I want to reserve my linen order, what is next?
To guarantee your date, you will need to sign a contract and place a 35% deposit. All paper work can be done over the phone and via email or fax.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing orders 4 months prior to the event to insure accuracy of all items, correct chair covers, linen counts and sizes. Adjustments can be made up to two weeks prior to the event.
Do we need to clean or iron the items?
No, you are not responsible to clean the linens before returning. You must remove food and debris from all table cloths and covers, also allow for any wet linen to dry to deter molding.
When do items need to be returned?
All linen will need to be returned on the next business day following the event.
