazing. Judi was also my personal wedding consultant at times. If she didn't know the answer, she was able to put me in contact with someone at the resort that could. I am definitely planning on using her again to book our next vacation. The family is already talking about our 5 year anniversary vacation in Jamica!

We are SO incredibly happy we found Judi from Always Honeymoon Travel to plan our honeymoon! Not only is she the sweetest, she is very knowledgeable, prompt in her responses and truly cares about her clients. We went back and forth for a few months with Judi before selecting St. Lucia for our Honeymoon. Let me tell you, it is breathtaking, just as Judi had described. We ended up having an issue with our resort closing the week before we were supposed to arrive. But Judi worked diligently to ensure we were taken care of at another resort, and we even scored some awesome upgrades/add-ons! Always Honeymoon Travel planned a week long honeymoon for my wife and I at The Renaissance Resort and Casino in Aruba. Our travel agent, Judi, was excellent. She was super polite and got us exactly what we needed. I wasn't quite sure what we wanted other than to be in the Caribbean, because we had never been out of the country. She offered us nine different resorts total on three different islands (all of which were out of the way of possible hurricanes). Judi asked me a few questions to help me narrow down what would work best for us and helped us plan on what to take with us. She is HIGHLY informed about all of the resorts and what they have to offer. Judi set up transport for us both ways to and from the airport and had a nice gift delivered to our honeymoon suite the moment we arrived! We definitely got our money's worth and will definitely contact Always Honeymoon travel in the future for our vacation planning.

Judi was so wonderful to work with during our entire honeymoon/wedding planning process. We weren't exactly sure where we wanted to go, but we knew that we wanted an all-inclusive where we could focus on relaxation, sun bathing, and each others company. Judi of Always Honeymoon Travel was absolutely amazing! She booked our 2 week Honeymoon to Rome, Siena, and Prague. She pick amazing hotels for us and made the trip stress free! To be honest, I can't remember which wedding website I found Judi at Always Honeymoon, but I am so glad I did. Judi is knowledgeable, helpful and extremely professional.

We ended up choosing the RIU Antillas in Aruba. I felt that this was a well educated decision as Judi had provided us with plenty of destinations with a significant amount of information about each. We loved Aruba. The food was fantastic, the staff super friendly and the drinks were awesome!

I am so glad that we chose Always Honeymoon and will definitely be using Judi to book future travels!

First I want to say that I will never use another travel company besides Always Honeymoon Travel ever again. Judi was phenomenal and found us the most perfect honeymoon spot in Guanacaste Costa Rica. Not only was she helpful and patient in the process but also during our crazy flight delays/trip delays etc. We had a HORRIBLE experience with the airlines but Judi was up taking care of our issues bright and early from another country making sure we were being helped quickly and were able to get back to our home. If it weren't for Judi, we would have never made it home. We want to express our gratitude to Judi and this company for all of the amazing customer service and helping us feel important when others neglected to help. Judi was absolutely fantastic as she helped us plan our honeymoon! Initially we wanted to go to the Virgin Islands, however given hurricane season she advised us of the potential risks, and suggested other destinations. She did a great job of understanding what my wife and I's requirements were and provided us with a plethora of information. We settled on Aruba, and could not have been more pleased. One of the things that I thought was a differentiator that Judi brought to the table, was her personal experience traveling to so many destinations. She did a great job of explaining all the pro's and con's of the various destinations we were considering. We will absolutely be working with Judi for our next extended vacation. Judi and Always Honeymoon Travel were absolutely fantastic! And, let me tell you, we gave her a boatload of challenges to overcome and she took on everything with a smile! First, Judi helped us pick a wonderful destination -- Barbados! We also needed to have total travel insurance coverage because of my work and Judi handled that for us completely. But then, Judi informed us that our intended resort in Barbados had new ownership and she no longer felt comfortable recommending it. We trusted her judgement completely and she recommended several great alternatives -- keeping in mind that our travel was in October during hurricane season. The next destination we picked was Los Cabos, Mexico! The resort Judi recommended looked fabulous and we placed the deposit. Judi sent us very organized itineraries and travel documents so that we would be completely prepared for our upcoming travel. But then, just two weeks before our wedding day, Hurricane Odile hit Los Cabos and our resort was shut down during our upcoming travel dates. It was the first hurricane to hit that area in over a decade! We were heartbroken. Judi called and made us feel so much better because she was already prepared with a number of back-up options for us. With her recommendation, we ended up selecting a beautiful all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic! Judi had all the flights and insurance adjusted in a matter of days and promptly sent us updated travel documents. When we finally went on our honeymoon, it was so incredible and luxurious. We were spoiled with a number of surprise honeymoon inclusions and the resort was even more beautiful in person. Throughout the entire time, Judi was extremely responsive to our calls and emails. We always knew we could reach out to her if there was an issue and she would handle it in an instant! Luck (and the weather!) was not necessarily on our side during our honeymoon planning, but Judi still made it a complete success! We can't thank her enough! :)

Judi was SO HELPFUL when it came time for us to a find a Honeymoon destination. She asked for everything we wanted in a resort and what area we were wanting to travel to. It didn't take long before she showed us the perfect place. Once that was picked, she took care of it ALL. Once she made all the arrangements she sent us a travel booklet in the mail with our of our documents. I wouldn't of thought to get the booklet but I was so glad I had it. Inside it fit our passports and travel confirmations that I could keep in a safe place at all times.

In the past when I have traveled, I have typically worked with a travel agent face to face. By chance, I received an email from TheKnot.com about a free travel consultation from Always HoneyMoon Travel LLC. I decided to read though the fine print and give it a try- I am so glad we did! Working with Judi was one of the easiest parts of planning our wedding and honeymoon. She understood exactly what we were looking for by providing her with a few key words to explain what kind of experience we wanted. She was prompt when replying and offered different options each and every time until we decided on a place that fit our criteria. She made booking our honeymoon stress free. She took care of everything! Judi also recommended (and booked) a few fun excursions for my husband and I to enjoy. She continually followed up to ensure we were all set for our honeymoon and even followed up when we returned. She is kind, thoughtful and wonderful at her job. My husband had never traveled out of the country and was a bit overwhelmed when first deciding on a location for our honeymoon. As the bride, I did not have much input into where we were going however, when the door opened to our ocean front villa, I could not have been more impressed. If I could give Judi ten stars I absolutely would! She is easy to get along with and extremely knowledgeable about the destinations she books for her clients (having visited many of them personally). At our first meeting she asked pointed questions to help us decide what type of honeymoon we were looking for, then sent us home with an armful of booklets with recommendations for resorts in each area. Making the booking was as easy as emailing Judi with where we wanted to go (and stay). Because we booked so far in advance, Judi held off on making our flight reservations until we could get the best value for our money, and ended up saving us more than $500 in travel costs.

Her recommendations are right on the mark! We loved our stay at Couples Tower Isle in Jamaica, and even from across the sea I was able to get in touch with Judi to confirm our flights and hotel transfers when we had a delayed connection.

No matter what kind of trip you want to plan, or where you want to go, reach out to Judi - you'll have the time of your life!

WE STRONGLY recommend using Judi Henninger for any and all travel plans! She was recommended to us by close friends who used her for their honeymoon. I first contacted her when we got engaged because we wanted to plan a destination wedding (just the two of us) to the South Pacific. We told Judi what we had in mind and she came back with some recommendations for Fiji. One of the first places she recommended was Matangi Island Private Resort. We instantly fell in love with this island based on the website and knew that eventually that is where we would get married. Judi was so knowlegable. She knew ALL about this small island of pure paradise!!

We were engaged in April of 2008 and were not married in Fiji until October of 2010. Judi worked with us for over two years to make this dream trip happen. She really went above and beyond her duties as a travel agent and added a personal touch that you just can’t get from most business people. She was wonderful about responding and getting back to us with all the questions we had (and we had a lot of questions). She also had so many smart ideas and tips for us before we traveled. Judi went to Fiji a couple months before we ended up going. She even visited the two places (Matangi and Qamea) and saw what both places had to offer first hand! Our wedding/honeymoon trip was a trip of a lifetime. I can’t put in to words how great it was and Judi is the one who sent us there! It really was the stuff of dreams.

Judy was great. We came to her with only a vague idea of what we wanted and she pulled together the trip of a lifetime. I didn't have to think about anything which was perfect because there was literally no time for me to stress over a honeymoon. We will be life long customers!

An amazing experience!

We were introduced to Judi at Always Honeymoon Travel by a friend. We had never worked with a travel agent so we were a little skeptical at first. Boy we’re we wrong! Judi made our Honeymoon an absolutely amazing experience! She took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for with our honeymoon. She gave us her recommendations and knew exactly what would be a good fit for us. We decided to go to Aruba and she booked us the islands most romantic honeymoon hotel. Everything was handled from beginning to end. We highly recommend Judi at Always Honeymoon Travel and we have no doubt we will use her again.

Judi did a wonderful job planning our honeymoon. I don't travel much so I was overwhelmed by the idea of planning an international honeymoon- We knew what we wanted, but didn't know where to start. I am so glad I found Judi at Always Honeymoon Travel. She spent some time on the phone getting to know us- our interests, likes, dislikes, budget, etc. She helped us choose a country based on our preferences, budget, and expectations. Once we chose a country, she put together multiple quotes and itineraries within our budget for us to choose from. She knows the resorts inside and out- I asked all kinds of detailed questions to determine which resort would be the best fit and Judi was able to provide us with a lot of information regarding the "feel" of each resort, romance, food/drink quality, etc.

We were not disappointed in our choice! And Judi makes herself accessible throughout the trip as well, should anything come up. We didn't need anything, but great to know she is available and so willing to help.

Judi made honeymoon planning so easy and nearly effortless!

We did our research online and initially narrowed our search of resorts down to about 12. Judi at Always Honeymoon Travel quickly helped us narrow down our choices, and then offered a few of her own that we had not heard of. She did a great job of listening to our wants and needs and putting together a honeymoon package that suited us perfectly. She communicated with my husband and booked our resort, flights, and transportation and got us a great price. We couldn't be happier! We had never used a travel agent before, and we would most definitely use Judi in the future for all our travel plans!

Judi did a great job!

We chose to work with Judi to plan our honeymoon to northern Italy and she was amazing. She made the planning fun and easy and was willing to go the extra mile to make our trip just how we wanted it.

She was available for contact during our entire trip overseas and was able to quickly provide help and advice. She also recommended things for us to do which we would have never found on our own.

Awesome to plan with!

Judi was awesome and made planning our first overseas trip (northern Italy) absolutely easy and fun! I called many travel agencies and everyone only wanted to sell pre-packaged trips. Judi put together many custom itineraries for us and was always willing to make adjustments.

The packet she gave us to travel with had all the paperwork we needed and worked without issues. She was available what seemed like 24/7 to answer our questions while we were overseas.

We intend to keep traveling with her for our next trips! Highly Recommend!

Always Honeymoon Travel was such a blessing. I was working overtime and going to school while trying to plan a wedding in Miami, from Ohio. Judi Henninger coordinated everything from flights to the reception to booking our cabins, not to mention throwing in added perks and peace of mind. I would definintely recommend Judi and Always Honeymoon Travel for your event. It made my wedding enjoyable, right down to detail-planning.
