Tara was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very experienced in this industry and it shows! She has an amazing inventory with any rental you could possibly want for your wedding day. My husband and I met with her several times over Zoom leading up to our wedding and she was always so pleasant to work with. She very kindly answered all our questions and genuinely cared about helping us have the easiest and best experience possible. The day before our wedding she had everything ready to go and we picked everything up. After the wedding, she took all the rentals with her which made the process even easier (we had her through Complete Weddings coordination services as well). She made the process so smooth. Would highly, highly recommend!

Best Wedding Advice
Best wedding advice we were given – hire Tara as the planner. You can hire her for as little or as much as you need help with. We hired her for the day of the wedding but got so much more. She meets with you several times before to make sure everything is taken care of, she creates a detailed schedule so everyone knows exactly what to do and when. She communicates with your vendors, offers to read through contracts, and is flexible with how you use the hours you've contracted her for. We needed help with decorating (not our forte), but it is hers. She orchestrated the entire day, directed the vendors and wedding party, and everything went like clockwork.
Her company also has an extensive inventory of event rentals. We used a lot of cylinders, votives, and candles. She's completely flexible and offers creative ideas on whatever look you're trying to achieve.
I highly recommend her and her company; absolutely the best money we spent!

Short review? Our day went almost seamlessly, and I didn't have a single problem once Tara arrived on our wedding day. It went so well!
Tara did a great job helping us prepare for our wedding. I had never been in a wedding party before, so I felt unprepared for the very long checklist ahead of me! Tara checked in regularly months out to make sure I was able to keep on top of some of the items and became more hands on as our day got closer. We received so many compliments at our reception about how beautiful the entire day was. It definitely wouldn't have been as amazing as it was or gone as smoothly as it did without her!

I used All about you rentals. Tara was fantastic in helping determine decorations for reception area. Tara and her team did the setup and breakdown. Very efficient and timely. Some changes in decor needed made on the day of and they did a fantastic job of making the changes necessary. Wedding coordination was the best I have ever experienced. The absolute best!
Tara was simply amazing. Her response to emails and suggestions were very timely and helpful. Anything Tara didn't have she would look into getting for the wedding. I would email her and ask if she had xyz and she always came back with pictures and suggestions of what she could do. We had a bare space at our bar and she said "let me handle it" and she put something together that was great and beautiful. I got so many compliments on our centerpieces and all our decorations honestly. Absolutely recommend Tara and All About You!

My guests had never been to a wedding that went so smoothly
I used AAY as my day-of-coordinator and it was a great experience! Tara was extremely helpful leading up to the wedding, including helping me adjust when my venue plans fell through three months before! We purchased some rentals through her and that process was simple, including how well she worked with our florist and caterer. And on the day, she went above and beyond to make everything look great and run smoothly. I had created a bunch of paper flowers but had no idea what to do with them; Tara designed an absolutely beautiful backdrop with them for our head table. And as far as the other decor went, she totally understood our vision and even made sure all our unique details were perfect. I really think she could help pull off any type of wedding, but still make sure you're covering the basics (which I tended to forget about while planning). Of course there were hiccups, like any wedding, but Tara was there to help with everything and I still had so many people tell me they'd "never been to such a perfect wedding."

All About You Event Planning and Day of Coordination(DOC) made our wedding vision come to life! If you are anything like me you have a beautiful vision for your perfect day but want to get through planning and the day of with minimal worries, Tara made that possible! She executed the coordinating/planning for the weekend with meticulous detail and energy. She made herself available to my wedding party and family for any problems that would arise. She kept to the timeline she created for us and guided guests accordingly which was critical to our ceremony exit, buffet line and smaller venue. One of the other most appreciated aspects of AAY Event Rentals and Tara was the set up and clean-up of the reception. I knew I wanted my family to dance the night away and leave with their shoes in their hands as oppose to stay and help clean up. Tara put in extra time in order to make this happen! I know that my mother was so grateful for this and was truly able to cherish the day and enjoy each moment knowing that these aspects were taken care of. I will strongly encourage any friends or family to hire Tara as your DOC and rental company in order to thoroughly enjoy your special day and relish in each moment. My little sister is only 19 but if and when she ever gets married I refuse to allow her to plan her wedding day WITHOUT a DOC and rental company like Tara and AAY Events!

We had multiple hour long meetings and Tara helped us to think about things in our wedding that we never would have thought about. Our wedding was amazing and will always be a day that I will love to remember. Sam was the day-of coordinator and also did a fantastic job. They were both so nice and were two people that I could see myself being friends with! They really went out of their way to make my day important and special. Tara was an absolute blessing to our wedding. She helped us plan out of state wedding in Kansas and I don’t know if I could have done it without her. She set up with all my vendors, was there for setup a day before, and coordinated everything from the church to the reception. I had bought tableclothes which were not correct upon opening the box. She had tablecloths ready to go the same day. If you are looking for someone that not only coordinates your wedding but also is just a truly nice, caring person, Tara is your girl. 100% recommend again and again.

I got married September 16, 2017 and used Tara for my linen rentals, some decor rental and my coordination services. I was very impressed with her service and the options that she had for linens and other decor. We had our first initial meeting where we went over the price and she asked me questions about what we wanted our wedding to be like (theme, style, etc.) Whenever I had a question she was always available by email and would respond promptly. As the day got closer we met with the reception vendor and did a walk through of where we wanted things to be and how we were going to set them up, and she gave me ideas of what she thought would look best and work best for the space that we had. She also did my coordination on the day of which was so nice. She told us where to go and what time to be there and got us down the aisle and then went to the reception space to help the caterer and my DJ get set up and was waiting for us after we took pictures. I really enjoyed working with her and would definitely recommend her to another bride for her wedding.

Tara Grubb was absolutely wonderful to work with. My family and I showed up to our venue on Friday at noon and most of the venue was already set-up. She listened to my mother and I when we had requests and ideas and made them happen. We were never made aware of any "oops" moments or mistakes that were made. She found solutions to issues on her own without notifying myself or my family and put out fires before they occurred. At the end of the night, her and her crew stayed and cleaned up the venue. They boxed up their own decor and also boxed up our decor for easy pick-up. Her rentals were absolutely beautiful and fit our theme very well. She presented great ideas to help make my vision a reality. I would highly suggest Tara to all looking for a coordinator and rental company. She helped to make my day flawless!

Amazing. That is one word to describe Tara and her services! Tara made our lives easy and stress-free, and that was worth every penny. She was extremely organized, prompt, and available anytime I needed her throughout the planning process. She also had so many wonderful decorations and anything extra that we needed for the reception. She decorated the reception hall exactly how I had asked and completely exceeded my expectations! She went above and beyond on everything she did, making the entire day a dream come true. There were a few times where we needed help throughout the day and she was right there to the rescue! One example was when a button popped off my fiance's tux right before the ceremony, but Tara had her "emergency kit" and sewed it back on within a matter of a few minutes! Without Tara, our day would not have ran as smoothly as it did. She is extremely knowledgeable about wedding planning and all it entails. She is very talented!!! Not only is she a great wedding planner, but she also is a wonderful person. She was so personable towards all of the guests and the wedding party...everybody loved her! I hired Tara for day-of-coordination for my wedding a couple of months ago, and can easily say it was money well spent! Tara is AMAZING, she keeps track of what's going on from the start and makes sure you are getting things done on time and even makes checklists for you to make sure you don't forget all the tiny details that can easily be overlooked when you're planning the wedding on your own! I just knew I was going to be a ball of nerves on the day of my wedding as I had anticipated it for so long, but it actually went the exact opposite and I had absolutely no worries at all. I give Tara credit for this, I was confident that she knew my vision for my wedding day, down to the details and would handle things as she seemed fit and that's exactly what she did. I had a minor emergency with my corsages/boutonnieres- I lacked a couple and the flower lady had already left- Tara brought this to my attention and had already thought of a few options for how we could pull this off. If you are on the fence of whether or not you should spend the money on something like this, let me tell you-- DO IT! She makes your entire wedding day stress-free!! I would definitely recommend her to all of my friends/family!

Tara did an amazing job coordinating my wedding. She made time to speak with me and understand my vision and accomadate to it. She went over detail after detail to make sure everything would be in order, and checked with me to make decisions. She also provided rentals and printing services that made the wedding beautiful and just how I envisioned it. The week of the wedding, I was stressing about who to call and when and how to work out the schedule for when all the vendors would arrive. Then I find out that Tara has already taken care of that and made sure all the vendors have a set arrival time. She communicated well with everyone and made the day a breeze. My family and I could relax and focus on having fun, it was such a blessing!

Six months ago, we heard that our daughter was engaged. With that came a certain amount of fear with planning the big day. I heard about Tara, and met her through the Bridal Show. She helped us through the entire process: made schedule of when we needed to have things done, helped us with rentals, made our invitations, made the programs, set up all decor and took it all down. She ran the rehearsal and the day of so professionally and even took care to make sure my parents were brought food at the reception. I cannot imagine us making it through the day without her, she truly was a huge blessing to our entire family!

I did not see any pictures of what I rented before the day I picked them, and it was exactly what I needed and wanted. It didn't even dawn on me to be worried that it wouldn't be what I asked for, and I think that is a testament to Tara's professionalism.

We had our daughters wedding in Manhattan, which was 5 hours away from our hometown, so planning for the wedding was difficult. Tara was amazing, I do not know what we would have done without her. We rented some decorations from her and she helped with the setup and design for the reception, which was beautiful! We also had her do the lighting which was gorgeous, the bridal party table was exactly what we wanted and we received so many compliments on it! I contacted Tara approximately 3 weeks before my wedding from out of state and she went above and beyond to help me! She took the time to go see my venue on her own and come up with suggestions that would look great. With me being out of state and unable to meet Tara, she was kind enough to send me pictures of my venue as well as pictures of her ideas. Her ideas exceeded all of my expectations! She had a vision of what I would like and she totally ran with it. She added personal touches that I would not have even thought of. She made my wedding reception venue look just like a picture! It was stunning! She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, made it convenient for me to return my rental items, was very reasonable with her prices, and above all, she was so nice! Tara is amazing! I had a small budget and the place we had to have our wedding was literally an ugly place. We only had money to book one building and that was the American legion in Ellsworth. It ended up that our wedding happened at the same place as the reception. By the time Tara and I (mostly Tara) were finished, it was one of the most beautiful places I had ever seen. In fact, I would venture to say (and had many people say to me that were there) that it was more beautiful then any church wedding I had seen. She is so flexible and spends SO much time dedicated to make your day exactly what you want. She is a miracle worker. Not only is she great at decorating (and on a small budget too), she comes prepared with the little things that are often forgotten. Her emergency bridal kit was a lifesaver for me and my bridesmaids. If you need help with your wedding I would say look no farther then Tara, you won't regret it.

Tara made our reception site beautiful and took care of every little detail! Our wedding and reception flowed perfectly thanks to her hard work! She worked side by side with our other vendors and allowed both us and our families to sit back and enjoy the big day. We shopped around for wedding planners, and Tara by far blew the others out of the water in terms of services offered and affordability!

In my opinion, having a wedding planner is the only way to go, especially if you have someone like Tara. She was always just a phone call away to give advise and to give reassurance. The day of the wedding went PERFECT. She was definately the "go to person". We did not have to deal with any issues at all. The day went by so fast, I could not have imagined doing it without her. All we had to do is kick back and enjoy our day! That made it worth it by itself. On top of that, the other vendors that we worked with were willing to give us discounts just because Tara was our planner.
On side note, the DJ she reccomended was awesome---thanks Jake.

I hired Tara as a DOC for a wedding of about 550 people in Kansas City. It was perfect! She was laid back and got everything done perfectly. If there was stress, I didn't know about it. She handled everything the day of. I had LOTS of details and complicated centerpieces... all perfect. She worked great with my wedding party and vendors, which I know could have been difficult.
I would hire her again and not think twice about it. She is doing my brother�s wedding, also in Kansas City, and they are excited after seeing everything come together for me.

Tara was a huge asset to my wedding day. There were minor problems that seemed to come up over the days time and Tara had them taken care of before I even knew about them. She was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend her not only for the price but the amt of time and details that she took off of my hands.

Hiring Tara as our Day of Coordinator and renting decorations from her was the best decision my fiance and I made for our wedding (and there are thousands of decisions to be made!). She was worth every penny and then some!! I was looking for someone who was professional, easy-going, and understood my vision. Tara excelled in all of these areas! I wanted someone to guide me through the wedding planning process and not take over, which is exactly what she did. She provided unlimited contact through email, phone and text in addition to at least 3 face-to-face meetings that were organized, detailed, and extremely productive. She listened to my ideas, provided suggestions, and helped me piece together all the big and small details for the most important day of my life to date. It was humbling to think of everything Tara did for us, especially while discussing with my family and friends the day after the wedding. Questions came up like, "Who picked up the Marriage License from the church" and "Who told the band to wait a few minutes before starting to play because so-and-so was in the bathroom and didn't want to miss first dance?"...every answer was "Tara". I speak from experience when I say if you want to have the day of dreams, Tara Grubb needs to be involved. She is exceptional at what she does and passionate about helping others!

Tara setup the reception decorations for our daughter's wedding and it was beautiful. Many people commented they had never seen that reception hall looks so pretty. There were a few moments when last minute changes stressed this mom out a bit, but everything turned out just fine. Tara has many ways of decorating that aren't the "same ol, same ol" and that was nice to see a change. The reception was beautiful and that is what our daughter, her husband and both families wanted - and received!!

I had a fantastic experience with 'All About You Event Planning & Rentals' for my wedding! Tara was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to discuss my needs over the phone, helped me figure out the best table/linen setup for my venue, and even outsourced additional linens to ensure I had everything I needed. She patiently answered all my questions about table sizes and linen options. Plus, pickup and drop-off were a breeze! Highly recommend!

Employees to Clients, Tara is the best
My husband and I both worked for Tara as a DJ and a Photo Booth operator, so when we finally got around to hiring a wedding coordinator, there was no one else we wanted to coordinate our big day. We loved working with Tara, not only did she know Blake and I well, she took the time to listen to our ideas and executed them perfectly on our wedding day. Tara was very helpful and I'm glad we used her services as day of coordinator at our daughters wedding. Decoration rentals through her were also a great feature. There was no worries about what to do with the decorations after the event.

I believe that Tara did a wonderful job working with us on my son's wedding. An outdoor wedding is always stressful and it is important to be ready to make last minute decisions. Lucky for us the weather was great and other than a "wind" decision all went according to plan. I think having someone to handle issues is a wonderful idea so as a parent, etc...you are able to enjoy the day without being interrupted constantly with questions from everyone on how or when or what should be done.
