    Al-Limo was great to work with! They have great prices and vehicles! We rented a shuttle for our wedding day, and our driver was very flexible and friendly.

    Provided transportation for my bridesmaids and I the morning of the wedding. Also ran a shuttle to/from the hotel for our guests. Everything ran smoothly and on time! Our driver, Joan, was a lovely addition to my special day.

    Great to work with! They went above and beyond to make the day a little easier on me by providing items on the bus for the guests any not charging a up fee. Alan was responsive to all my changes and the driver was extremely patient and was willing to do whatever we asked. They were the only group I found without a 4 hour minimum which helped save on my budget!

    We booked Al-Limo well in advance based on their low prices and their option to have their cooler stocked with our choice of beverages at supermarket cost and then not have to worry about unloading a cooler when we got to the reception.

    I was slightly frustrated when one month before the wedding I rec'd a phone call that the limo-bus we selected had been struck by lightening and was not operational. Al-Limo redeemed itself when we were offered another available limo-bus that was larger but at a discounted rate.

    We had the 23-passenger Mini-Coach - we actually enjoyed having the 4-top tables with drink holders. There was more than enough space for the bridal party of 12 and some tag along friends/dates.

    I am pleased with the responsiveness of Alan and with the friendliness and professionalism of the driver (Mike, I believe his name was). He might not have known where he was going some of the time but I was happy to help. Limo bus was clean.

    Getting in touch with them could be a bit difficult. They frequently didn't pick up their phone and they didn't seem to have voice mail. The driver was on time and courteous, though not particularly friendly. The quality of the limo was not good. There was some obvious repair work on exterior, but the biggest issue was that there was significant leakage from the sunroof when it started raining outside so the bridesmaid sitting in that spot kept getting wet! We of course did not notice this until we were busy driving around for pictures, so it probably would have been no use trying to get another one at that point.

    This was by far one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever done business with for many reasons. First off, 2 weeks before my wedding, I got a call saying I didn't have a contract on file...I filled it out 6 months before when I booked the company. That, however, was not even close to being as bad as the day of service on the wedding day.
    The bus showed up over 30 minutes late and was a "replacement bus" that was wayyyy too small for the 27 people I had going on it. Apparently the 29 passenger bus had an issue and instead of sending something that could actually fit the everyone, they sent a 12 passenger bus. I contacted Greg, who I assume is the manager, who had TEXTED me about the situation at 3:30 and he was very rude and pretty much a smart a**. The correct bus showed up an hour and a half late, causing us to change plans for pictures.

    Greg did agree to give us a pro-rated check for the time lost, but said he would bring it to the reception at 6:15 when we arrived. When I left the wedding at 11 pm and had still not received the check, I contacted him again asking what was going on. His reply was "Oh s**t! I totally forgot! Where are you going? I can deliver it now." Yep, I was waiting outside Ameristar Hotel on my wedding night because the utterly rude and incompetent manager "forgot" he owed me money for a huge mistake he and this company made.

    My best advice, go somewhere that has management that actually cares about their customers.

    I was married on 8/8/15, and signed on with this company about 6 months prior. At the time they had a few good reviews, decent rates, and responded via telephone quickly when I was setting everything up. If you need a one line review and don't need all the details here's mine: Al Limo Transportation was the sole reason my ceremony started 45 minutes late, and therefore cut about 30 minutes out of my scheduled family photos and another 30 minutes out of my reception time with family and friends.

    My fiancé noticed in the couple of months prior to the wedding that they appear to have had some issues with their vehicles and he was getting worried. He emailed twice during normal business hours and never received a response. I didn't think much of it as I had so many other details to take care of.

    Day of the wedding arrives, and they were supposed to take guests from a hotel to the venue about 15 minutes each way in two rounds. The first shuttle delivered guests right on time but my mother noticed people were sweating. The A/C was broken on the shuttle. She called to complain and say that since it was 90 degrees and full humidity they needed to quickly come up with an alternate solution as the ceremony was scheduled to begin in 40 minutes. They said it would be taken care of - except their solution was to take the shuttle in to be FIXED and pick up the 30 remaining guests when that was taken care of. In what world would that work in that short time frame? How can they not have another way of handling an event, after showing up with a broken vehicle to begin with?

    Fortunately 2 of my bridesmaids are lawyers and they spent about 30 minutes on the phone with the driver to handle it. We opened up the bar early to appease the rest of the guests while they waited outside in the heat. My entire wedding was rushed and stressful until the dancing began, and no amount of refund will replace that stolen time from our day.

    Hi I just rented al limo service, and the service is terrible. I ordered a party bus for my wedding, and I got a old crappie out of date limo with a regular van to accompany it. They didn't call at all and tell me what happened to the bus. They say the party bus was broke down, but as I read other peoples complaints weeks apart; they say the same thing. This owner ignores your calls and blames his personal life for not calling you back. It took weeks for me to get in contact with him. He offered me no refund in money at all. Just to use his service again; ya right so I would get stranded at my event. Come On really. This business has no office, they work off a cell phone. If you don't believe me ask him to meet you at his place of business so you can see what you are getting. Don't go for I keep my limos at a ware house or some other place. This company is the most none professional place I have ever dealt with. Everything is 100 percent I am speaking of. Please do your research before using this company!!

    This place is horrible! Zero stars for them. Not only were we LATE for my sisters wedding but they hung up on the bride and groom when they tried calling. A bride should never have to cry on her wedding day unless they are tears if joy. This place did not call to let is know they were going to be late and then when they finally answered my call they said they did not know what was going on and they were going to get back to us as soon as possible. It took them 20 minutes to call back and they said that the bus had broken down. They promised a bus would have a new bus at the holiday inn for us at 3:00 after the wedding. Sure enough 3:00 comes along and they did not answer their phone to confirm they were at the hotel. We finally got a call from them an HOUR late saying the second bus had broke down. Luckily we had found another bus service to take us around but we missed out on many picture opportunities thanks to ALs limo. Do not use their service. They will be a disappointment and you will not know whether or not they will even show up! Again horrible service! They have yet to contact my sister and apologize to her and her husband.
