Big Country Flowers is owned and operated by Dahlia Ochoa who is a Master Floral Designer with a strong background in Art & Design. Mrs Ochoa has created some beautiful weddings and events when she was operating in Galveston Texas. Some of the events she designed and created at where Moody Gardens, The Ellisa, The Tremont House, Texas A & M Graduation, The San Luis and many more.
