  Carla and Kierra - what can I say? You were absolutely fantastic. I am a control freak so it's difficult for me to hand off responsibility but you ladies really did a phenomenal job executing our wedding! You set up the decorations better than I could have envisioned. All the little extras at our guests' tables were set perfectly. AND you even came out and danced with me at the end of the night! I would highly recommend Carla and Kierra to anyone looking for assistance on their wedding day!

  I used Bliss to supplement plannig help from a "friend" who was working ok my wedding. Needless to say that got very messy and confusing. Ashley was patient and professional through all the drama and helped pull off some miracles on the day of. Her attention to details was crucial and we wouldn't have been able make our wedding day happen without her and her team at bliss.

  Working with Carla was amazing! I hired her for my daughter's wedding and the way she helped appease all of our stress and anxiety was much needed! My daughter could not have been happier to have Carla by her side during her engagement and wedding planning. Carla’s services were priceless!

  We got the full package with Carla. However, I was a very controlling bride and took a lot of things away from Carla's duty, because I wanted to do it myself. So she didn't have to worry about the brunch rehearsal or my dress, for example. Carla took some time to understand our taste, which I think it's normal. After a while she got it and started giving very positive ideas for the wedding's decoration. She works with very good vendors. The DJ and florist we used were her recommendations and they were in very good quality and price. However, there were a few things Carla wasn't on top of for the day of the wedding in terms of table decoration details. She picked up decoration pieces in my apt less than a couple of hours before the ceremony and didn't have time to carefully stop and listen to what I wanted. We had some problems with the location's beverages services. It would have been nice if she was more aware of our food and beverage package so that guests were better served. We felt that she did everything she could, but that a wedding needs more than one person to be planned (even if it's a small one like ours) and Carla works alone. She is a very nice person, answers emails, calls and messages in good timing and we know she did her best to take stress away from us, which she did many times. The wedding in general was amazing and we valued her help a lot! It would have been much more difficult to organize everything without her. We would recommend her only for small weddings (max 100), though. Working alone makes it very difficult to be on top of everything, especially if you have so many weddings and tastes to manage.

  A total waste of money. I hired Carla to plan my wedding paying her up front. Multiple items which were promised and due to me were never delivered. For my wedding she provided me with a total of two caterers to look over menus. 1 of the menus were illegible. The other caterer's pricing was more than 1/2 of my total budget. Photographer vendors didn't match our photo style. She was unable to provide pricing on required elements for an at home wedding in a timely fashion and when she finally did, their pricing was more than the entire budge of the whole wedding. She lacks the professional vendor relationships required in this business, as I was able to find vendors at better prices than she could. I had to resort to the only action left to me so my wedding wasn't a total disaster - fire her and regain any money from her which wasn't spent (at this point not one vendor she provided was booked through her). I should have saved my $, and did all the planning myself (which I ended up having to do anyway) as this outfit is a rip off.
