    I'm in love with my wedding video! Hiring them to capture my wedding was the best investment I could've made. I was skeptical about having video at first and was thinking of only doing photography. But that would've been a huge mistake. I treasure my video so much now and it's a great way to re-live the most incredible night of my life. They showed up on time and were very caring and professional on the day of and throughout the process. I was able to see my video online in a timely manner. I had just one small correction and so after providing them with my feedback, my dvd copies were shipped to me very promptly. I'm very happy with their services and would not hesitate to hire them again!

    The team at Concept Lounge Creations did a wonderful job with my wedding video. They were flexible with pricing and went out of their way to make my video exactly how I wanted it. Really nice, outgoing and creative people to work with. A great product for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

    Very professional, totally unobtrusive videography! They listened to our needs/requests and were very accommodating. We booked them very late in the game and had very patient and pleasant interactions with the whole team. We cannot speak to their editing since we are doing that ourselves, just the video quality, but this was superb. We liked how they didn't have obnoxious large cameras with bridge lights in everyone's faces. They blended in amazingly well with our low-key events!

    I am so happy with my wedding video!!!!! Concept Lounge Creations is simply the best! I truly can't thank them enough. I am blown away by how beautiful and perfect my video turned out. Alonso and Andy are true professionals in every sense of the word. Everything was delivered to me on time. They were extremely professional on my wedding day. But most importantly, my video is absolutely breathtaking with such great quality. I would recommend them to anyone getting married in South Florida in a heartbeat. Their work speaks for itself.

    I cannot say one single negative thing about Concept Lounge Creations, and the work they produced for my wedding. It was a pleasure to work with Alonso through the process and their price was reasonable for us.

    My husband and I are beyond happy with the way they filmed our wedding!!!! The editing and music are perfect and they listened to everything I asked them.

    They also created an amazing 5 minute teaser that I have shared with friends and family and any time I want to jump back in time I have it here to watch. I highly recommend this company and so grateful that I chose them to be our guys!

    We are very happy that we chose Concept Lounge Creations to film and photograph our special day. Alonso and his team did a phenomenal job capturing all of the important moments of our commitment ceremony. We cannot stop looking at our amazing pictures and we have received numerous compliments from our guests on the picture quality. I definitely recommend Concept Lounge Creations to capture your wedding day!

    After looking at several videographers in Miami, we came across Concept Lounge Creations. They were the most reasonably priced and they did great work. We met with Andy and he explained the entire process with us, and they were able to totally customize our video for us. Andy and his guys were so great to work with and now we have a lovely video to document our special day.

    Concept Lounge Creations are the best!!!

    They were able to capture a lot of those once in a lifetime moments that happen on your wedding day, that you're too caught up in to fully appreciate it, but now I pop in my wedding video and relive those moments anytime I want! I seriously seriously recommend Andy and Alonso and as a matter of fact I already have.. twice!

    Andy and his business partner are the best!!! From the moment I sat down for my consultation with them I knew they were it. The price was extremely reasonable as opposed to the 6-7 grand quotes I was receiving from other vendors. They were awesome to work with and were very good about staying in touch in the months leading up to the wedding. They are extremely professional and their DSLR cameras capture beautiful HD memories. Editing is also very important. You can have all the HD footage you want but editing correctly and with the right timing is what really evokes the emotion. My video made my entire family and I laugh, cry, and reminisce about that beautiful night. Thank you guys for amazing service and quick turnaround time! I've referred concept lounge to all my friends.

    My favorite vendor of all was Concept Lounge Creations!!! This is a team of young, talented, and motivated guys who did an amazing job of capturing our special night. We communicated mostly with Andy - he is sweet and professional. He really took the time to understand what was important to us and delivered an amazing product.

    The day of my wedding, they were on time and stuck to the timeline. Not a moment was missed. Also, I've heard horror stories about how long videos can take - - I was amazed to have my video within 3-4 months after my wedding. The video was sent to me in sections for review. I did not have ONE SINGLE edit!!!!

    They are now working on my maternity / baby video!!! I cannot wait to see what they've come up with.

    I would recommend this vendor to any bride!

    We absolutely love our wedding videos. Alonso and his team are so talented in their work. They were so easy to work with and delivered their product as promised. There were just a couple things that didn't go as planned but I just think that's normal for a wedding day. They arrived to the venue on time, were so patient with us, and delivered a beautiful video to us. They captured the most beautiful moments of the day and I couldn't thank him enough. Their work was just as expected and I love it. I'd hire them again and again if I need to.

    We wanted to wait until we received the video before writing a review. We are not entirely sure how there are so many glowing reviews for this company. We found Alonso to be completely unprofessional and unresponsive the moment we signed the contract with the company. We could write a novel on the reasons Alonso and company were horrible, but we want potential clients to actually read this review so they will think twice before hiring them to do any job. For this reason, we are going to shorten the review into a few succinct bullet points:
    - They MISSED our First Look. One of the most important moments of the entire day was not caught on film because Alonso was 'waiting in the car' because he did't see anyone/it was raining. Then he had the audacity to ask us to do the first look again as if we would be able to recreate that moment.
    - We got married May 2014 and only received our video August 2015. That is a 15-month wait. We were unable to watch our video for our one year anniversary, which was very disappointing.
    - They never answer our calls. It takes hostile voicemails to have them return any phone calls or e-mails before or after the wedding. Even then, it would be at least a week for them to respond after the voicemails. Any polite emails or voicemails were completely ignored. It seemed they only responded to the angry ones.
    - Completely unorganized and unprofessional; they asked us to fill out this form with songs that we would like played during the wedding video. Wouldn't you know it that they didn't actually use any of the songs we chose.
    - One month to two weeks before the wedding they were missing in action. In all sincerity, we didn't actually know if they would show up because we had not heard anything from them at all.

    Please choose another vendor!! Their work is not bad, but it is not worth the hassle of working with them. This is the most unprofessional company we have had the displeasure of doing business.

    I got married January 24, 2015 and it is August 25, 2015 and I have yet to get my wedding video. They showed up late to my wedding, missed important shots that we wanted, didn't do any interviews with our guests like they said they would, missed their own deadline of getting us our wedding video, when we saw the preview they put different music over my father daughter dance and as well as other special moments throughout the night, they filmed 0 time/amount of my husband getting ready for the big day but instead filmed a groomsmen the whole time, they cut the video short of my husband and his mother dance, the quality of image and color of our preview wedding video changes with the views and angles, during my father daughter dance they mainly got our backs so you can't even see our choreography dance or facial expressions. Overall very disappointed with the service and quality and felt it is over priced for what I got. At this point I spent thousands of dollars for absolutely nothing! And I have emailed Alonso 3 times since June and have yet to get a response! I am beyond frustrated and will never recommend them to anyone!!
