  Unfortunately our experience with ACT was not a memorable one....although I must be fair and mention this may have been our of their control to some degree. Since our wedding party was quite large we requested a 14 person Navigator.....but unfortunatley we never got to see the limo. My beautiful wife ended up going to her dream wedding in a nice Town and Country minivan!! Apparently their was a lot of traffic which prevented the limo to making it to our wedding.....but I would imagine traffic on a Friday afternoon is normally pretty heavy which requires extra travel time. The limo company did find us another 8 person limo that met us at the church (but still was too late to pick up my wife at the house which was 10 mins from the church).....but given our large wedding party we needed to send 1/2 of them in random cars with folks that had room.
  I understand traffic cannot be entirely controlled...but if they knew that they were not going to make it in time couldn't they have called another company sooner and had at least 2 8 person limos ordered so we could still fit everybody. The fact is my wife will never be able to experience the proper and appropriate way to arrive at her wedding. I think more could have been done by the limo company to still salvage the day but that did not happen.
  We agreed to pay a lesser fee however only after the company decided to charge my credit card without my authorization. To be quite honest....given that this was a once a lifetime event and the 1st leg (and most important one) was missed AND we received a 8 person limo vs. a 14 for the second leg I feel the company should have waived the entire fee. Or at least provided some sort of voucher a a future event for my wife and I to enjoy.

  Poor quality of vehicles, poor customer service, poor sense of direction, misleading communication, no champagne, no communication, left bridal party at church stranded, inconsiderate people. I wont recommended to anyone. Cheaper to hire 5 chauffeur driven Mercedes-Benz S Class instead.
  They provided service for a wedding and from pick up they left in under 2 hours which wedding takes 2 hours from pick up to church to reception. £800 was a rip off.
