  Carol was an absolute game changer when it came to wedding planning! She took so much stress off of my mom and me, which allowed us to enjoy once in a lifetime event and focus on the important aspects a wedding and a marriage represent. My only regret was not getting Carol on board sooner! She truly was amazing. I am unbelievably grateful for her hard work and involvement in my wedding.

  Carol was an absolute game changer when it came to wedding planning!   Carol was amazing from start to finish. We had a difficult vendor that we had to work with and she took the lead without a fuss! Our wedding was ABOVE ours and even our guests expectations. The amount of work she puts into your wedding goes unnoticed and lifted a huge weight off our shoulders.

  Carol at A-One Weddings & Events went above & beyond to make our dream wedding happened! After having issues with our venue space, Carol stepped in & took on more than she needed to. Carol was always there to offer advice and make sure we were getting everything we wanted.
  We live 6 hours away from Cheyenne, where our wedding was being held & where Carol's office is. This did not stop constant communication with Carol through phone calls, emails, texts, & Skype sessions. She was there whenever we needed her and was very responsive!
  We would highly recommend Carol to any couple who is getting married in the near future!

  Very professional and attentive. I really wanted someone that listened to everything I had in my head and helped me organize it into a wonderful day and A-One Wedding's has done just that.

  I was lucky enough to have the perfect wedding day, much credit to A-One Weddings and Events. Every question was answered and every detail delivered without difficulty. A-One and Carol Thomas went above and beyond for me on my special day and the entire year prior. I am forever grateful!

  Carol Thomas was extremely easy to talk with and understood exactly what we had in mind for our daughter's wedding. She was very pleasant and made the day so wonderful. In addition, the items used on A-One were very great quality and looked fantastic at the reception.

  Sara assisted my family with my daughters graduation party. We rented both a snow cone machine and a cotton candy machine. The teens at the party thought this was the greatest party they had been to in quite a while. In the adults that attended the party enjoyed a snow cone and cotton candy. I really appreciate Sara attention to detail and expert help in getting us the equipment we needed to make our daughter's graduation party a fun event to remember for years to come.

  When my husband and I came to Carol at A-1 Weddings & Events months & months before our wedding, we had a vision of what we were hoping to create… and no idea where to start. When I said, “I would LOVE to have damask table runners, but they're all so expensive!”, Carol found us an affordable option that was also incredibly beautiful; when we showed Carol a picture of how we envisioned our candlelit centerpieces would look, she searched the internet high and low for days until she found exactly what we were looking for to create them. Carol even managed to find me the elusive deep purple lilies I wanted for the bouquets, when I thought I was doomed to settling for their silk counterparts. Through weeks of valiant Googling and e-mail exchanges, Carol at A-1 Weddings and Events helped us turn our visions into reality.
  Pure and simple, she was our fairy godmother.
  With her help, our reception décor turned out exactly the way we'd dreamed, and fit right into the budget of a head-over-heels mechanic and his smitten copywriter bride. We couldn't have been happier with the prices, the service and the quality of the rental items we used; thanks again! We're ever so appreciative!

  Carol absolutely saved our wedding. I have no idea what we would have done without her, especially the last few weeks. On my wedding day, I was 50% nerves and 50% oblivious. If not for Carol, things would not have gone how I wanted at all. She took care of all the things upsetting me (like another wedding taking place unexpectedly right next to ours). She put up with my last minute panic and anxiety with calmness and reassurances. Every last minute thing we decided we needed, she arranged for us to get. It was incredibly helpful to be able to rent everything from A One, it really helped things go smoothly and was super easy. Carol kept in contact via email and phone and was always helpful in reminding me to do things. The aisle planner website she uses and sets up for her clients to use was really great and super helpful.

  Do Not Rent From

  I was very disappointed with A-one Rentals for my wedding this past month. Not only were they very hard to communicate with - we were told a week before our wedding that a setup and tear down fee for a specific item we had paid for and had signed a contract for MONTHS in advance was actually wrong and it would be $100's of dollars more. We had detailed email correspondent with them and the person we worked with stating that this fee was covered and paid for and detailed in the contract. But a week before for them to then price gouge us for more money. Completely ridiculous! They also tried to re-charge us for table and chair set up after we explicitly told them we were handling that entire setup and would not need their help. They obviously have an issue with communication as before any of this it took multiple emails and phone calls to make sure the contract was even correct before we signed it. To then have to deal with extra fees and attitude a week before the wedding made it obvious this is a company that I will not be recommending to anyone in the area.

  Poor Service and Responsiveness

  HORRIBLE service. We were working under a deadline, that we did not meet because the employees would not call back. We spent multiple days trying to get ahold of someone who could help us and the receptionist said they were in meetings several times or “at breakfast for 2-3 hours” when we would call and did not receive a callback. Our tent that we requested a quote for days earlier ended up getting rented because they didn’t have the decency or professionalism to respond or call back in a timely manner. Highly recommend to use a different company.
