Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
Copies can be printed in black & white, sepia, or hybrid black & white/color at no extra cost. Collages and extraordinary editing techniques are negotiable.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
As you can see in my portfolio, I have experience with all lighting situations and I specialize in sunburst shots. I enjoy pushing the envelope in trying pictures in too much/too little light. We do not use external illumination with our video camera. What your guests see is what we get.
Is your media preference film or digital?
Both our still photography and video are digital. All images are produced full sized & full quality on CD's. The slide show & video is produced on a DVD.
How many photographers do you work with?
We provide one photographer and one videographer who also assists the photographer.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
I am the photographer who will be taking your pictures.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We occasionally book two weddings on a weekend, but only one per day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
The videographer has had formal training and experience in wedding photography should the need arise on location.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We bring 3 still cameras (Sony f828's or better), 2 external flashes and 2 digital Handycams. We bring a flat-screen and laptops to show slide shows at the reception.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
As stated above we bring extra cameras, flashes, videocameras and extra batteries, tapes, and memory cards.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I am your photographer all day long, from preparations before the ceremony until the last significant event of your reception.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We take no formal breaks. The nature of photojournalism means being ready whenever moments present themselves.
Do you charge for travel?
No, we don't charge for travel, but if someone wanted us to work in an extraordinary setting arrangements could be made.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
We don't provide proofs. All our CD's contain full size, full quality prints. They are ready for pickup as early as the next day.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Pictures are provided on CD's and are also available for viewing or purchase at Pictage.com.

We offer a full variety of albums through Pictage.com. We can offer storybook albums or traditional matted albums.
When will the client get the final album?
