Bethany was the best!
Booking Bethany was the first decision we made for our wedding! She absolutely crushed it at my sister’s wedding the year before, and I knew we needed that same incredible energy on our dance floor. She did not disappoint! From the first song to the last, the dance floor was packed all night long. She read the crowd perfectly, kept the transitions smooth, and somehow made sure every guest had a reason to get up and dance. Bethany is professional, fun, and clearly loves what she does. Our reception wouldn’t have been the same without her.

Book these ladies!
I attended a wedding where Jill was the DJ and immediately knew I had to have her DJ our wedding! She did our ceremony and reception music! Did not miss a single que and we got so so many compliments on our music! Jill is incredible at balancing taking crowd requests and playing all the music me and my now husband wanted to hear! Jill is professional, attentive and flexible. She even sent us videos of the crowd from her POV and I really cherish those! By the end of your experience you will feel like she is a friend! Could not have asked for a better DJ experience!!! :)

The best DJ!
Jill from ATRG was our wedding DJ and she was spectacular! She delivered exactly what we asked for and caught on to our tastes very quickly. Our guests loved her!! The dance floor was full all night long, which is exactly what we wanted. She even sent us videos of the dance floor that she took herself throughout the evening. It was such a special and unexpected touch, we are so grateful!

20 Year Anniversary/Vows Renewal
We hired All The Right Grooves to DJ our event. Jill, did a fabulous job. The hiring process was really smooth, and she provided great communication along the way. It was the right balance. Her service during the event felt the same. Very smooth, not over the top but would chime in when needed. We got wonderful feedback from our guests. Above and Beyond!
Jill with All the Right Grooves is INCREDIBLE- she is such a professional at what she does. My husband and I had to pivot or wedding plans from a wedding in Asheville, NC to a wedding in Lake Norman, NC, and only had about 2.5 weeks to do so, and she was so easy-going and reliable while we were going through everything. She was able to accommodate our plans with ease, and on the day of the wedding itself she was so incredibly professional. She set up all of her equipment on her own, and our ceremony space was not necessarily the easiest spot (we were all the way out on a dock by the lake!), and the entire ceremony went flawlessly. She made sure the entire evening ran smoothly, and we also got multiple compliments on her music choices! Your wedding will be in safe hands with All the Right Grooves!

Awesome job!
All the right grooves was the DJ and MC for our wedding this past weekend. It was an all around great experience! They did such a great job with the music and announcements AND had people so hyped up during the dancing portion of the reception. We had Jill as our DJ for our wedding and it could not have gone more perfectly. She was super responsive throughout the whole process and was extremely flexible from start to finish. Upon arriving, Jill was immediately able to match the vibes of our wedding and our guests. We had a Sunday wedding but it was very high energy and Jill kept the dance floor alive the entire time, it didn't even feel like a Sunday wedding! We have received so many messages after the wedding saying the reception playlist was amazing and perfect. It was almost impossible to find a time to leave the dance floor because each song was a banger. We are so glad with our services from ATRG and cannot recommend them enough!

Jill truly went above and beyond for our wedding. She covered everything from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception and nailed every part of it. She was professional, fun and read the crowd perfectly all night. She kept the dance floor crowded and there was never a dull moment. She was also an incredible emcee! The party introductions really set the tone for the night thanks to Jill. Also-our ceremony was all outdoors and an unexpected rain storm came through which she flawlessly moved all the equipment into the covered space. If you want a stress free, fun wedding day book Jill!

Above and beyond!
Jill was everything we needed for our wedding and more. She was extremely professional from the start by meeting us for a consultation, going over our pricing and options, and not pressuring us at all. She followed up consistently before the wedding to make sure everything was set. On the day of the wedding Jill arrived early to ensure set up was done. The ceremony music was spot on and the quality was perfect. During the reception, Jill did an incredible job on the microphone making introductions and getting the party started. As if she hadn’t done enough already, Jill would constantly check on my wife and I and even brought us food and took our dirty plates at one point. I can’t imagine why anyone would need to look elsewhere. Jill/All the Right Grooves is absolutely everything you could ask for! Thank you for everything you did to make sure our day was so special!

Total Rock Stars!
We were married on June 24, 2022, in Elkin, NC and our DJ Bethany was a total rock star!!! From our initial conversation til our actual wedding day, All The Right Grooves was able to connect with us and make our day a huge hit!! They were extremely flexible and will make any necessary changes that were needed to keep our party alive. We had them for our ceremony music as well as for our reception and I couldn't be happier. At specific times before and during our ceremony and reception, Bethany came to us and made sure that everything was going to be on the same timeline, she made the appropriate announcements to make sure that all of our guests needed to be where they were supposed to be at, and also that the party kept running smoothly.

Saved our wedding from power outage
5 minutes before our ceremony, the venue's power went out!!! Bethany was AMAZING and completely saved our whole event! She quickly found external power, moved all her equipment outside, and set us up to have our ceremony and reception!! I am still in awe at the fact that our wedding would've completely crashed without her!! In addition to how thorough ATRG's is, they are amazing to work with. ATRG is the best DJ out there in the Charlotte area. We loved working with them up until our wedding. They really help you with choosing music whether you don't know what to choose or whether you are picky with music. Jill and Bethany are some of the very best people I have ever met in my life. As DJ's they know what they're doing, they aren't cheesy or cringey and they read the room so well in knowing what does and doesn't work in getting your crew on the dance floor. Jill and Bethany were both amazing to work with! They were both so responsive and easy to work with from day 1. We had met with Bethany initially and no questions asked we knew that All the Right Grooves was going to be at our wedding. They took the time to explain how they worked and what to expect. Jill ended up being the DJ at our wedding after a scheduling conflict came up due to Covid which prevented Bethany from coming. The day of she was on time and ready to go before the ceremony began. She kept the party going from the the ceremony to the reception ended! We are so happy that we had them for our big day!

WOW!!!!! Bethany with All the Right Grooves could not have been more amazing. From the first meeting, my husband and I knew she was going to be great. Great communication, super helpful, and really brought the fun to our wedding! We got tons of compliments on the music selection (all Bethany! I only had a few requests) and she really made sure that everyone had a good time. A lot of DJs try to become the center of attention, but Bethany was the perfect balance of party starter/vendor. Best DJ team in Charlotte
My daughter was originally supposed to get married in April 2020 but postponed until October 2020. Even then we had to downsize to just under 25 people. We had to shorten the evening and change it to all outdoor. Bethany had no problem changing the date and when she DJ’d the wedding in October she made the tiny wedding feel as fun and exciting as a big wedding. The music was perfect and she kept everything flowing from ceremony to exit. She has a way of reading the crowd and playing just the right music. These ladies love their jobs and it shows. This company was recommended to me by the event coordinator who said they were the best! As their website says “the life of the party without being the center of attention”. Their pricing is better than others we checked, the deposit is much more reasonable, and they really listen to your vision. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amazing!! We originally booked for our wedding but had to postpone due to Covid. We cannot stop talking about how fantastic Jill from All the Right Grooves is. Music is so integral to a great reception, and Jill knocked it out of the park.
Our photographers (Rob+Kristen, also fantastic) recommended All The Right Grooves (ATRG) to us early on in our engagement, and after their glowing review, we had a feeling ATRG would be perfect for us (we reached out right away). I feel that photographers who go to weddings all the time must have a pretty good sense of quality - and how many DJs do you hear get standing ovations on the regular??
We then met with Jill from All The Right Grooves at a local brewery and we can't stress enough how perfect she is. We really wanted a DJ that would keep our music preferences in mind, and also one who didn't rely on gimics (like glowsticks or flashing disco lights). We didn't want a DJ who constantly said "DJ MARK IN THE HOUSE" or something like that all night... we wanted the music to speak for itself...... It was therefore wonderfully refreshing when meeting Jill to hear that her style perfectly aligned with these preferences. She allowed us to share with her all the types of music we love, and also some bands and styles we didn't - and never limited our opportunities for collaboration.
We love how flexible and accommodating ATRG was from start to finish. Everything from the "Wedding Worksheet" where we wrote details of our songs & schedule - to the fact that the $$ deposit was tiny & final payment was due day of (at latest) made the planning process feel stress free.
When the Big Day arrived, the music, my friends, was pure perfection. She captured our style perfectly, and all of our friends and family were raving about the music the whole night and for many days after.
There was one moment during the wedding reception that my mom (the MOB) came up to me asking "do you think I can request a slow song quick so that your grandparents can dance one more time before they head out early?" and BOOM! a perfect slow song without even asking started up. Jill just KNEW exactly what was needed for all ages of our guests to keep everyone happy and dancing.

Jill at All the Right Grooves made the booking process so easy and efficient for me and answered all my questions super quick. We got a beer with Bethany before our wedding to go over details and talk about music and it was like getting a drink with a friend! The actual wedding was amazing thanks to All the Right Grooves! Jill with All the Right Grooves was the absolute best DJ we could have asked for! From her prompt email communication to her song suggestions to making sure we were all lined up in the right order, Jill was professional, organized, and calm! We got so several comments from our guests that this was the most fun wedding they had ever been to! Once people got on the dance floor it was completely full for the rest of the night. Jill also did a great job making sure the professional photographers got their photos of the cake cutting which was so appreciated. Thank you so much Jill! Everyone danced the night away
Thanks to our amazing DJ, All The Right Grooves, our guests danced the night away! We met with Bethany and Jill when we were searching for a DJ for our wedding and within seconds we knew they were the right fit for us. I read about some really bad DJ experiences but as soon as we met Bethany and Jill, we knew they weren’t like any other DJs. They were professional, personable, and just so fun to be around! They were really interested in knowing what type of music my fiancé and I liked and made sure to tailor the entire evening around our interests and requests (they even have you fill out a detailed questionnaire to make sure everything is what you want). The DJ keeps the flow of your evening going so it was important to us to have someone who would connect with the crowd and we feel Bethany did just that. All of our guest raved about how great the DJ was and my mom and aunt said they never danced so much in their lives. Thanks for helping make our night so special, All The Right Grooves!!

Bethany was our DJ and from our initial meeting with her, we knew we were in good hands. We had some last minute changes to our reception songs and she was very accommodating. They provided a reception planning worksheet which was very helpful in choosing our songs. We got married in the middle of Hurricane Florence and even though she had to travel from Charlotte to Winston-Salem, Bethany gave no indication that she would ever cancel on us. She was there hours early for setup and enthusiastic about our wedding. My husband expected to be going up to the booth multiple times to request songs but he never did because the flow was so great and she kept everyone on the dance floor! Jill handled all the communication and was very quick with responses and information - All the Right Grooves was by far the easiest vendor to communicate with because Jill was so timely with responses. Hire these ladies immediately!

I could not rate this service more highly. Jill was responsive, helpful, let me pay on a monthly basis, and gave us a lot of information regarding things to do on the big day! She got everyone out on the dance floor, made sure she pronounced everyone's names right, double checked with me before doing anything (we ended up switching the schedule around, but it worked out for the best), and we even have pictures of her tearing up during mine and my husbands toasts to each other. Having All the Right Grooves (specifically Jill) was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! The music was PERFECT, exactly what we wanted and timed well to the move. She rarely spoke over the mic and only when necessary (announcing cake cutting and bouquet toss. NOT CHEESY AT ALL. They completely fit what their website and mission statement says :)
If you don't think you need a DJ- we originally thought we could do the music ourselves with an ipod and a friend since we knew what songs we wanted played. Nerves set in closer to the event and I found Jill online for a very reasonable rate!!! She was VERY professional, friendly, and SUPER responsive to all my messages. She met with us on very short notice and gave us a packet with very helpful info to fill out what songs/or types of music we wanted at each time. It was simple and easy! The result was that dancing was the most fun part of our wedding for everyone- exactly the way we envisioned it!

We loved Bethany! As soon as we met her, she had an amazing vibe and energy and we knew that we wanted that on our wedding day. She did an amazing job at our ceremony and reception. All The Right Grooves was the perfect fit for our wedding! My husband and I got married on October 15th and Bethany made sure our day was absolutely perfect from start to finish. She did the music for our ceremony and reception and she did an excellent job. Bethany did a great job of mixing it up between classics and top 40 hits. Everyone loved the different genres played. She was also great with handling our crazy friends, one of which opened up the dance floor to his own dance to the song Gangham Style, during which he ripped his pants all the way down the front. It was definitely memorable, to say the least. In addition to Bethany's fantastic DJ skills, Jill was incredibly prompt in returning my emails and answering any questions I had. She was very easy to work with and made planning everything out incredibly easy. I am so pleased with ATRG and would choose them again! They made our special day even more memorable. Bethany was an awesome, laid back, down to earth, fun DJ. My husband picked out every song but then requested that Bethany improvise as she saw fit. Although our ceremony was at the same location as the reception, due to the distance apart, we still needed 2 sound systems. Bethany with All the Right Grooves was the absolute best. We loved everything about our interactions with Bethany and Jill. From the beginning, they were welcoming, kind, professional, creative, and fun. If you want the best possible DJ or music for your wedding or event, this is the place to go. Their style is a breath of fresh air compared to some events I've attended in the past -- All the Right Grooves is not "in-your-face" or "flashy" (but their setups still look outstanding and professional). They interact with the crowd in a fun and productive way, but only if you prefer them to. Overall, we got the sense that they do their best to make it *your* event. Bethany (our DJ) was completely on top of the itinerary and made us feel very relaxed during some of the more hectic moments.
Best of all, though, was the playlist. Oh my goodness. We gave them a few basic songs as a template (this let them take the temperature of the crowd a bit) and they built the rest from there. I've never heard so many compliments on a playlist, and every song was a complete hit. I've never seen a wedding crowd maintain the dancing that long. At one point, Bethany subtly called us over because the father of the bride requested a song that was slightly "off" from the mood -- we were pretty grateful that she did this. Overall, I got the sense that they were more than happy to play any type of playlist you'd like, but things tend to work more smoothly if you leave it in the hands of the pros. One of our groomsmen said his only complaint about the music is that he never got a chance to sit down because he wanted to dance to every single song!
Conclusion: All the Right Grooves is the best. I can't possibly imagine how you could do better than them for an event. I would absolutely recommend to any friends or family!

I would highly recommend All the Right Grooves. I looked up and messaged around 20 different DJs about rates and what all is included and they were the most straight-forward and affordable. My mom and I met with Jill (the DJ for my wedding on July 25, 2015) at a Harris Teeter food area and I immediately felt comfortable with her running the show. We ultimately used their timeline for the reception and it went off without a hitch! I was able to e-mail Jill with any of my questions all the way up until the big day and only needed to give her my song list about a week before. They are not cheesy and even allow you to have a "do not play" list. Throughout the day, Jill always notified me when something was happening next (like the speeches, etc.), but she never interrupted me if I was talking to someone. She even made sure that the people in the room that I wanted songs dedicated to were actually in the dance area! Another plus was they have a discount for military! If you are in the area, I would strongly consider hiring All the Right Grooves!!!!

We had a wonderful experience using All the Right Grooves as our wedding DJ. Jill was incredibly easy to get in touch with whenever we had questions, and even skyped with us to discuss details when we were unable to meet in person. The music Jill picked was perfect. She had everyone out on the dance floor and checked in with me multiple times during the night to make sure things were going as I hoped. She worked with our wedding party prior to the ceremony on their reception entrance dance and everything went PERFECT! Jill was extremely professional and we loved working with her! I would recommend All the Right Grooves to anyone in need of a DJ!

Jill and Bethany were awesome to work with! Their communication was always prompt and so helpful. Bethany was the DJ for our wedding, and everyone said it was the best wedding they had been to! She was great about keeping with our timeline, and making sure when special moments were coming up. She knew how to read the crowd for the music. Bethany also worked well with our photographer and our reception venue! Would highly recommend!

Jill did a great job with the DJing at both the ceremony and reception for our daughter's wedding last weekend. Our daughter chose her based on others reviews and she was not disappointed. Everyone had a great time. We ould definitely recommend All the Right Grooves.

Jill, oh what can I say. There are no words to fully express how wonderfully All The Right Gooves did in DJing our wedding. Jill was very professional and catered not only to our needs but enjoyed the guests as well. Her music selections were spot on for each part of our wedding, from the Entrance, Toast, Cake Cutting, First Dance, etc.
We could not be happier in the service that was provided. I would highly recommend All The Right Grooves for any event that warrants a DJ!

Right from the start Jill did an absolutely amazing job! We were referred to All the Right Grooves from multiple vendors. We were so anxiously excited to meet up with Jill and boy were we glad we found her! When we first met her, I was sure we were going to scare her right away! We had so many questions and ideas that I wasn't sure she'd like to listen to, but she did! We had so many requests and she just took exactly what we wanted and impressed us even more. Music was a huge part of our wedding and with a Disney twist, not everyone had the beautiful romantic disney instrumentals, BUT Jill did and it was so perfect! Slow for the ceremony and pumped up for the reception! Our guest loved dancing the night away and so did we! We would recommend All the Right Grooves to everyone and anyone who is looking for a great night and another amazing vendor to work with! Thanks again Jill for all that you did for us and our special day!

Bethany did an amazing job with our wedding. Despite not meeting her in person until the day of the wedding (we had previously spoken over the phone), she was able to perfectly execute our vision for our wedding. She kept the guests dancing all night, she kept the evening moving without being the center of attention and she had an upbeat and fun personality. She was open to and encouraging of our suggestions for the wedding. We had the idea to have the table names be important songs from our relationship and to play pertinent parts of those songs when that table went to the buffet to get food. She had the timing and song snippets down perfectly and we really enjoyed our walk down memory lane with the music. She also provided uplighting for the reception and even coordinated changing the uplighting color when it was time to party. Thank you Bethany and All the Right Grooves for an amazing time!

All The Right Grooves was amazing from the very beginning of the planning process! We started planning our wedding almost 1 year and a half in advance and they were one of the first people we hired for our wedding! My sister had hired them for her wedding so I knew they were good just from that! Bethany was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during our first meeting together. We had full confidence right when we met her that it was going to be an awesome reception if we hired her. They are really well priced for the Charlotte area and Jill was always prompt when responding to our questions. My husband and I decided to put a song list together for the reception, but we weren't tied down to it because we knew Bethany would put together a wonderful reception for us. She was able to keep the crowd going the whole night, I'm pretty sure I danced the entire time without even realizing it!! Everyone said they had SO MUCH FUN!! So thank you Bethany for making our wedding reception memorable for many years to come!!!

Jill with All The Right Grooves was fantastic--we couldn't have asked for anyone better! Jill was thoughtful, prompt, professional, and she really got the party going at our wedding! There were certain songs that my husband didn't want played, and if a guest requested any of the "do not play songs," she made sure to either not play them or ask my husband and I what we would prefer. On top of all of that, ATRG is so reasonably priced! Jill even gave us a CD the night of the wedding that had 20 of our favorite songs from the wedding day/night on it. Choose them as your DJ! You can't go wrong.

Highly recommend Jill and All the Right Grooves. Since I was having a destination wedding we did all the planning via phone and email and everything exceeded my expectations. She was very flexible to last minute changes as well. My husband and I couldn't have been happier and all our friends and family had a great time on the dance floor.

SO very happy we chose All The Right Grooves for our wedding! Jill was awesome from the very beginning!! We had met with a few DJ's before All the Right Grooves, and while they seemed great, once we met with Jill my husband and I both knew we had to go with her! Very professional and down to earth, she made the whole process so easy, we didn't have to worry about a thing! Jill did the music for our ceremony and reception and did such a wonderful job, she got our music style and how we wanted the night to flow. We had a few small special requests and she rolled with them no problem. She was a great help throughout the planning process, helping with song ideas and suggestions. She recommended the Vitamin String Quartet too, which was such a great idea for our ceremony! Jill kept the dance floor fun all night, everyone said they had such a great time, people are still telling us how much fun they had at our wedding ! We are thrilled! Jill also gave us a CD of our ceremony and top reception songs at the end of the night, which was such a great bonus and so very thoughtful! We highly recommend All The Right Grooves

FANTASTIC!! I genuinely cant say enough nice things about Jill. Not only was she incredibly flexible and easy to work with, she was polite, positive and a breath of fresh air in such a hectic time. On our first meeting she assured me that she was there to ensure that our day was perfect and everything ran smoothly. And she did just that. She kept everyone in line and kept us on time! I picked a couple of songs and let her pick the rest and it was perfect. She is the bomb and I am more than happy to be a lifelong reference! THANK YOU JILL SO MUCH!!!! Jill was fabulous. When we initially met she calmed our nerves and was so nice. She let us pick the songs we wanted to hear and was extremely accommodating playing the Tarantula for my Italian family and doing a "dollar dance".... she was simply wonderful!.. and about half the price than any one else I contact in Charlotte... I would have paid double!! :)

Jill and Bethany were great to work with. They're incredibly detail-oriented, fair, hard working, and even reasonably priced! Jill answered all my questions throughout the process and Bethany did an amazing job at my wedding.
