Althea was absolutely wonderful. She really took care of me throughout the entire process. The first time I went there we spend hours trying on different dresses and she was not only supportive, but just as determined as I was to find the perfect dress. She was with me throughout every appointment and made my mother, sisters, bridesmaids, and I feel like we were the only bridal party she was there to assist! Althea helped me with my dress and she was fantastic. The salon had a nice selection of nicely priced dresses. I wasn't really finding a dress that I loved, when Althea explained that I could customize some dresses from the Casablanca line in order to get exactly what I wanted. The dress was even better than I had imagined, and Val the seamstress did an amazing job with the fitting and the bustle. I felt like a princess on my day and my dress got numerous compliments. The salon was wonderful to work with and very responsive to emails and phone calls.

The botique was a nice atmoshphere to go dress shopping; however, ALL of my bridesmaids were instructed by the staff to order dressses that ended up being about 2 sizes too big. We had to pay alot in tailoring fees.

I found my wedding dress at Allure and the woman who helped me try on dresses was wonderful-kind and honest and a joy to work with. The dress was very reasonably priced.
I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses from allure and all of the bridesmaids were happy.

I also bought the flower girl dresses there-then we had a couple of issues, they sent the wrong size dress to my niece and when her mom called to complain they gave her some trouble about sending it back. My mother then went in to the store to discuss it with them and the owner was quite rude to her. I was dissapointed in this since we spent about two thousand dollars at the store.

I would recommend looking at Allure for a bridal gown but would not definitively buy everything there...
