A magical evening!

The music made the night magical! I had three separate performances and ACA helped me select each artist based on my vision for the evening. The artists were epic! So talented, creative, organized, attentive, etc etc etc!

Fabulous Wedding DJ!

We absolutely loved having Paul as our DJ & he did an amazing job! We were a bit apprehensive when it came to our music as we have a wide range of music tastes & wanted a certain vibe for our wedding. Luis at ACA Entertainment responded promptly to my multiple emails answering my questions & was able to get me in touch with Paul prior to our wedding day so that I could speak with him to touch base regarding our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, & dance. Talking with Paul really helped to reassure me regarding our music. When it came time for our wedding day – Paul absolutely killed it – he nailed our vibe during each of the different parts throughout the day. Our guests repeatedly told us that the music selection was amazing & that Paul’s transitions between the songs were seamless, helping to continue that vibe. Everyone had a great time & we only wish the night could have gone on longer! We would highly recommend Paul & ACA Entertainment to anyone looking to book a DJ.

October 4th , 2019 hunting/ fishing/camping wedding

This was such a wonderful night that my husband and I will cherish forever! Having a band can make or break any event and this band nailed it. The crowd danced all night and everyone asked where we found such a fun and entertaining group. We would definitely choose this company and band for future events and recommend these people to anyone. Thank you so very much for helping to make our night special.

Awesome band!

Velocity was a fantastic band to work with for our wedding! Their enthusiasm and spunk kept the dance floor going all night, and we appreciate the good variety of music played. We were especially grateful for their flexibility and willingness to allow some of our musician family members to join them for a couple songs. They were a great hit! We received many compliments from our guests; many saying the band made for one of the best weddings they've been to. Anyone looking for a fun, reasonably priced band..we'd definitely recommend!

Fantastic! Very charismatic and did exactly as I asked on short notice!

Really great! I was pretty busy week of the wedding so I wasn’t able to answer the phone when he called (twice!) he was very patient and understanding, and when we did talk, I did have a few guidelines and songs (I have a picky husband!) and the poor guy has to wait til almost 2am the morning of the wedding and followed through with most of my requests on such last minute. He also provided lights for dancing and it just was such a fun time. I had so many guests tell us this was one of their favorite weddings and the DJ definitely plays a major major role! Thanks Tim!

Wedding DJ Review

I had DJ Tim Synold for my wedding and he was the best! He did a great job of incorporating Mexican, Ukrainian, and contemporary party music to help appeal to our diverse group of guests. People were dancing all the way until the party ended! He also was great about making announcements and keeping the sequence of events moving along. I 100% recommend ACA Entertainment and DJ Tim Synold to everyone!

Book Platinum

Platinum rocked... we really can't say enough about them. Matt was great about helping us sort through details and logistics and answered our many emails in the months leading up to the wedding. He was up front about what he thought would look and sound best, taking into consideration our wishes, the venue as well as the band. On the day of, our dance floor was packed from start to finish, and we are still getting rave reviews from guests about the band. The singers and musicians as individuals were all incredible, and the complete sound of the band somehow was more than just a sum of those parts. For us, the reception music was one of the most important parts of the day, our expectations were high, and we could not have been happier.

Platinum is fantastic!

My husband and I contracted with Platinum for our daughter's wedding and were extremely pleased with their performance. Nearly all of our 150+ guests were on the dance floor, many for most of the night. We had a 7 piece group, including two vocalists. All the musicians were highly talented. You didn't want to stop moving to the beat. The speaker sound was very balanced for the venue. Our guests paid us many compliments about the band. Platinum was very receptive to our selections and played to please the group. I highly recommend Platinum for a wedding reception or other special event/party reception.

Tim was awesome!

My husband and I had a great experience with Tim and everyone from ACA. We gave Tim a play list but quickly realized throughout our reception that we didn't need to do that. Tim knows exactly what he's doing and is so unbelievably nice!

Banging playlist!

I really enjoyed working with ACA Music & Entertainment! The guests at our wedding really enjoyed our music selection, and we got so many compliments on DJ Paul. My husband and I were very excited to chose our own music, and Paul was super flexible and accommodating. I was very pleased with the songs he played, and he definitely threw some bangers into our playlist! I was very happy with the ceremony audio, and would definitely work with ACA Music & Entertainment again in the future!

Guests loved Velocity...LOVED

When my fiance and I started our planning we decided one thing, we wanted live music as our venue had a stage; also we wanted everyone dancing ALL NIGHT. I have been to too many weddings where DJs are impersonal and guests don't feel any need to dance and I didn't want that at our wedding. One of our first bookings was Velocity. I researched them, they had the sound and fit in our budget (bands can get pricey). They rocked the night. They showed up right on time for what we agreed on and confirmed the set details with me and my fiance. Most important was I put in my notes, "I want the dance floor busy all night" and IT WAS! I got so many compliments on the band, people loved their sound and song list. I had family taking videos of dads and aunts that NEVER dance at weddings getting on the floor...willingly! Even our breaks were packed as my husband submitted a playlist of salsa he wanted played and they downloaded it ahead of time and played it during breaks. I have had so many people that stayed hours later than they planned because they said "the band just made them lose track of time". Aside from their performance, I especially loved working with Matt. Our bank made a huge mistake and our final payment, that would arrive a day before due, was mailed to the wrong address and my bank said "sorry, youll have to wait a week to get the money back" I totally thought I would lose our band days before the wedding as the payment would be super late now. Matt was so understanding and more so said it was no problem. We arranged to drop the check off in person when we arrived a few days before the wedding and he said "that works great" Like, could have been the biggest disaster and ACA stepped up when Chase bank wouldn't; I CANNOT praise them enough...I would hire them again and will tell everyone to book them!

Such a blast! We love Velocity!

Velocity was a hit. Friend and family are still raving about them 1 month later! They were easy to work with and happy to work with any requests. We had a bridal party mishap before announcing the group and they helped us stay calm and managed the situation well. They handled a bummer situation when the flu hit the bridal party SO WELL. Finally, their lead singer was caught in a storm, and he couldn't make out wedding. They had another dude fill in and he killed it!! We really couldn't be happier.

Wedding DJ Service - Chris Otterson

We used ACA to find a DJ in the Richfield, WI area for our son's wedding. They suggested a couple and we went with Chris Otterson. He was professional, fun, easy to work with and kept the dancing going all night long. Thanks Chris and ACA for making this a special reception.

Our family has booked Downtown Harrison multiple times and we have been blown away every time. If your looking for more than just a DJ this is the way to go. He definitly brings fun and entertainment to the dance floor!

We had Dann as our DJ on June 16th, 2018 and he was AMAZING! He was responsive and very helpful leading up to the wedding and let me make a list of “must play”, “like to hear” and “don’t play” songs and helped me come up with different games and songs for everything. At the wedding, he took complete control and told me not to worry about anything which was very nice because it’s a stressful day! He came and got me when it was time for the special dances, the bouquet toss, and the garter toss so that I didn’t have to think about anything and could just have fun! He was the right amount of serious/professional/funny/goofy and my guests loved him as well!

Dann also DJs for my Childhood Cancer Camp every year so you know he has a heart of gold as well :)

We had DJ Dann Smith and he was the greatest! I can't rave enough. He helped me pull off a couple surprises and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the night. Having him there felt like having family with us, rather than a stranger.

We had Chris O as our DJ at our wedding and he did an awesome job. I have to say I was a little nervous because their prices were much better than other DJ companies but Chris did an awesome job. He did a great job at introducing everyone. He was able to get all the music we had picked for certain parts of the reception even though we were sending him our final choices two days before our wedding. He also was a great help by coordinating things with a surprise polka player I had coming for my husband during the reception. I seriously had so much fun at our wedding and don't think I got off the dance floor but for a bathroom break. Everyone was dancing and having a blast. People keep telling me they had so much fun at our wedding. Thanks Chris :)

We hired "Diamond" through ACA Music & Entertainment. Everyone we worked with in scheduling and signing the contract was great, and the band was outstanding! They even pulled off two Bruce Springsteen songs (not on their usual play list), and we received so many compliments about the band all night long. The band really made our night!

Shane was our DJ and he did an incredible job!!! We had someone fall out 2 months before our wedding and booked with ACA. They were so courteous, helpful and put my mind right at ease. We've had so many guests comment after the wedding about how much fun they had and that everyone was out there on the dance floor. Thanks Shane for making our wedding perfect!

Matt and the Platinum Band were amazing. They played everything that was requested and kept the dancing going all night. Our guests said it was the best dance and party music they've heard at a wedding. They were able to accommodate some our last minute requests and must haves and were amazing to work with. They are worth every penny - I truly believe there is a difference between a DJ and Band (both have their perks). ACA provides both to you for the same night.

DJ Dann Smith was the best wedding DJ I could have asked for! I was referred to him by a family friend who has since retired from being a DJ. Dann has loads of experience and you can tell he loves what he does. Everyone had an amazing night and kept asking me how I found the DJ because he was the best they had ever heard at a wedding. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to have a great party!

He was so great to work with!
We wanted to meet with him a couple of times before the wedding to talk things over and he was so kind to meet with us during his lunch break to go over everything we wanted for our wedding.

Great Band! It is still the number one thing talked about from our wedding. We hired Platinum Band and loved them. The management team was easy to work with. They provided a full sound and great voice quality. My sister loved them so much that night, she booked them for her 2015 wedding! They also provided DJ, GOBO, and up-lighting services.

Tim did a great job at my wedding!!! I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a DJ! He did a great job, was on time, fun, easygoing, and great to work with. He played all of the songs that were special to us, and made the whole process very easy.

We have nothing but amazing things to say about the band Platinum and how they performed at our wedding. They were amazing and kept everyone on the dance floor the entire time. The band was even open to learning special requested songs for us and performed them perfectly. They are also open to traveling to Chicago. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a quality, affordable band for their wedding in the Chicagoland area to choose Platinum.

Brian Redd was a great DJ - kept the party going and made our reception really fun! I would note that I was in contact with ACA leading up to the wedding but first talked directly with Brian just a few days before the event. This was not a big deal, and Brian certainly had everything under control and was well-prepared for the event, but I just think it's something other brides should know so that they don't get nervous. In my emails with ACA, they mentioned that I would be contacted the week before the wedding and could reach out if I wanted to talk with Brian sooner. I was just a little surprised that it went down to the wire like that. Overall, it was a great experience using ACA and having Brian as our DJ.

I hired DJ Felix Entertainment through ACA Entertainment and I was not at all disappointed! Alex, the DJ, was helpful, enthusiastic, and fun!!! I am still getting compliments about his service and I have already referred him to a few friends.

I thought Chris was great. He was so good at communicating with us and he found all the music we had asked for. He did this with only 2 weeks notice. I was very appreciative of his professionalism and prompt responses. He was flexible throughout the reception by allowing guests to request songs. Overall I would recommend Chris for any event.

The room was a little small so the sound was extremely loud. I didn't have a problem with it! But some of the older guests said that was the only complaint they had about the wedding.

Due to unexpected circumstances, we had to change our wedding date from a Saturday to a Friday. The band was able to switch dates. They also asked for our music preferences beforehand, and called to check in as well. They provided me with a guitar so that my husband and I could sing a duet before the band started. They rocked out, and everyone danced, and complimented me on my band choice. I had been nervous because I hadn't heard the band live, but wow, they were perfect and made my night incredible.

"Ain't Misbehavin" kept people on the dance floor the WHOLE NIGHT. They don't allow requests, but they responded with a laugh when I said "May I at least request that you DON'T play 'Proud Mary?'" They said "Not only will we NOT play 'Proud Mary,' we also won't play 'YMCA.'" They sounded good and looked great. My only complaint - I don't like medleys. They did play a few. But that is a MINOR complaint. We loved 'em and would book 'em again. and ACA was wonderful and PERSONAL to work with.

North Coast Orchestra was amazing! They rocked the place and they were extremely talented. With both a male and female singer they could achieve such a variety of songs! Loved them and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Thank you Our House Band for playing at our wedding August 31 and helping make our wedding a night we will never forget. You guys were extraordinary from the sound to interaction with our crowd.

Northcoast Orchestra performed for our wedding on August 16th, 2013. They were great, and if you are going to have a band, I would definitely recommend them. Everyone at the wedding was dancing, and having a great time!

The whole production was very professional and the easy to work with. Sarah and Scott got to have the music, lighting, video they wanted with no issues. Everything seem to flow seamlessly. Many guest were very complementary about the quality of the musicians. We really enjoyed the event.

The band was phenomenal! The dance floor was packed until nearly midnight and the music was great. Bobby was very accommodating- even though their set wasn't going to begin until 8, he announced our bridal party for us at 6:30. Every detail was coordinated perfectly and all band members were very professional and friendly!

He was amazing. My aunt hired him 8 years ago for her wedding and I said that night that when I got married I was hiring him to be our dj. And I did and am so glad I did. I can't tell you how many people said that is was the best wedding they had ever been at and the most fun! The dj topped it off! He is not just a dj but a performer..... We will be calling him for a 5 year anniversary party just so we can do it all again!!!! Worth every penny and the BEST dj ever!!!!!

Our DJ, Tim Synold, was absolutely awesome!! It was great to get to meet him ahead of time and he offered us great advice and was so willing to go along with whatever ideas we had. On our wedding day he played the perfect music for the entire evening to keep our dance floor packed until midnight!! He was a huge part of the success of our reception and we would recommend his services in a heartbeat!

Jeff was an awesome Dj/Karaoke person. He really got the party going and I got a lot of phone calls from my friends and famiy the next day on what a great job he did. Jeff was also a great singer. He made the party a great time and I would highly recommend him to anybody.

I booked Alex Johnson to be the DJ at our wedding. He was great! He stayed in contact with me through the planning process. He also has a website that the bride and groom can go on and get ideas for songs. There is also a separate log-in for guest to request songs! Alex got there early to set everything up. He did beyond his job with making sure the lighting in the hall was turned down and working with the photographer. I cannot recommend Alex Johnson enough, he was awesome!

Tim was wonderful! I was so impressed with how he took care of scheduling his set up time with the venue - I didn't have to worry about a thing. He worked in the songs that we requested and stayed long after our guests had begun to wind up dancing. I would recommend him and this company to anyone needing a DJ for their wedding.

Downtown Harrison made our wedding reception fabulous. He kept the night going with great music, was very interactive with the guests, and had everyone dancing all night long. Everyone I talked with wanted to know where we found this wonderful DJ and that he is the best they have ever seen.

The band was extremely approachable and encouraged guests to bring up song requests. They played limbo music for probably 45 minutes as our wedding guests were really having a good time, which speaks to their flexibility. They engaged the audience and really had a great playlist (good balance of rock n' roll and slow music. Most of all, every one of our guests commented on how good the band sounded and you could tell the Cadillac Kids have played together quite a few times in the past. Dean went out of his way to call us a few times before the big day to make sure we had everything line up to our specs.

I hired the band Diamond for my husband's retirement party and I couldn't have been more pleased with them. We live in a small town and we don't have a lot of choices for live music. Ten years ago I hired another band (Bobby Way and the Wayouts) from ACA Music for our anniversary party by searching on the internet (live bands -Wisconsin) and that's when I got acquainted with the agency. I was pleased with them then and I am pleased with them again. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed Diamond and many commented that they were the best band they had heard in a long time. The communication with ACA Music is excellent, their website is easy to use and I would highly recomend them. If I could give more than five stars I would -- They're a 10 as far as I'm concerned!

This group is delightful to work with. They are true professionals from the initial contact until the last dance number has been played. The quality of their music is excellent and they keep the dance floor full the entire night. They play to the crowd and are willing to adapt as the evening goes on. They are a great value for the number of musicians and variety of instruments represented. I would highly recommend using Velocity to anyone requiring live entertainment for a wedding or any party where keeping your guests happy is your primary goal.

We booked Alex through ACA Entertainment because our friends had him DJ at their wedding and we loved him.

He played everything we wanted him to play and didn't play things we asked him not to even when our guests tried paying him :)

He even interacted with our guests and played a fun game called the shoe game with us.

Alex did an awesome job and we had lots of compliments. He also had up lighting which was included in our package and he used colors that matched our wedding theme.

We had a great time and also so did our guests as we were all on the dance floor from the time the dancing started until the end.

We had minimal interactions with the actual bookers at ACA Entertainment, none of which were unpleasant, but our band was amazing! We got the Rhythm Kings and they were phenomenal. Everyone (including my 85 year old grandmother) danced the entire night. They went out of their way to make our wedding one of the most fun nights of our entire life.

Our DJ was Brian Redd and he was amazing! We could not have asked for a better DJ and music company to work with... it's been over a year since the wedding and our guests are STILL talking about how much fun they had and how great the DJ was. We had a blast with our DJ's (Randy & Dianne) who we found through ACA Entertainment in brookfield, wi. We came across their booth at a bridal show and thought they were a good deal (6 hours for 600). Little did we know they would be a blast as well! They kept great contact with me and really catered to what we wanted. At one point they had us all doing the YMCA with all different hats. They also pulled out all kinds of props and great music! We were dancing all night long and we will never forget it!

We had the pleasure of hiring DJ Paul through ACA Entertainment for our Wedding. Paul did a great job communicating with us and preparing for our wedding reception. WE had a grand march, our 1st dance was a special song he was able to play through the Mp3 we provided, and we did Limbo and some other fun requests. Paul was prompt and professional. I would recommend him for your event. Our Reception was a blast thanks to him!

We have received nothing but compliments on the band, Platinum. The piano during the reception and jazz during dinner kept the energy strong. The DJ during the breaks kept the crowd dancing – in fact I thought the band’s first break was at 11:00. The dance floor was filled the entire night - with a wide variety of ages. Even the bride's special needs sister spent the night on the dance floor.
