  Before you book them as your caterer you can try what you would like to serve. They were very accommodating to our requests. The only part that is kind of a drawback is that the main contact, Mitch, has a bunch of stories that could make you late for other appointments. Besides that: Good food, Great price.

  We used Affairs Catering for our wedding at Groveland Fairways and we are very happy that we did! Mitch was great to work with and was very accommodating. The food was amazing and everything was cooked perfectly. Affairs is very reasonably priced especially for the quality and service that you receive! Mitch has lots of years experience with catering and has the entire day planned out down to the minute! It made things much easier for us to know exactly what and when to expect things. People are still talking about how great our food was and how nice the servers were!

  Affairs Catering is one of the recommended vendors through my venue and we were not disappointed! Everything was delicious and all of our guests raved about the food. Even my friend who eats less variety than my 5 year old cousin cleaned her plate.
  
  The staff was all very friendly and helpful throughout the night. They dedicated 2 servers just to the wedding party during cocktail hour. One brought us drinks and the other brought over all of the passed hors d'oeuvres.
  
  Mitch was great throughout the planning advising us how many of each hors d'oeuvre would be best for the number of guests we had. He was quick to reply to emails and made the process very easy for us.

  Affairs Catering did a wonderful job at our wedding at Groveland Fairways on 9/22/12. The staff was very professional. We had passed appetizers during cocktail hour, and they made sure to go to every guest and offer them some. They also made sure to offer them to us (bride & groom) and the wedding party while we were taking formal pictures. Mitch, the owner, was so good to work with. The first time we met with him, he started to go over the timeline - which we had no idea how in-depth that is! He absolutley loves what he does, and makes sure everything from the appetizers to the coffee at the end of the night goes perfectly! We had the Filet Mignon and the Chicken St. Michele for a sit down dinner. Every guest I spoke to about the food said they loved it - there were a few that actually said "this was the best wedding dinner I have ever had"! They were amazed of the size of the Filet Mignon, and how tasteful the Chicken St. Michele was. Overall - I wouldn't have changed a thing! Mitch and his kitchen staff did a wonderful job and I would absolutley recommend them to anyone!

  Mitch and his team are unbelievable! I'm pretty picky when it comes to food and when I went with my husband and my parents to the taste testing, I tried and loved everything! Narrowing it down to two choices was very hard. We ended up choosing the Chicken New England and the Prime Rib (both I highly recommend). The guests at our wedding all loved their meals. It tasted as if they were still only cooking for four. Nothing was dried out, nothing was cold, no complaints at all... and we had 148 guests!   I was married on St. Patrick's day and asked Mitch to make a boiled dinner the way my family makes it. It was perfect! The appetizers were also amazing and the staff was very quick getting all of the meals on the table.

He made great recommendations and was also understanding of a few guests gluten allergies. He is a preferred vendor through Groveland Fairways and I can see why! It's been 2 months and people are still talking about how delicious the beef option was at our wedding. Mitch and his assistant reviewed every detail and coordinated with the other vendors effortlessly. The day of our wedding his staff was wonderful as well.

  Mitch and his staff did a wonderful job catering our event. The food was delicious, the staff attentive and professional, and the extra touches were great. He made sure the timing of everything was perfect, and made sure that we even got to sit down and have a hot meal ourselves. He sat down with us personallly a few times before the event, and was good with emails as well. Prices were great as well!

  Biggest complant - they did not set place cards as asked and our food was temped/nearly cold when served - also the timing was established what not keeped and did not let guests know when they were serving cake... had tons of cake left over beacuse of this.
  
  I might recommend them for flexability but not for a very large wedding they seemed discombobulated - the food tasted great though....
