Wedding reception
We had our wedding here and every single staff member treated me and my guest above and beyond compared to other weddings I’ve been to. As well as staff checked in throughout the night to make sure everything was going good and if they could do anything better/help with anything. Michelle went way above then any other place before our big day to make sure everything was perfect and we have everything. As well as helped us plan for it and make sure we had everything. Carol went out of her way to get special unique things and details for us to make our day one of a kind. And all our guest were in disbelief of how beautiful the place was as well as how they were treated and the food was amazing. -

Very beautiful and extremely helpful staff
We booked our wedding here and throughout the entire process, Michelle was a treat to work with. She was very prompt with responses, calmed any fears or concerns we gad, offered many suggestions, answered questions as soon as I asked them, sent us detailed maps, and made the process so easy to happen as we had envisioned. Everyone at the hotel was accommodating, knew me by name and made us feel very welcomed. The prices are competitive, the food was excellent, the suite for the bride/groom was spacious and amazing, very quiet too. We used a board room for our hair and make up, the lighting was natural, and the room was spacious for 6 girls and the stylists. We had the Ontario and Michigan rooms for our ceremony and were able to decorate easily. They even opened up the Huron room so that we could make our official entrance. The reception was in the Grand Ballroom and was very spacious. We used their decorating as well as brought in our own and the staff was very helpful in setting it up. We had pizzas as a late night snack. The are homemade pizzas, not your typical cardboard pizzas and were a huge hit. The bartenders were very outgoing and friendly. The complimentary breakfast for our stay over guests in their restaurant was splendid. A vast assortment of real food, freshly made, and hot. We would definitely recommend booking your wedding with the Oneida Hotel. -

Fantastic experience
My husband and I recently got married on 1/6/24 at the Radisson Hotel and conference center. We had great communication with everyone there, including our cater manager, Michelle. She was fast at responding, very helpful with everything and helped make this the best day we could have. We had to delay dinner the day of, last minute, and the Radisson staff did not question/hesitate to accommodate us. We really enjoyed the stage in the Wolf Room. The amount of space was also amazing, enough for the dj, photo booth, dance floor and even two beer pong tables. The decorations provided as well were greatly appreciated. Room blocks were reserved as well for guests coming from out of town which was huge for us.
The only con we would have to say is the casino being attached (but this is as expected). We had a couple wedding crashers, a couple people coming in for the free beer then returning to casino. Unfortunately this is expected if you are partying in a building connected to a casino.
Overall, great experience, great people, great accommodations. I would 100% recommend the Radisson to any couple looking for a venue in Green Bay! -

We got married this fall at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Green Bay. We reside in Florida so I was nervous about planning from a distance. Caity Wilhelm was our event coordinator/catering manager. She was amazing in getting everything set up and taken care of for our big day. The day of the wedding we were blown away by everything. Our day was perfect, everything went smoothly, the food was spectacular, and the reception room was GORGEOUS! I couldn't have dreamt up a better day. The best part was we didn't have to do anything! Caity and the team were on top of everything and we were able to enjoy every moment of our big day! Highly recommend! -

We were blown away by the level of service we received. Every member of the staff took such pride in their work and it showed. They were prompt and courteous and helped us with every detail.
They adapted to our changing needs and helped guide há to the best option for us. Never did we feel pressured but instead only supported. Additionally the room and space was clean and newly renovated. Our guests raved about it being “a one stop shop” where once they were there they did not have to leave!
Highly recommend!!!! -

I loved the fact that we chose this venue. They handled everything as far as table set up and lighting. They also were able to cater the meal and serve the cake and clean up which saved us the hassle! -

We had our wedding in October and used the Radisson for the reception. Everything went perfectly, Michelle was wonderful to work with and explained details perfectly. She always got back to me very fast any time I had a question. I would definitely recommend using the Radisson as a venue! -

From the moment my husband and I have worked with the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center we have been treated so good. If I wanted something they didn't have, they made sure to find a way to get it. They have any and all services you could imagine! I cannot tell you how NICE everyone was. Literally every single person we ran into, even if they had nothing to do with the wedding, they treated us with kindness, and always with a smile. The FOOD was amazing. We got SO MANY compliments on the main course (chicken and tips) and even the late night pizza was amazing! 1000% recommend this venue for a wedding!! Not one bad thing to say. -

We had our reception at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center for our July wedding. It was the best decision we could have made! The Radisson Hotel was recently renovated and it looks absolutely beautiful. Our catering manager, Michelle, was incredible! She scheduled time to meet with us in person. She was both professional and personal. She provided a thorough review of services, helpful checklists, and timeline. We were expecting 200-300 guests and they had multiple rooms to choose from with plenty of space. Their packages were fair and included a lot of complimentary items. We ate at Cedar & Sage restaurant that had great service, delicious food, and tasty drinks. There is also a beer garden! We had our rehearsal dinner in the plaza club which was a perfect space and we enjoyed a yummy Mexican buffet. Michelle included the state room for the bridal party to get ready which included plenty of 6 ft diameter tables, tall mirrors, plenty of lighting and filtered water. The food was delicious. The servers were amazing, friendly and accommodating. The table settings with complimentary center pieces were to our satisfaction and it was one less thing to worry about. There was plenty of space for a dance floor and DJ. The Oneida casino was a nice option for late night activity after the wedding. Complimentary breakfast was included if guests booked their room(s) under the wedding block and it was great! Word of caution: if guests book their room(s) under a third party and not directly through Radisson, complimentary breakfast is not included. -

This place was amazing me and my husband got married June 18th of 2022. we couldn't have asked for a better location we had our ceremony, dinner and reception here and it was the best day of my life they handled everything which was a relief off our shoulders. They asked us a great number of times through out the day and night how we were doing and how we were liking things. I would do my wedding hear if I had to do it all over definitely recommending this to people. -

Michelle and her team at the Radisson made our wedding experience amazing! They were so easy to work with and made sure our day was exactly as we wanted it. We were able to set up early which made everything stress free. Michelle checked in with us multiple times during set up and came in during the wedding to make sure everything was perfect. The food was also excellent, our guest are still raving about it. I could not recommend the Radisson more! -

Planning your wedding can be stressful. Choosing the right vendors eliminates some of that stress. Michelle Brenzel helped us plan both our rehearsal dinner and reception at the Radisson. The rehearsal dinner food was amazing, the staff was beyond great. Michelle and team were also great when it came to the reception, helping with decorations and every other details. If you overlook it, Michelle won't. With Michelle at your side, your reception at the Radisson will be everything you imagined. -

From the moment we started planning our wedding and toured the Radisson, we knew this was where we wanted to have our reception. Even with all the craziness of Covid, Michelle was so great to work with! All of the precautions that were put in place made all of our guests feel safe. Our family style meals were served plated, snacks were served by an attendant, and the tables were spaced 6 feet apart. We also were able to have the whole ballroom which allowed us lots of space for social distancing and allowed us to not limit our number of guests. The hotel and hotel rooms were remodeled and so beautiful. Everything was absolutely perfect! I 100% recommend the Radisson!Oneida Hotel's reply:

Our decision to go with the Radisson for our reception did not disappoint! Michelle is awesome to work with and will go out of her way to make sure your day is perfect. My husband HAD to have "Busch Light" and it wasn't on the list of beer choices, but Michelle made it happen! We worked with Michelle from start to finish and she even made sure to be there the day of and check with us personally that everything was exactly how we wanted. This venue was by far the best bang for our buck, too. The number of complimentary items included with booking the venue (centerpieces, linens, lighted head table, and on and on) was so great for our budget AND any little add on items we wanted were extremely reasonable. The room looked absolutely beautiful when we walked in on our wedding day. We used their up-lighting, lighted skirts, and floating candles and votives at each table and added some of our own lighting here and there. This is only the beginning of the wonderful things the Radisson did to make our day perfect. They did not disappoint! -

We could not have been happier with our experience at the Radisson. We chose to have our ceremony on site as well which made everything a lot easier. It was very convenient having everything in one place. We were very impressed with the customer service the entire team provided. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful and professional. Our main point of contact was Michelle and she was a great resource. She was available to answer any questions we had and she was very knowledgeable about everything. They even give you a checklist to keep you on track during the planning process and then about 1-2 months before the wedding date we met with Michelle to go over everything on the checklist and finalize all the details. Michelle even stopped by during the cocktail hour to check if there was anything we needed and to introduce us to the person who would be working all night with us. Several times throughout the night they came up to either myself or my husband to ask how everything was going and if we needed anything (we never did because they had already taken care of everything). Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I sort of even felt like a celebrity with how they were treating us! Add to that the amazing food and reasonable prices, the Radisson was the perfect place to have our wedding! -

We had our reception in the Turtle/Bear Room and it held just over 200 guests. We were able to set up our decorations as we wanted and planned most the wedding several states away. Michelle and her team were great to work with. Michelle was very accommodating when finding a time to meet while I was in town and she was always very responsive via email. She was very organized and I couldn't have imagined a smoother wedding day. Everything was done just as we discussed, and I had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. I would definitely recommend the Radisson! -

We had our wedding reception at the Radisson and it was such a great place for us because we had many people from out of town that were able to stay right at the hotel. From setting up the reception room, to getting our guests a great rate on the rooms, the Radisson was the perfect venue. The only thing I would have changed was staying one more night in the suite. By the time we got up to the room we went right to bed because of the long day we had and it would have been nice to actually relax in the beautiful room we were given.

Erica Sent on 06/26/2018We had our wedding reception there on June 23, 2018 and everything was perfect! Michelle, the catering manager, came into the board room that they set aside for hair and make-up to make sure we didn't need anything. When we came to the Reception and sat down for dinner, she was there and introduced us to Denny who would be with us to closing. Anything we needed we just had to ask (not that it was much because they seriously took care of everything). Bar tenders were fun, fast and attentive-never leaving their posts. All our guests said and are still saying that it was the best wedding they have been to! Plus if that wasn't enough, they give the Bride and Groom a free suite with Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries!! When we got home we also found a card in the card box from them with ANOTHER free night stay in a suite with room service credit! I cannot say enough great things about the Radisson! Thank youm Thank you, Thank you!

I had SO many compliments on the food - appetizers and the main dishes. I would recommend using the Radisson to anyone that asked, and I’m picky, so that’s days a lot about Michelle and the quality of service and food they had. Thank you, Michelle!!
