The Oneida Hotel was a great venue for our wedding. Working with Michelle as a single point of contact for all event details and logistics was a straightforward process. The day of staff was professional with great service and food for our guests!

We had our wedding reception in August of 2024. Everything went great with setting up, to taking down, to during the reception. Michelle was so helpful and communicated well. Would recommend to anyone!

We got married this fall at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Green Bay. We reside in Florida so I was nervous about planning from a distance. Caity Wilhelm was our event coordinator/catering manager. She was amazing in getting everything set up and taken care of for our big day. The day of the wedding we were blown away by everything. Our day was perfect, everything went smoothly, the food was spectacular, and the reception room was GORGEOUS! I couldn't have dreamt up a better day. The best part was we didn't have to do anything! Caity and the team were on top of everything and we were able to enjoy every moment of our big day! Highly recommend!

We were blown away by the level of service we received. Every member of the staff took such pride in their work and it showed. They were prompt and courteous and helped us with every detail.

They adapted to our changing needs and helped guide há to the best option for us. Never did we feel pressured but instead only supported. Additionally the room and space was clean and newly renovated. Our guests raved about it being “a one stop shop” where once they were there they did not have to leave!

We had our wedding in October and used the Radisson for the reception. Everything went perfectly, Michelle was wonderful to work with and explained details perfectly. She always got back to me very fast any time I had a question. I would definitely recommend using the Radisson as a venue!

From the moment my husband and I have worked with the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center we have been treated so good. If I wanted something they didn't have, they made sure to find a way to get it. They have any and all services you could imagine! I cannot tell you how NICE everyone was. Literally every single person we ran into, even if they had nothing to do with the wedding, they treated us with kindness, and always with a smile. The FOOD was amazing. We got SO MANY compliments on the main course (chicken and tips) and even the late night pizza was amazing! 1000% recommend this venue for a wedding!! Not one bad thing to say.

We had our reception at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center for our July wedding. It was the best decision we could have made! The Radisson Hotel was recently renovated and it looks absolutely beautiful. Our catering manager, Michelle, was incredible! She scheduled time to meet with us in person. She was both professional and personal. She provided a thorough review of services, helpful checklists, and timeline. We were expecting 200-300 guests and they had multiple rooms to choose from with plenty of space. Their packages were fair and included a lot of complimentary items. We ate at Cedar & Sage restaurant that had great service, delicious food, and tasty drinks. There is also a beer garden! We had our rehearsal dinner in the plaza club which was a perfect space and we enjoyed a yummy Mexican buffet. Michelle included the state room for the bridal party to get ready which included plenty of 6 ft diameter tables, tall mirrors, plenty of lighting and filtered water. The food was delicious. The servers were amazing, friendly and accommodating. The table settings with complimentary center pieces were to our satisfaction and it was one less thing to worry about. There was plenty of space for a dance floor and DJ. The Oneida casino was a nice option for late night activity after the wedding. Complimentary breakfast was included if guests booked their room(s) under the wedding block and it was great! Word of caution: if guests book their room(s) under a third party and not directly through Radisson, complimentary breakfast is not included.

This place was amazing me and my husband got married June 18th of 2022. we couldn't have asked for a better location we had our ceremony, dinner and reception here and it was the best day of my life they handled everything which was a relief off our shoulders. They asked us a great number of times through out the day and night how we were doing and how we were liking things. I would do my wedding hear if I had to do it all over definitely recommending this to people.

Michelle and her team at the Radisson made our wedding experience amazing! They were so easy to work with and made sure our day was exactly as we wanted it. We were able to set up early which made everything stress free. Michelle checked in with us multiple times during set up and came in during the wedding to make sure everything was perfect. The food was also excellent, our guest are still raving about it. I could not recommend the Radisson more!

Planning your wedding can be stressful. Choosing the right vendors eliminates some of that stress. Michelle Brenzel helped us plan both our rehearsal dinner and reception at the Radisson. The rehearsal dinner food was amazing, the staff was beyond great. Michelle and team were also great when it came to the reception, helping with decorations and every other details. If you overlook it, Michelle won't. With Michelle at your side, your reception at the Radisson will be everything you imagined.

From the moment we started planning our wedding and toured the Radisson, we knew this was where we wanted to have our reception. Even with all the craziness of Covid, Michelle was so great to work with! All of the precautions that were put in place made all of our guests feel safe. Our family style meals were served plated, snacks were served by an attendant, and the tables were spaced 6 feet apart. We also were able to have the whole ballroom which allowed us lots of space for social distancing and allowed us to not limit our number of guests. The hotel and hotel rooms were remodeled and so beautiful. Everything was absolutely perfect! I 100% recommend the Radisson!

We worked with Michelle planning our wedding which was stress free for us. She was great very responsive and helped with all of our questions to make our day perfect! We had our ceremony and reception at The Radisson. Service, food, decorations, and staff were excellent. So glad we were able to have our wedding there!

Our decision to go with the Radisson for our reception did not disappoint! Michelle is awesome to work with and will go out of her way to make sure your day is perfect. My husband HAD to have "Busch Light" and it wasn't on the list of beer choices, but Michelle made it happen! We worked with Michelle from start to finish and she even made sure to be there the day of and check with us personally that everything was exactly how we wanted. This venue was by far the best bang for our buck, too. The number of complimentary items included with booking the venue (centerpieces, linens, lighted head table, and on and on) was so great for our budget AND any little add on items we wanted were extremely reasonable. The room looked absolutely beautiful when we walked in on our wedding day. We used their up-lighting, lighted skirts, and floating candles and votives at each table and added some of our own lighting here and there. This is only the beginning of the wonderful things the Radisson did to make our day perfect. They did not disappoint!

Very Accommodating. Great Venue. We had the 3 Clans Room. Michelle Brenzel & Caity Wilham were very responsive and quick with their responses. They both made planning smooth. Would definitely recommend this venue to others.

We could not have been happier with our experience at the Radisson. We chose to have our ceremony on site as well which made everything a lot easier. It was very convenient having everything in one place. We were very impressed with the customer service the entire team provided. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful and professional. Our main point of contact was Michelle and she was a great resource. She was available to answer any questions we had and she was very knowledgeable about everything. They even give you a checklist to keep you on track during the planning process and then about 1-2 months before the wedding date we met with Michelle to go over everything on the checklist and finalize all the details. Michelle even stopped by during the cocktail hour to check if there was anything we needed and to introduce us to the person who would be working all night with us. Several times throughout the night they came up to either myself or my husband to ask how everything was going and if we needed anything (we never did because they had already taken care of everything). Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I sort of even felt like a celebrity with how they were treating us! Add to that the amazing food and reasonable prices, the Radisson was the perfect place to have our wedding!

We had our reception in the Turtle/Bear Room and it held just over 200 guests. We were able to set up our decorations as we wanted and planned most the wedding several states away. Michelle and her team were great to work with. Michelle was very accommodating when finding a time to meet while I was in town and she was always very responsive via email. She was very organized and I couldn't have imagined a smoother wedding day. Everything was done just as we discussed, and I had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. I would definitely recommend the Radisson!

We had our wedding reception at the Radisson and it was such a great place for us because we had many people from out of town that were able to stay right at the hotel. Michelle and her team were always there to answer our questions, went out of the way to switch tables around, worked with our vendors, extremely professional and our overall experience was excellent. Everything was absolutely perfect on our wedding day and we would 100% recommend the Radisson.

We are so happy that we chose the Radisson as our venue. Michelle and her team did an excellent job. They answered every question and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was tasty and the bartenders went our of their way too accommodate us! I would highly recommend Michelle and her team!

Michelle Brenzel is an amazing banquet coordinator to work with!! The checklist is very easy to follow and reminds you of things you would have never thought to do. They are very flexible and accommodating. The banquet hall staff is AMAZING!! They cleaned up absolutely everything for us and had it all packed up (and even stored our flowers and leftover cake in the cooler overnight) and helped us bring it to our room at the end of the night - which is soooo helpful when you are out on the dance floor having the night of your life :) The prices are competitive with other places. I had a massive amount of compliments on how good the food was and that my guests were too full to drink because they couldn't put their fork down the food was so good! You do lose some guests to the casino during the night but that's to be expected. The convenience of the casino and hotel being attached is a huge draw to the place! Overall, I absolutely LOVE the Radisson for so many reason and highly recommend them!!

Wow. What can I say? We were pretty much blown away by the service and value we got by having our wedding reception at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center in Green Bay.

Kathryn G. did an outstanding job working with us. She was responsive, she was decisive, she offered suggestions, she was helpful and all in all really was amazing across the board.

We got married on a Sunday and because it's a slower wedding day than Saturdays, Radisson offers a lot of nice perks for weddings on Friday or Sunday including: Free honeymoon suite for the bride and groom, free room for the bride's parents and one for the groom's parents, complimentary champagne punch and a lot more...I mean seriously....they want your business for Friday or Sunday weddings in a big way.

The food was amazing and we had nothing but rave reviews from our guests. The pasta primavera was probably the biggest hit of the evening and we had the broasted chicken as well. I couldn't believe how much everyone LOVED...not liked...but LOVED the family style dinner.

Then there were the things for after we checked out. After we got home we found a wedding card from Kathryn thanking us for choosing them and a certificate for a free night's stay with breakfast....good for the next 365 days. How's that for classy....and totally unexpected.

Did I mention there's a casino adjoining?

We didn't have our wedding here, but booked our hotel blocks here and I have to say, this hotel, and specifically Jennifer Simonar are amazing. We ended up having a very big issue with the shuttle service to and from the hotel, and eventhough they aren't even considered part of Radisson at all, the Radisson resolved the issue. Jennifer was so incredibly accomodating with hooking our guests up who decided to book their rooms late with the discount rate, and gave many of them early checkin and late checkout so we weren't so rushed the day of the wedding. Amazing place, amazing people, and Jennifer deserves to be commended on her customer service.

We had our wedding here and every single staff member treated me and my guest above and beyond compared to other weddings I’ve been to. As well as staff checked in throughout the night to make sure everything was going good and if they could do anything better/help with anything. Michelle went way above then any other place before our big day to make sure everything was perfect and we have everything. As well as helped us plan for it and make sure we had everything. Carol went out of her way to get special unique things and details for us to make our day one of a kind. And all our guest were in disbelief of how beautiful the place was as well as how they were treated and the food was amazing.

We had our wedding reception here, everyone we worked with planning super helpful and made sure everything went perfect. They made our day stress free and a memorable day. We would highly recommend the Oneida Hotel!

My husband and I recently got married on 1/6/24 at the Radisson Hotel and conference center. We had great communication with everyone there, including our cater manager, Michelle. She was fast at responding, very helpful with everything and helped make this the best day we could have. We had to delay dinner the day of, last minute, and the Radisson staff did not question/hesitate to accommodate us. We really enjoyed the stage in the Wolf Room. The amount of space was also amazing, enough for the dj, photo booth, dance floor and even two beer pong tables. The decorations provided as well were greatly appreciated. Room blocks were reserved as well for guests coming from out of town which was huge for us.

The only con we would have to say is the casino being attached (but this is as expected). We had a couple wedding crashers, a couple people coming in for the free beer then returning to casino. Unfortunately this is expected if you are partying in a building connected to a casino.

Overall, great experience, great people, great accommodations. I would 100% recommend the Radisson to any couple looking for a venue in Green Bay!
