Valdophye has been photographing our family events for as long as I can remember. You just can’t beat the quality and professionalism these talented people bring to the table. I chose both photo + video services. The photographers/videographers knew just what to do to capture the beauty of each moment throughout the day. I felt like a celebrity! Everyone must know, it isn’t just about snapping photos. Its being able to know the client and know just what to do and how to capture the moment! I highly recommend.

They were recommended to me by my Maid of Honor and other good friends who live in Bakersfield. Even though we live about 5 hours away, we chose them to photograph our wedding. They were amazing! If you are shopping for a photographer in the Bay Area, please consider them since they are willing to travel. We got the most amazing pictures of us! They are provided the best service and we got so many pictures. Unlike other photographers we interviewed, they actually stayed at the reception and took 7 hours of photos.

Valdophye was our first choice for a photographer and they worked within our budget to make it happen for us. They have shot several of our friends' weddings and after seeing their pictures I knew we had to have them, I wouldn't accept anything less than perfection when it came to the lasting memories of our special day.
Valdophye delivered of course. The images were amazing, so creative and unique. They are truly one of a kind. Definately trendsetters in the photography world.

Valdolphye Photography did my daughter's Senior, engagement and wedding photos and each experience was beyond excellent with beautiful photos. However, like other reviewers, she still has not received the wedding album after 3 1/2 years. My daughter purchased their Watch Me Grow package for their daughter and were very happy with her newborn session and photos. Her 1st birthday photo shoot was terrible! Gracie was distracted, impatient, and very rushed and all of the photos were terrible with none of them even useable. My daughter has tried contacting them several times to schedule her 2nd birthday photos, but they haven't responded.It has always taken several messages to get a response, which is usually days or weeks later, and the photos usually take longer than the promised delivery date. Because of their poor customer service and the terrible experience they had last time, they contacted another photographer for their daughter's photos and upcoming newborn photos and will have to pass on the rest of the package they fully paid for.

Update: I emailed Valdophye and requested a refund, but they still refused to reply until I told them I had proof it was the correct email address and I would be taking further steps. They are very arrogant, rude, and defensive and will not acknowledge or take responsibility for their shoddy and unprofessional client services. They said it was my daughter's decision not to continue with the package, but she texted them several times to schedule the session and they did not respond so that is on them. I don't care how much experience they have, how long they've been in business, or how many awards they've received when they have such poor customer service. Do your research and look at reviews before selecting a photographer. I do not recommend Valdophye and advise against using them.
