Very inexpensive! Honestly after looking around for a limo and repeatedly being overcharged we were about to give up. But after calling St Louis Limousine and speaking to Jeff, we were surprised how inexpensive it was. We were even able to upgrade to a party bus, which was so much fun! We thank limo ride for making our wedding a day we will never regret. St Louis Limousine is the best!

No problems, Arrived on time and the driver was great. The vehicle was clean and came stocked with champagne and water. The driver was very polite always open doors and held umbrella for the girls as they each walked inside. Great value and service.

St Louis Limousine was the most reasonably priced and professional Limo company I spoke with out of the many companies I talked to. There service did not disappoint either, although we ended up being unable to stop at one of our locations for pictures due to rain (my decision) the driver obliged our request to "drive around" so we could spend time with the bridal party and relax before the ceremony. The Hummer Limo was well appointed and modern. We also used them for a towncar rental to take my husband and I back to the hotel that evening. The driver was polite and very patient with us. Enjoyed the ride and would book with St Louis Limousine again!

We used this company last month for our wedding. I just wanted to make sure credit was given where due. This company was absolutely EXCELLANT!!! We booked online and immediately received a confirmation, Our wedding coordinator dealt with Mike in the office several times and took care of our requests. The bus showed up clean, the driver was very friendly and professional. He was eager to help every step of the way, from helping us on and off the bus, holding the girls flowers, refilling out coolers with ice, etc throughout the trip. I can't express enough how smoothly things went. We also booked a get away car which they didn't charge us for after the reception.

For my wedding, we rented a limousine coach and it was PERFECT!! I had always dreamed of having a trolley and I loved it! Ann was so helpful...if at anytime of the day I sent her an email, she would respond super quick (often less than an hour!) Our driver was wonderful...took us everywhere we had planned and even a side stop (groomsmen needed more beverages!) It was just wonderful and I loved not having to worry about transportation ~ everyone arrived everywhere on time and we were able to celebrate with our entire wedding party as we traveled!

Rented a party bus from this company for our wedding. The driver was awesome!! He was very personal with all the wedding party and was eagar to assist with anything we needed, He really went the extra mile to make our wedding special. Thanks alot!!

I was referred to St. Louis Limousine from another vendor. The referral was actually for an individual that somewhere down the line worked or works for the company. Still confused on the connection of the individual to the company... I didn’t even know the company name until the middle of the booking process… Regardless, it was a terrible process. He would be ultra-responsive until I asked more than one question. Suddenly, he would ignore my calls, texts AND emails. I followed up each day - even a few times a day sometimes. He even had the audacity to ask for our credit card info prior to sending us a booking agreement, despite the many times we requested one. Finally, he sent a mobile picture of a booking agreement – that was enough for me to discover the company and never talk to him again!

So, I called St. Louis Limousine immediately, explained the situation, and moved on. With that, the company didn’t have anything to say on his behalf. They pretty much chucked his position in the company to a “unique one” and they too moved on. At this time, I for sure thought the BS would cease… I’ve already had to beg for an agreement, fight to pay in full at the time of booking, harass him for a call/text back, listen to the excuses of his blatant lacking email skills, etc. Plus, I now possessed a company name, manager’s contact information, and made such manager very aware of my vengeance if the crap didn’t stop. It didn’t stop but it did improve enough to continue with the booking.

Moving on to the better experience with St. Louis Limousine. The driver was on time, very nice, flexible & did everything he could to keep us on time when the Wedding Party left all bouquets at the getting-ready-location which caused us to turn around. The bus was clean & timely, the driver was polished, the booking process SUCKED. I don’t know about you but in 2014, the booking process should be the easiest. Why scare people away from your services before getting to use them?
