After searching forever for a beach house to host our small wedding, we finally came across Sunstate's Oceanfront Vacation Rental located at 1 12th Street. The location is amazing with the house perfectly situated overlooking the beach and the dunes. The backyard was big enough to accommodate our 40+ guests for our intimate wedding reception. We were able to hold our ceremony right on the beach behind the house. The booking agent was very friendly and easily accommodated our date preferences of a Monday to Monday rental with the additional room off the back of the house. There is an additional fee for weddings and events but it even included cleaning the house. It was a great experience from check in to check out and we had plenty of room for the 10-12 people whom stayed with us during the week of our wedding. This would also be a great location for a reunion or anniversary party. Being the bridal couple we took the master suite with it's private balcony overlooking the beach. We really enjoyed spending the week relaxing and having fun with our friends and I couldn't imagine a better way to start our marriage.
