We've had Ace Bartending for in-office Happy Hours several times in the past year, and each time they've taken special requests, schedule changes and attendee adjustments in stride. Anthony is prompt in his email responses and always arrives early to guarantee on-time setup. In one instance, Anthony could not fit us onto his schedule, and so went out of his way to properly introduce another member of the team, pass along all the necessary information, and let them know how our events run. I highly recommend Anthony and his team for bartending services. Anthony is incredibly responsive, and is able to break down the necessary items for your wedding in a very simple manner. I love that there were packages available to remove any hassle on my end - I had no need to bring cups and mixers as that was a package offered. The bartenders were interactive and friendly at the wedding. I also would like to mention that there was no worry around any of his bartenders not showing up or something going wrong. Because of his professionalism and promptness, I had 100% faith that everything would go smoothly and it did. I would recommend his services to anyone!

Good bartender = good wedding
From the start of the wedding planning process, Anthony made everything so straight forward and easy for us! We had an unusually hot wedding (shout out June 2024 heat wave) and Anthony was on top of making sure we had enough ice for all of our guests. We had multiple guests come to us and say "Best bartender ever". By the end of the night our bartender through Ace already knew guests drink of choice and had it ready for them by the time they got to the bar! We were recommended Ace Bartenders through our catering company and couldn't have been happier. We had no idea what to do and from the very beginning they were so prompt to respond and our introductory call was exactly what we needed to set us straight. Anytime we had a question or needed a document they got back to us immediately and during the actual event everything went off without a hitch! Wonderful service that went above and beyond!
The bartender we had was super friendly and a great help. He was very attentive to the guest and help cleaned table as things were winding down. He even went above and beyond making fun mock tails for the two little girls at my shower. There was club soda and peach purée on the bar and his mixed them for them to enjoy, I didn’t even mention him doing this, and the girls loved it!

From start to finish, Anthony was informative and communicative with not only myself but also my mom (who helped me with all of my communication with vendors), and he was more than willing to help us with whatever we needed or answer all of our questions! Our wedding was 09/30/2023 and a week later, we are still getting messages and comments from guests about how much fun they had, how amazing Tricia and Joe were at the bar, and how well organized it all seemed throughout the night. Anthony and his team at ACES were a great partner to us in planning a fun and relaxed retirement party. Greg, who was at our event was a great bartender, very attentive to guests needs (noticing when people's drinks were low, etc). Anthony made everything easy to book, pay for - literally zero hassle and getting everything arranged. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Ace Bartending is the standard for event bartending. We used them for our wedding and they kept the drinks flowing and the vibes right. They somehow found out what my husband's and my favorite drinks were and the bartenders made sure we had a drink in our hand the entire night. It was great. 10/10!

Anthony was great to work with! Absolutely professional, no hassle or drama. We used him for a Christmas party, and worked with him to select a few "signature" drinks. He did a great job with those, and with our open bar in general. We have this party every year, and will absolutely use him again.

Absolutely incredible!
I hired Ace to bartend at my November 12th wedding. Since our venue didn't have their own in house team or package I felt a little overwhelmed at first, not knowing how much to buy and how to create a menu that suited our guests, without leaving out key details. Anthony was fantastic to work with in the lead up to our wedding because I could call or email at any point with questions like "how many bottles of xyz should I buy?" or "do you handle ice? how does it get to the venue and how can we store it?" and he'd respond by the next day at latest. He made us feel like a priority and assured us that we didn't need to worry because he'd handle everything. The bar itself at the wedding was setup professionally and looked like an organized, well maintained space. They stayed on top of taking care of our parents during the reception and made sure we had what we needed throughout the night, they also kept the line moving so that guests weren't stuck at the bar waiting while speeches and dancing were happening. We appreciated their level of kindness and calmness during the lead up to our event and during the wedding because it felt like we really didn't need to worry about a thing. Thank you to the Ace team!! I'd highly recommend hiring them if you are in need of a bartending service, it was one of the best choices we made!

We hired Ace Bartending for our corporate event and Anthony sent us Gregg to run our bar. Gregg went above and beyond! He remembered clients' drink choices and would serve them directly at their table before requesting another one. He cleared plates and did basic clean up (which was not part of the service we paid for). He created such a personal, intimate feel for our company and clients and we will definitely be using him again in the future! I highly recommend Ace Bartending!

Anthony provided a team of two bartenders for our wedding on July 23rd at the Opera and they were so great - attentive, enthusiastic, and friendly! They served our guests efficiently and with friendly faces and chatter. It was so helpful to have them provide the ice - one less thing for us to worry about day-of! Anthony even helped talk us through our specialty cocktail and the selection of beer and seltzers we provided. The bartenders poured our specialty cocktail perfectly. And the amount of liquor he suggested was spot on - which I thought was seriously cool! hahaha. We're happy to recommend ACE Bartenders to friends & family getting married in the Pittsburgh area!

Ace did an amazing job at our wedding reception. We hired 2 bartenders for our party of 100 people, they kept things moving and there was never once a line the entire evening! I should also mention, we had a casual party so both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were served at the bar only. The bartenders were friendly and professional, you really can't go wrong hiring Ace!

Anthony with Ace Bartenders was very helpful when it came to determining how much alcohol we needed for our wedding. The two bartenders we had for our wedding day were fast and also fun and great with our guests. I apologize I can’t remember the woman’s name but we had a limited amount of tequila for the wedding and when she saw it was running low so she asked me (the bride) if she should save it for just me. Which I thought was incredibly observant and cool of her. Highly recommend.

We hired Ace Bartenders for my daughters wedding and it was the best decision ever! Anthony was extremely attentive from the start and throughout the entire planning process. Anthony from Ace bartenders is an incredible bartender. His cocktails are not only gorgeous but top notch! Our guests were honestly blown away by the bar service! People are still talking about it weeks later!
Anthony made the entire process of purchasing alcohol easy and fun! The day of, Anthony took care of absolutely everything! I cannot say enough good things about ace bartenders!!!

Responsive, Friendly, and Affordable
We provided our own beer, wine, and mixed drink ingredients for our wedding. Anthony was super helpful in the planning process, and very responsive to all my questions. We had more than enough to keep our group happy the whole reception! The line for the bar never got too long and guests commented on how they loved the bartender. I would recommend Ace Bartenders to anyone!

Easy to work with, above and beyond service!
Anthony and Ace Bartending were SUPER easy to work with, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even as plans changed and as specific details were delayed on my end, Ace Bartending rolled with the punches and we never had to worry about anything when it came to the bar. Everything was met with professionalism, quality, and a smile. They even helped our venue coordinator tear down things our caterer left behind, which is above and beyond! We are so happy we chose Ace. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding; you won't regret it!

Ace is a master of their craft! They are flexible, reliable, and solve problems so you don't have to! Anthony and his bartenders even jumped in to help save our linens when a pop up rain storm came through an hour before the event! That is above and beyond and shows that they care about an excellent event, even beyond their scope!

Anthony was so easy to work with. He was always quick to respond and made the booking process very easy! His willingness to help and offer guidance on how much alcohol to get for our small, casual wedding was great and a huge help. The bartender was very nice, personable and professional. Anthony and his team at ACE Bartenders were wonderful!! They stuck with us as we postponed and rescheduled our wedding because of the pandemic. Anthony was always very responsive and provided more bartenders as we realized we would need additional help. They even moved the bars from cocktail hour to our reception so quickly without even missing a beat! They were quick to accommodate our needs and made all our guests happy! They were very professional! I would absolutely recommend ACE Bartenders for other couples planning a wedding!

I had my wedding on July 25th and hired Ace Bartending for my bartending services. I was also a covid bride and rescheduled 3 times. With each reschedule and new date, Anthony answered all of my questions VERY promptly, and made it super easy to just switch over the date. I had a bunch of questions leading up to the big day- specifically- how much alcohol do I buy? He was so helpful with everything. Night of, he had all of the alcohol organized and my guests loved him and the the other bartender (i'm so sorry, I forget her name). We even ran out of club soda and I had no idea that someone ran to get more DURING my wedding. I cannot stress how important it is to have a great bartender for your big day. You cannot go wrong with Anthony and his team! PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT!

So professional and so patient
Ace bartenders couldn't have been more helpful as far as telling me exactly how much of everything I needed for the amount of people I was having at our event
I probably became a pest as far as texting and emailing with all the questions I had, but all my questions were answered in a timely manner it was great and very professional
I will certainly use ace bartenders again and again
