Great value, beautiful rings

My wife and I ordered matching wedding bands from 25karats after careful deliberation. The price was excellent and the customer service was absolutely tremendous. Great experience. I confess I was a little worried about it, but at the end my bands showed up just in time as planned. One thing that I wasn't expecting was that after this purchase my CC was cloned and used by someone else. Thankfully My bank called me and canceled my card in time to prevent more purchases to be made without my authorization. Almost forgot, the package was very well packed which shows how much they care. Thumbs up!

These guys made our day! Finding our wedding bands was the most stressful part of the planning since we have very different tastes, but the agent at 25karats was professional and really on top of the subject. He was not only very patient but also very convincing. We ended up getting a matching set that we decided we both are happy about! And prices are very reasonable for these top quality pieces. Do NOT be hesitant to purchase your ring from 25karats. I have purchased 2 rings over the past 3 years and they are both exquisite. Their sales staff keeps in touch with you from onset to closure. Any questions are answered immediately, professionally and courteously. I have given them a 5* rating because in both cases, attention to detail was my #1 concern and the assurance provided was always 100%. They will also send out a sample if you want to see what the finished product looks like. My wedding anniversary is July 31 and the wife and I have been married for 17 years. You won't go wrong in dealing with 25karats.

I am so pleased with the work that 24Karats does. My ring is absolutely beautiful. I just love it. I have been without a wedding band for about 35+ years and just hadn't seen one in all that time that I wanted as a replacement. Then I found 24Karats.com website. I was a little worried about ordering a ring online (without seeing it in person), but their website has great pictures and details, easy to navigate. I normally do not write reviews or recommendations. However, the professionalism of this company and the quality of the wedding bands ordered blew me away. It's difficult to order an investment without feeling it or seeing it first hand. I was told I would not be disappointed, and I was not. Just beautiful work and sold weight. Very very professional. We will forever be grateful to 25Karats for the quality of the rings we bought, but more so for the service they provided after we messed up on one of the ring sizes. When we called them, they immediately advised us of all of our options and gave us the instructions for returning the ring to be resized. However, we created a second problem by addressing the package incorrectly. 25Karats talked us through contacting the post office and immediately notified us when they had received the ring. Every thing went smoothly and the ring was returned in time for the wedding. From the time we first placed the order thru the entire process, they were prompt in responding. So pleased we used this company and did not settle for something from a local jeweler as a compromise.

My brother sent me some diamonds from Belgium for our wedding. I consulted 25karats about a setting for the stones and Nevi promptly sent me a sketch of a suggested setting. I really liked it and instructed him to proceed with the fabrication once we agreed on a price. Within a week he sent me a mock up of the actual setting with the diamonds in place. I approved the mock up and asked him to proceed with the actual fabrication. The finished settings were sent to me in a timely manner, and needless to say I was overwhelmed once I saw the rings. They are beautiful. Our wedding will always be special thanks to Nevi and his colleagues at 25karats. They are a great company to do business with.

I was a little hesitant to order jewelry online from a vendor I hadn't heard of before, but I can say it was nothing but a positive experience! Their website was easy to use and understand; I was able to order the ring I wanted in the metal and size I needed; they called to confirm my order right after I placed the online order; the 2 day air shipping was right on, and when I recieved the ring it was even more beautiful than I expected! Purchased a replacement wedding band on line from 25K. The original choice on my part did not meet my needs, so I had to return and replace. They accepted the return without questions. The new ring was exactly what I needed and desired. They provided me with excellent guidance with regard to the engraving on the inside.
While not the original I lost, is a most excellent replacement.
25Karet will remain high on my Jewelry radar.

initial ring sizes and 25karats did not hesitate to resize, send back and resize again for my

I have only praise and accolades for 25Karats! We absolutely LOVE our rings! Service was exceptional. First of all, we spoke with them about the sizing of my fiancé's ring before we placed the order. They arrived as ordered and true to the website representation. I mistakenly ordered my ring a 1/2 size too small and had to return it for resizing. Not a problem at all. The crew at 25Karats resized my ring and had it sent back to me within 24 hours of having received the returned item all while exhibiting the most positive disposition and customer service. There was no charge for the resize in spite of it being my error. I used their online chat feature on several occasions and was cheerfully kept up to date on every step of the process from the initial order through the return of the ring for resizing, the resizing and delivery of the final product. I received the resized ring much faster than I had expected and needless to say, I am one happy customer. It is PERFECT and absolutely gorgeous! This company cannot go wrong because of the manner in which they conduct their business as well as the quality of their work and their products. I wish them much continued success. You will NOT be disappointed. This is a very professional crew. They've earned my business and my respect. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending 25Karats. They are truly exceptional.

Great communication - even got me a better diamond for the same price - modified a setting for the stone I wanted - advised on shipping options, scheduled to accommodate my work calendar... I could go on and on. I would give them 6 out of 5 on everything if that option was available.

Ordered a ring for my fiancé. The ring came up on the day expected. She really loved the ring but the size was so big for her. And we sent the ring back, then 25karats resized it and sent it back. My fiance's react was like: STUNNING! I’m always skeptical about ordering these types of things online but it was easy, the product is better then expected and it arrived the day I was told it would be.

We are truly happy with our rings! Choosing 25karats.com for our wedding band purchase was a great decision. We are living in Mississippi and the rings arrived here very fast and they look even better than the pictures on the site. Really love the rings more when we got them on our hands. Because rings are looking so different on pictures. You can not estimate every part & side of it as well as how its gonna look on your hand. The good thing was their Representative called us and ask about if everything goes well or not. We visited 25karats' showroom at Diamond District. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I asked them many questions about the ring set we had in mind and they answered all of them, giving us some direction. After checking the styles we liked in person we decided on a handmade set with Roman type braids. The best part of it was most of the wedding band selection has width options, which makes it much easier to create a unique set. We waited only a week for the rings and they were exactly as we expected. I recommend 25karats to everybody who is looking for a good quality ring for a very reasonable price in these tough times. Comparing our rings to any big-chain store merchandise, I can't see why I should pay twice or thrice more.

Fast and hassle-free experience. Thank you! The ring came so fast. However I couldn't estimate her ring size of her exactly. It came out that the ring fits little loose. But we call them immediately and they accept the ring and sent us the correct size! She loves the ring. 25karats.com made it happen! We were very anxious about getting a nice wedding band set for our ceremony. We didn't want to use some cheap rings just for the night because we wanted our real wedding bands we will cherish for a lifetime in the photos. Knowing that we were really late, we listened to my friend Joshua's advice (thank you, buddy!) and called 25karats. Their service was perfect - the ring is outstanding, exactly as represented on their website. Our interaction with 25karats.com has been amazing from the earliest days we were still shopping. My beautiful engagement ring was just came. I am kind of picky, but knew what I was looking for. However, all the other places I looked for the ring didn't quite measure up to what I had in mind. I was kind of care about the metal of the ring. And I read some reviews that 25karats have a careful consideration about the metals, glad that reviews were right. These guys have also an incredible selection of rings in all the popular metals, and when I found the setting I had been looking for, in Palladium no less, I was delighted! I used "Live Chat" on 2 different occasions (same operator both times) and he answered all my questions, and helped clarify some of the diamond choices I was interested in. (I also was surprised that the GIA certificates for the individual diamonds are available to view online while you're trying to choose a stone, which assured us that we were getting a good value in our choice.) He also sent me a set of ring sizer, to ensure I was ordering the correct size. After the order was placed, 25karats contacted my fiance to confirm the order, and he was kept informed along the way as to when the stone was being set, when it was being shipped, and when it should arrive, just in time for Valentine's Day! Their service was perfect - the ring is outstanding, exactly as represented on their website. The diamond is gorgeous. I am beyond thrilled with these folks, and would definitely recommend them highly.

Great wedding band at a fair price. Quick response from company to confirm order. Took a few days for production, but I have large fingers, definitely not a standard size. Ring arrived, was packed well, and is exactly what I wanted...just enough bling for an everyday, comfortable wedding band.

Great Product, Responsible Service

We shopped extensively for my wedding band, wanting a novel Celtic design. We found more options a best value with 25Karats. Though apprehensive about ordering precious jewelry online, we have it a try. We were rewarded, when a problem arouse, though it was 25Karats that notified us of a problem. They called me and told me that the ring manufactured was being rejected, and a new ring was to be made. This resulted in a slight 4 day delay. During this period they kept me informed via email. When curiosity ame on the 4th day, I called, and they said that they we just shipping the ring. They told me how to receive it and also followed up with an email and tracking. When it aririved, we signed for it and was impressed it was boxed, sealed with tape, with an inner box with the ring in another box, glued to the outer box, and the ring in a crush proof box, with the ring paper rapped and tagged with a seal for acceptance by us, or set for return. We were so please with the ring, the service and 25 Karats in general. We WILL use them again, and recommend them whenever able.

The rings were made to order so quickly after we placed our order online. They arrived via FedEx within two days of being shipped and even with utilizing their size chart online both rings fit perfectly. They are gorgeous and the comfort band is so comfortable I actually have to check and see if I am in fact wearing my ring. Thank you very much!

TERRIBLE CRAFTSMANSHIP- 4 breaks in 1 year!!
You will be satisfied with them initially. They are very quick to respond to e-mails or questions. However their jewelry is junk.
I had 25karats design a custom setting for myself. The experience up until receiving the actual ring was good. It was after I received the actual ring that I was disappointed. The same day I received my ring I had 3 stones fall out upon just wearing it around the house. I contacted them and they had me send it back to be repaired. So I sent the ring back had it repaired and received it back again within a few weeks. I took the ring to a local jeweler to have the center stone set (25karats would not do this service for me). They did nothing other than set the center stone.
Within 3 mos later the rings band had snapped off of the head of the ring as well as in the back part of the band. Broke in 2 places and had 3 stones fall out. I contacted them and immediately they tried to place blame on the jeweler I had set the stone stating that it was from a bad resizing job and that it would be $750 for them to recast. The ring was never resized. I told them that and they said I must ship the ring (now with a 2 carat center stone that I had added to the center) back to them for review.
There was no way I had felt comfortable sending them the original ring (paid $2,500) plus with the center stone (2 carats valued at $10k) to them. I stopped correspondence and had it repaired at a local jeweler who I trusted. Then within a few more months the band snapped off on the other side of the head (not where it broke before and was previously repaired). Another repair and another small diamond I had to pay to get replaced. Now I have the ring with a 4th break in another totally different spot that was not part of the original repair.
Save your money and sanity and buy from a reputable local jeweler do not buy online. I have photos of all breaks

Absolutely horrible customer service. Stay as far away as possible from this company. Their attitude towards customers and even their own product is not worth anything you might see valuable. Ordered a set of wedding bands from them with engraving. They sent the wrong size. We got them resized locally. After hours of explaining on phone, they refuse to fix their fault. Stay away. Do not buy from these people. No business ethics at all.
