Beautiful venue!

We had our wedding at Flowerfield this past January and it was everything I always dreamed of. Throughout planning our coordinator Patricia was kind, helpful, & attentive. I’ll also add that the seating chart program they use was incredibly helpful and user friendly. On the day of the wedding my husband and I were well attended to and felt so special. Andy kept everything running smoothly and my bridal attendant was ready for everything! She even sewed my bustle when it wouldn’t sit correctly! I cannot recommend this venue enough, we had the time of our lives 🥰

Beautiful Wedding Venue!

We held our wedding here in December 2024, and it truly exceeded our expectations. I scheduled the venue visit pretty soon after I got engaged, and absolutely fell in love with the atrium. We snagged one of the last Saturdays available within 12 months, so definitely plan ahead if you’re interested in specific dates/times of the year. Payments throughout the months leading up to the date were easy and there was always active communication regarding these payments, tastings, wedding showcases, menu choices, etc. Patricia helped us out throughout the entire process, staying positive, answering all of our questions, and making the process so easy.

The day of the wedding, we arrived and it was so wonderful to go through the wedding day knowing that everyone at the venue was on the same page taking care of us. Everything I brought in (photos of us, welcome mirror, escort cards, guest book, etc) was set-up perfectly! The food was amazing (the pork chop is a star!!!). Throughout the night, our Maitre D’ Andy and Bridal Attendant Debbie were absolute gems. My dress only had one loop for a bustle, so it broke three times throughout the night. Debbie and Andy were both on their hands and knees helping to secure my dress. Additionally, one of my guests squatted a bit too fast and ripped through his pants. I immediately started calling for Debbie and she handled it quickly and with such kindness. Both Andy and Debbie were checking in constantly with us throughout the night, taking care of our parents and wedding party, and I really felt like I could lean on them for anything. Everyone at the venue has such an attention for detail that it was so nice knowing we could truly enjoy the moment without needing to worry about timelines, small snafus, or other logistical things. We truly felt so taken care of, and everyone at Flowerfield were such warm people and consummate professionals.

As someone who personally researched tons of LI wedding venues, Flowerfield genuinely is the whole package, and we absolutely loved hosting our wedding here. I genuinely would go through the stress of planning my wedding again if it meant I could experience it at Flowerfield all over again.

Detail oriented, caring, best in the business

They truly know how to make you feel special on your wedding day! My husband and I are just blown away by the attention and care we received. They day was so easy going and stress free because of how amazing the ENTIRE staff is. They truly go above and beyond. Our neon sign wasn't working the day of our wedding. My husband and I were quick to say its ok it is what it is the show will go on. Well you can imagine our surprise when we walked into the ballroom and the neon sign was on. Andy our Maitre D (who is also INCREDIBLE) had told us that Debbie my bridal attendant had her husband come to fix it and I just couldn't believe it; that is the level of care you get from the entire staff! Debbie was just amazing, so attentive, kind and sweet, exactly who you want to be surrounded by on your big day. The food was also incredible, our guests are still raving about it. Patricia was also an absolute pleasure to work with, made the whole planning process stress free. I truly think it is the best venue on Long Island. Can't thank everyone at Flowerfield's enough for making our special day so unforgettable and so amazing and for all the love and care you have shown me, my husband and all our guests!

Incredible venue and even more outstanding staff! Flowerfield made all our dreams come true and could not have been more welcoming, supportive, flexible, and beautiful. People are still talking about the food 3 months later and the photos came out unbelievable. Pam and Debbie were such highlights and made sure everything went perfectly on our big day. Best decision we made!

Do not hesitate, BOOK!!!

Patricia is simply amazing!! From our very first meeting she was attentive, organized, and guided us with such a calming presence. Patricia answered ALL of my questions and reassured all of my concerns. She is a terrific coordinator, and we feel so grateful to have had her as part of our team! Andy absolutely KILLED it. He was on top of everything from the second we walked into the venue. He made sure things got done, and was always 10 steps ahead of us. The flow of the wedding was seamless thanks to Andy. From coordination to last minute changes, he was on top of it all. He's an extraordinary human and we are so thankful for Andy! Debbie knew what I needed before I did. Like Andy, She were always 10 steps ahead of me. She tried her very best to keep my dress the geese poop free as much as possible! Debbie catered to my needs, as well as the rest of my party, with ease. She is are superwoman!!! Truly a dream come true for us brides. I simply cannot say thank you enough for all that Debbie did for me and us! The staff was incredible. From waiters to bartenders and chefs, and everyone in between - they were all amazing. Our families cannot stop raving to us about how professional, friendly and helpful the entire staff was. The food was amazing, drinks were flowing and everyone felt as though their needs were being met with the wait staff.

Best decision!!!!

Flowerfield is a must for your wedding! The staff are incredible. Patricia answered my numerous questions via email in the 2 years between when we booked and our wedding day. Andy (maitre d) and Debbie (bridal attendant) are phenomenal — Debbie was by my side every 15 minutes to make sure my hair was in position and my dress remained pristine. While I dreamed of an outdoor wedding, it rained all day and downpoured during our ceremony. Our guests thought the venue was beautiful and the indoor ceremony was always the plan. Former brides are right about the pork chop. It is a must have for the dinner menu! Audrey’s partners with FF for the cake. Each tier had 3 layers. We chose yellow cake for the top and bottom with chocolate cake in between. During the tasting, we tried the chocolate fudge filling and knew we needed to include it (for a fee).

Above and Beyond

Our wedding at Flowerfield went beyond our expectations. The staff is exceptional, including Pam (coordinator), Andy (Maitre'd), Debbie (bridal attendant), the friendly servers, and more. Many of our guests commented on how hospitable and kind all staff was, especially the servers. The food is delicious with excellent cocktail hour, meals and drinks. The space was gorgeous, especially the atrium, where cocktail hour was held, and gazebo space, where ceremony was held. The ballroom was a great fit for our 230 guests and live band (Faze 4). We can't wait to attend another event at Flowerfield. They made us feel so special on our wedding day.

Dream Venue and Staff

I can't say enough positive things about Flowerfield and everyone there, particularly Patricia. This was the first venue my husband and I looked at and after meeting Patricia and taking a tour with her, we didn't want to look anywhere else.

From start to finish, everything was easy - and fun! As someone (like most people reading reviews, probably) who had never planned a wedding before, I had a lot of questions and some concerns about things going smoothly. Patricia was SO responsive and positive; I never had to worry about anything. She is an angel.

The actual day-off was also a dream. The recommended vendors we used set everything up beautifully, the food and drink got raves, and the staff were beyond gracious and professional. My only regret was that my husband and I were so busy chatting and dancing all night that we didn't eat anything! The good news is that the kitchen packed everything up for us and we got to enjoy it later - thank you!

My one tip for anyone looking to book at Flowerfield is to be aware that you will probably not be able to have a proper rehearsal the day before your event. We were walked through things just before, but it would have been helpful to have had a run through to get a sense of timing with the music, etc. At any rate, our Maitre'd clearly knew how to run things, so all was well.

We would recommend this venue, and everyone working there, 100%!

Magical Day, Completely Stress Free

From the moment we sat down with Pamela Winkler to discuss the possibility of booking Flowerfield, the professionalism and experience of the whole team was clear. Pamela was flexible with us having to travel to & from Manhattan for any meetings and very responsive to all our emails and calls even when it was late. Andy and Jade were absolutely incredible on the day of. From our arrival at 9am through the ceremony until the end of the reception, my fiance and I didn't have to think about anything and we got to enjoy ourselves alone with our own cocktail hour right after the ceremony to celebrate our love.

After the cocktail hour, the reception was perfect. The food and ambiance were incredible, a point that has since been reiterated to us by every guest we've talked to. The Flowerfield team seamlessly kept us where we needed to be at the right time for the critical interludes (Dances with parents, Cake Cutting, Toasts, etc) without disrupting the flow of the celebration. We can confidently say that with their help we hit every beat we hoped to while still getting to enjoy ourselves.

Absolutely phenomenal start to finish. If you want your wedding to rock, talk to Pamela Winkler at Flowerfield and it's a guarantee!

The Best Venue!

When you read about the amazing service and experience that people have at Flowerfield they are not lying! From the moment we booked with Flowerfield we received top service and care. I still have people raving about how wonderful our wedding was and how delicious the food was. I cannot even begin to describe the cocktail hour! My dad joked that the only thing it was missing was a map of what foods they offered because there was so much food to choose from! I would also like to add that my mom and several guests had severe gluten allergies. They were all taken care of at both cocktail hour and dinner, none of them got sick!
Patricia was our sales person and she was so wonderful to deal with. She got back to us right away every time we reached out with a question or concern. Andy was our Maitre’D and he was phenomenal! He made sure the day ran seamlessly and that all details were perfect. My bridal attendant was Jade. She was amazing as well! This may be TMI but she literally wiped deodorant off of my armpit with her bare hands during my pictures. 🤣🙈 My wedding was everything I wanted and more all because of Flowerfield. If you’re looking for a beautiful, high class and unique wedding venue, Flowerfield is the venue for you!

Absolutely Amazing!!!!

I had my wedding here this month and I cannot even begin to explain just how amazing this venue really is! From the moment I stepped in to check it out, to all the little visits in between (which they were amazing about), until my actual wedding day. This place is of something in movies or in dreams. From the service from Patricia who is the coordinator I dealt with, to the absolute royalty I experienced from my bridal attendant Jade, it was truly exquisite. Andy our matre'd was on point and really kept the ball rolling. I was treated with such respect. I had only imagined what it was going to be like to have my wedding there, but honestly between the whole staff and total experience, it went beyond exceeding my our expectations. I wouldn't recommend any other venue to anyone else I know. the word to describe my experience was "Magical". Thank you to Patricia, Jade and Andy, we will never forget how amazing our wedding day was because of all of you.

Best venue ever!

LITERALLY THE BEST VENUE EVER!! From the second we stepped foot in the place, we knew that was where we wanted to get married. When we first went there, it was rainy and dreary out and we still fell in love with the venue immediately. The grounds are breathtaking and each area of the venue is better than the next. We instantly booked with Pam after visiting and it was such a smooth process from beginning to end. Throughout the entire time, Pam was extremely sweet, personable, and friendly. When rebooking (several times and planning different dates), Pam and the rest of Flowerfield were very cooperative, flexible, and patient with us. We were in contact throughout the year of postponing and we knew we were in such good hands! They seriously go above and beyond in every aspect and it really shows! Pam was very approachable and was a huge help during the planning process. We met/spoke several times leading up to the wedding and Pam was so attentive and accommodating through it all. It is evident that she is so passionate about what she does! We submitted and went over all the paperwork and everything was very structured and organized. When my girls and I arrived, everything was already set up and in the EXACT place we wanted everything! When we got there, there was finger food available in the bridal suite and groom's lounge. We were planning on having an outdoor ceremony since the day we booked, but the second we got there, we had to make the decision to have an indoor ceremony due to the weather. Within minutes of us giving the green light, they had the entire place changed over and we couldn’t have even dreamed of a more perfect ceremony. We were able to have our first look and take all our pictures outside right before the storm. Debbie (the bridal attendant) was amazing from the start and was always 10 steps ahead of whatever I needed. She truly made being a bride such an incredible experience and really catered to all of our needs. Andy (Maitre d') knows how to run a tight ship and everything ran so smoothly and perfectly the entire night. His scheduling and planning of timing went so seamlessly! During cocktail hour, Debbie pulled us into the bridal suite and had a HUGE platter of cocktail food set up for us. It was such a perfect moment as husband and wife to be able to sit for a few minutes before we began to party. The cocktail hour food was to die for and there was SOO much food (passed food and stations)! Each station was better than the next and their creativity really shined during cocktail hour! The drinks were so good and they used all top shelf liquor. They were able to make any drink that our guests requested. Our reception was beyond insane and was so much fun. The dinner was incredible, and they give you such big portions. Dessert was amazing as well! We had a warm apple strudel station, along with passed house donut bites and chocolate strawberries. Flowerfield truly provides top notch service and surpassed all our expectations. The entire night, they treated us like royalty and they were always there for us before we even knew we needed anything. Our perfect day was better than we ever could have dreamed of! It was such an incredible experience from beginning to end, and we HIGHLY recommend booking Flowerfield!

Flowerfield is magical and magnificent!

Our overwhelming gratitude to the entire Flowerfield family for making our wedding day truly the best and happiest day ever. Everything was PERFECT and we couldn't imagine a more beautiful and magical place to honor our love. Our hearts were set on Flowerfield from the moment we stepped onto the grounds and saw the atrium, and then once we sat in the outdoor ceremony space, we knew this was the only place for us. We are so glad we got the chance to share it with our parents and all our loved ones, who were just as blown away as we were! The cocktail hour was an event all on its own; our guests were so impressed by the ambience, the service, and of course - the food was incredible and memorable! Flowerfield is such a beautiful venue!!

Patricia was beyond amazing!!! She helped and responded to all of my annoying messages! She really was attentive, wants to make sure you enjoy you wedding, and exactly how you want it. Andy, was there the day of the wedding helped out with anything made sure I had water or a drink in my hand. He was a pleasure to work with!

I’ve never felt so taken care of. We all know what happened when we plan a wedding. Letting go of our control on the big day? Terrifying. How do we do that? Do they know what we want? Flowerfields does and the execute. It was a worry free day! They did exactly what I dreamed and envisioned. Andy the maître d’ was … perfect? What other words are there? He was perfect. He ran the show and we felt like king and queen for the day. Debbie the bridal attendant. Well you guested it. Perfect. She was kind and funny and helpful. I truly couldn’t imagine my day without her. She was always there when I needed her again to never let us lift a finger. We brought so many decorations and the weird thing was I never cared to “check” them. And when I passed by them is when I had the time to look and it was all beautiful. Every person who works at this venue has one goal. To make your day perfect. From the chef to the staff to the security. Everyone has the same goal. I couldn’t picture our wedding story with any other venue or staff. Thank you all for being a part of our journey forever.

If you want your day to feel the most special, choose Flowerfield

We chose Flowerfield as our venue for our 8/14/21 wedding.

Any time we told someone, whether it be a friend, family member, or vendor, that our wedding would be at Flowerfield, they all gushed about what an amazing venue it is. There is a reason they have this reputation! Even beyond the gorgeous grounds, the unique atrium, and the spotless, spacious ballroom, Flowerfield is, hands down, the best wedding venue on Long Island.

We worked with Lauren to coordinate our big day, and she was the consummate professional. She always responded to our emails quickly, sometimes even on her day off. When we decided to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic, she made the process as painless as possible for us.

When 8/14/21 finally came, I’m not sure what I was expecting, but I just couldn’t believe how...special they made us feel. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was clearly working hard to ensure every detail was perfect and that we were happy. Jade, the bridal attendant, was an angel on earth. And Andy, the maitre’d, was flawless. You could tell they do these all the time, and yet we never felt like we were just “one of the many.”

It’s also worth mentioning that Flowerfield doesn’t have any hidden administrative fees in their pricing, so there are no surprises. Their Saturday afternoon wedding package is beyond reasonable. I couldn’t believe how much was included. The food was outstanding and plentiful. And the cake? People are still talking about it.

If you’re looking for a Long Island wedding venue, please consider Flowerfield. You won’t be disappointed. In fact, you will be thrilled. My only sadness is that I do not get to do it all over again.

Best Venue in Long Island

Best Price, Best Staff, Best Food, Best Cocktail/Ceremony/Reception Room
Brides you will be in love with your bridal attendant Debra, she made my night.

Some Negatives
Dance floor is super slippery and I fell on my main entrance into the ballroom, and the anniversary people fell and my dad slipped.
I also was extremely hot and so were guests who were just sitting even though they said AC was full blast.
Maitre’D Andy is a bit rude because he wants the day to run as smooth as possible, but can do it a tad bit nicer since he was pretty rude to my parents and bridal party.
Flowerfield did a great job setting everything I brought in, but didn’t put a sign I paid $60 for and didn’t help my guest fill out advice and guest book I had so out of my 135 guest count, I would say not even half filled it out, even when I expressed my concerns mid wedding.

But I’m being super picky because I wouldn’t have changed anything, I mean it, best food, best staff, best Price, best Venue

Best Wedding Venue One Can Wish For

I don't even know where to start. From the moment I first walked in to tour the venue, I knew I wanted to get married here. Their space is so truly special and magical.
Patricia (event manager) and her team were all welcoming from day 1 and have been so supportive the entire time, even during these uncertain times.
I was persistent in sticking with my original date of my wedding, and the entire Flowerfield team were all onboard. Patricia was so good at keeping me in the loop and was always quick to respond. Even though we had to downsize our wedding guest list, in the end I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day.
It rained the entire day of my wedding, but the team was quick to set up the ceremony in the Atrium (the beautiful indoor botanical garden-like space).
Andy, our maitre'd, was phenomenal. The ceremony and reception wouldn't have run as smoothly without him. He was always there when we needed him.
Debbie, my bridal attendant, was like my fairy godmother, always there to solve any issues when they came up. She had everything a bride would ever need on her. She and Andy even helped me fix my dress!
Also the food was absolutely delicious. All of our guests loved every part of it!
I can't thank the whole Flowerfield team enough. They made our wedding day happen despite the restrictions and limitations that altered our idea of what we wanted. Everything turned out even more perfect than what I had imagined.
Thank you Patricia, Andy, Debbie, and entire Flowerfield team for all that you've done for me and Daniel. We were so lucky to have found you guys to make our dream wedding come true.

Flowerfield throws the best weddings!

How do we begin to describe the experience of the most fabulous, magical wedding we had for our daughter at Flowerfield on January 11, 2020? The outstanding level of service and the phenomenal, restaurant quality food coupled with the warm atmosphere had our guests saying that this was the most elegant, perfect wedding they had ever been to.
We were all blown away at the sheer beauty of the arboretum when we initially visited the venue, but that was only the beginning! We were fortunate enough to work with Patricia Premier. She knows WEDDINGS!!!! She was not only knowledgeable, professional, responsive and so easy to work with; her warmth, genuine personality and expert organizational skills helped to make what could have been a very stressful situation a pleasure! She guided us through from the first day till the big day and never missed a beat planning the details to ensure the party ran smoothly and was a SUCCESS!!
That day, my daughter was fortunate to have Debbie as her bridal attendant, who took care of everything in the lush and beautiful bridal suite, to help our daughter, me and her bridal party. She went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Her calm ability to coordinate and anticipate and meet every personal need was extraordinary. Patricia’s coordination with Andy Musacchio, our Maître d, was flawless. We had initially met Andy at the food tasting (what an experience) and felt 100%confident that he would run this party to perfection and he most certainly DELIVERED! His professionalism along with his attention to detail, his warm and gracious demeanor, and attentiveness to the bride as well as us was exceptional, and was noted by our guests. Wonderful & Unique Wedding

This was the perfect venue for us. We were able to get married on site outside and did not need to rent a tent. There was an awesome plan B if the weather was not beautiful (it ended up being perfect). Walking into the atrium which had a green house vibe and where our cocktail hour was hosted, I knew this would be the perfect place for us. The staff was friendly, experienced, and made our day go perfectly smooth. And the food was fabulous, everyone still talks about the food :)

The Perfect Venue

Excellent top-notch staff, food, service, and amenities. Even has a built-in rain plan, a gorgeous indoor atrium. What more could a bride ask for? Flowerfield should be the benchmark for all wedding venues!

"This was hands down the best wedding venue I've ever been to. Food was delicious and plentiful. Service was amazing, full 100 points! And the venue was beautiful," said my cousin, which pretty much summarized how all my guests felt about Flowerfield. They all loved the venue and raved endlessly about it. This was all I had asked for, but then I ended up getting so much more.

From the moment I walked in for my consultation, I was fully pampered by my sales agent, Pam. Even after I booked, Pam continued holding my hand for the next 1.5 years all the way until our wedding day was over. She has been nothing short of amazing, answering any and all questions I had, and going the whole nine yards to help make my vision come true. She was hands down my favorite person to work with throughout my entire wedding planning process. I am going to miss her so much!

Debbie, my bridal attendant, was so clutch that my whole bridal party and our parents are still raving about her! She's like a ninja, swift and discreet, always in the right place with the right tools at the right time. Not only did she expertly fix the many wrinkles and a pretty giant tear on my tulle ball gown, she also took care of my tedious bustle needs and made sure I looked perfectly polished the entire day!

Andy, the maitre'd, is such a pro at running the show that none of my guests knew what a mess we actually were behind the scenes. He helped fine-time our timeline the morning of, made sure everyone was on the same page, and took care of so many little things I never even thought about. Thanks to Andy, Debbie, Pam, and staff, our wedding day could not have run more smoothly. Flowerfield truly hires the best of the best.

We're so glad we chose to have our wedding here. The entire process has been such a joy, we can't imagine getting married anywhere else now. Thank you Flowerfield!

Outstanding wedding!

My husband and I just had our wedding on 8/11. Throughout the entire planning process Patricia and the Flowerfield team were absolutely amazing. They took us through everything we needed, and accomodated all of our special requests. The location is stunning, pictures don't do it justice. It truly is a hidden gem. Every single one of our guests cannot stop talking about how beautiful the venue was, and how amazing the service during the entire event.

The food. The food was plentiful and delicious, the drinks were spectacular and on point. Chef/cooks, bartenders all were fantastic.

Andy the maitre'd and Jade the bridal attendant were legendary. We couldn't have gotten through the day without them. Andy sewed my dad's buttons right before pictures were taken!

Thank you Flowerfield for making our special day, even more special. It was the wedding of our dreams.

Blown away by their food!

The food was BRILLIANT & DELICIOUS, we were blown away by the quality, presentation, variety and quantity! It was better than we could have imagined our family and friends still keep talking about how good the Chicken was, who says that about wedding food!!! plus the lamb chop apps and all the pasta was superb and the tomato salad some of the best I've ever had!
Their team are such total pros's. The flow of the night was perfect and the way they worked the location and venue was perfect. I just can't say enough nice things about our experience working with Bill and his team at Lovin Oven

Flowerfields - engagement shoot

Flowerfields was nice enough to let me have my engagement shoot one snowy day in March. I am getting married there in December and cannot wait. They were super kind, had champagne ready and let us use any part of the venue we wanted! It was a great engagement shoot experience and I can't wait to get married there in December! The Most Magical Night

We had our son's wedding here this past weekend (6/21/19) and all I can say is it was magical. Every detail was taken care of. The Maitre 'D, Andy, was a real pro in the truest sense of the word. He made sure everything happened when it was supposed to and that everything behind the scenes ran like clockwork.
One example of this was as we were lining up to begin our procession 'down the aisle', a button popped off of one of the groomsmen's tuxedo! Andy held the line momentarily while he opened his 'jacket of tricks' and began to sew the button back on not missing a beat!
My husband asked him if he could please cut a little thread that was sticking out from his tuxedo shirt and driving him crazy, I saw a flash of flame appear and Andy actually burned off the thread like a fire breather! It was impressive! He was prepared for anything that could come up!
The venue is gorgeous. Flowers, trees, and a beautiful fountain.
It is about 2 hours out on Long Island if you are coming from the city, so if you are planning a weekend wedding in the summer you should definitely ask your guest to allow plenty of time! It took some of our guests 4-5 hours to get there with Hamptons and beach traffic.
That said, everyone raved about the wedding and said they had the best time they've ever had at a wedding.
I have to also give kudos to Patricia, the attendant that looked after the Bride & Groom. She was on top of everything. She made sure the bride was shielded from guests until the procession, and, she also made sure they had what they needed throughout the night. She and Andy are a knockout team together!
Now THE FOOD:
It was exquisite! People were fed and taken care of from the moment they walked into the place. Upon arrival they were escorted into the patio and given water or champagne along with passed appetizers. This lasted until it was time for everyone to be seated for the ceremony in the garden.
After the beautiful ceremony all of our guests were taken into the atrium and had the most incredible cocktail hour! People could not get over the quality of the food, and how much there was of it (mashed potato bar!).
Many of our guests thought the cocktail hour was the reception! That's how good the food was. We had to warn people not to eat too too much because we were going to have dinner inside of the ballroom!
My son and DIL chose to have the burrata salad for an appetizer (they will also go off menu and make you a plain green salad if there are dietary concerns).
We also offered the Filet Mignon (highly recommend), the roasted chicken breast (my husband loved it), pan roasted codfish with roasted potatoes, and a grilled vegetable lasagna for vegetarians.
We also asked that they have available a vegan/gf option should they be necessary (it was a spinach gf ravioli with tomato sauce and cashew cream), I had it and it was amazing!
We opted to have the cake done by FlowerField and chose a white cake with raspberry filling and butter cream. It was scrumptious!
I can't tell you enough how special the whole night was and how FlowerField took care of everything.
You can't go wrong by having your wedding here. You will not be sorry. Your guests will rave about it. We are still getting messages from friends who danced all night and had the most wonderful time!

Everyone Should Get Married Here!

Flowerfield went above and beyond our expectations. Debbie, the bridal attendant kept our day stress free, organized, and running fluently to meet our needs. Andy, the Matre d, kept things smooth and handled guests perfectly, even for an Army wedding. The venue itself was stunning and accommodating and left most of our guests saying it was the BEST wedding they have ever been to, on venue and set up of the day alone. The place isn't exactly the cheapest option, but the value for a once in a lifetime day was priceless. Job well done by all the staff that was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. Lauren was super accommodating considering we had 3 months to plan... and she really worked tirelessly to make the day perfect for everyone. We can't say enough about this place and wouldn't let anyone on Long Island get married anywhere else if it were up to us!

Magical Place to Say “I Do”

Everything about Flowerfield took our breath away. We had crammed 10 venue appointments in one weekend and Flowerfield was the last stop – we are so thankful that we pushed through and made it to the last appointment! From the cocktail hour room to the bridal suites to the reception room to the after party options, all boxes were checked. It is hard to describe, but we both just knew this was the perfect place for us. It was also a plus (even though we did not have to use it) that the option for an “indoor ceremony” was unique and not just in the reception room with curtains to hide the evening décor.

Throughout the planning stages, Lauren was our main point of contact. She was extremely responsive and helpful with my many, many questions. She was also a pleasure to work with when it came to organizing our tasting and a few times when we wanted to stop by to see the venue again.

The day of our wedding was seamless and everything we dreamed of. From the moment we arrived at Flowerfields, we were treated like a King and Queen. I cannot say enough good things about our bridal attendant Debbie. She is amazing and made sure we had EVERYTHING we, and our family and bridal party, needed throughout the day. The maître D, Andy, kept everything in order and was very patient with our very large bridal party who have trouble listening to directions. He came very well recommended and you should absolutely believe the hype, he kept the day running smoothly so we never had to worry about a thing.

The food was amazing and we received a ton of compliments from our guests. Some of our guests even thought the cocktail hour was dinner, they had no clue dinner was after that! The staff, indoor and outdoor venue and overall experience, was top notch – if we had to do it again, we would not think twice about choosing this venue for our wedding.

Best Day Ever

Got married 9/8/2018, Day Wedding- I live in Nassau County and had never even heard of Flowerfield until I started researching venues. Even after researching, I wasn't entirely convinced. After looking at 5 different venues, we decided to take the trip to St. James and tour the venue. I know everyone says this but literally from THE MINUTE we walked into the atrium at Flowerfield, we looked at each other and just knew it was our venue. When looking for a venue, I wanted something that delivered good reviews, excellent food, and a beautiful outdoor AND indoor space (in case of inclement weather). Flowerfield delivers on all of that. Patricia was our Banquet Manager and she is phenomenal. She knows her stuff and I love her strong personality. She was so easy to work with from the moment we booked. She answered all my emails in a timely manner and truly did everything in her power to make our day perfect. Andy, the maitre'd, is a true professional and expert at what he does! He has a no B.S. attitude and you can rest assured that your wedding day will run BEYOND smooth with him in charge. Emily was my bridal attendant and she was a complete doll. She was literally always there when I needed her yet somehow never in the way. She always had food waiting for us and made sure I was hydrated and okay all throughout the wedding. Additionally- Her and Andy did my very complicated bustle in literally 5 minutes and it held the entire party. These people are literally angels on earth and I did not have to lift a finger the day of my wedding, they do it all from set up to break down. All I did was give them a list of where I envisioned things in the venue and then trusted them to make it happen on the day of the event. The wedding itself was more perfect then I could have ever pictured and I truly attribute this to the amazing staff at Flowerfield. The food is BEYOND incredible, the venue is stunning, and I promise that if you have your wedding there- you will NOT regret it.

Best Wedding Venue

Magical does not even begin to cover the experience I had at Flowerfield. I am beyond ecstatic with the service I, my bridal party, and my guests received while at Flowerfield. They truly provided 5 star service to EVERYONE. Anything we needed, wanted, or could think of they provided us with. My special thank yous go to Patricia who really made it possible for us to book with Flowerfield. Next, I'd like to thank Andy who was super helpful with all of the technical things we needed to know during the wedding. He really kept us in the loop the entire time. It was a great relief to not have to worry about every little thing at the wedding. And lastly, Debbi! I lovedddddddddddd Debbi! She was everything!!! Everyone needs Debbi as their bridal attendant. I just had my wedding at Flowerfield on Sept 28 and it was AMAZING. The food is phenomenal and everything is so organized right from signing the contract to the very end when you walk out the door. The staff the day of the wedding is so on top of everything and the grounds are also really pretty. I also chose this venue because they can fit over 300 people and they offer inside and outside option for the ceremony (in case it rains). The venue is SUPER unique. The one room is a full on greenhouse. I’ve never seen anything like it! We got married on a Friday and what was nice about that was that it's the only wedding that day and you can choose the start time. You are also allow to get there 2 hours prior at no charge. I did that and paid for one extra hour prior so I could be in the bridal suite and get ready while my fiance was in the man den room with his crew. Debbie, the bridal attendant and Andy, the Maitre D I'd give 10+/10. They were on top of literally everything and have been doing weddings for 20 years. So, they are really experienced. If you're looking for a unique venue that's known for their amazing food and quality service, I highly recommend Flowerfield!

Flowerfield exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect, to the finest details. Patricia my sales manager was a pleasure to work with and answered all questions immediately. She even stayed for the ceremony the day of. Debbie my bridal attendant was AMAZING. She sewed my FMIL dress in the hallway, had my lipstick on her, and never let my glass become empty whether drinks or water! I can’t say enough great things about Flowerfield. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was the venue I’d be married in. Patricia was amazing from start to finish. She answered all my crazy questions at the beginning, and then patiently went over my several checklists a few days before to make sure everything was perfect the day of. We held the ceremony indoors – as it was chilly and a bit rainy on our wedding day, and Patricia was right – by the time everyone took a tour of the atrium – the cocktail hour was ready with a plethora of tables and chairs. There was so much delicious food, we didn’t even know where to start or finish! Our maitre’d Andy helped move the day along and was by my side to answer any questions. The bridal attendant Debbie wins the prize of the day though. She was my savior. She hemmed my stepson’s pant leg and then stitched up my dress not once, but twice when the straps kept ripping! She carried my lipstick and made sure I looked my best throughout the day. And the food! Did I mention the food? Before the ceremony even started, the staff provided the bridal party with penne ala vodka and garlic knots. Then, my husband and I got every single station from the cocktail hour, as well as the passed hors d'oeuvres in our bridal suite, as well as our signature drinks before mingling. For dinner, we got each of the dishes offered to our guests, as well as an extra entrée of the pork (which I highly recommend) – that’s four complete entrees! Dessert was a delicious cake, apple strudel and ice cream, as well as chocolate covered strawberries. And then we had an after party with pub grub – sliders, tater tots, mozzarella sticks and wings! I tried to taste everything – but was so stuffed. Not to fear though – as everything and I mean EVERYTHING was packed up and sent home with us, along with strudel and cake! Needless to say – Flowerfield hosted the wedding of my dreams!

My husband and I got married at Flowerfield on 8-25-18. It was amazing! Lauren was so helpful and answered all of my questions. The ceremony space by the gazebo was breathtaking and the grounds are beautiful. My bridal attendant, Kelsi was so on point with everything! The atrium where cocktail hour was held was beautiful and the food was to die for! Guests apparently were confused where to find their table numbers since they thought that the cocktail hour was the dinner! All of our guest loved the place, from the way it looked to the quantity and quality of food! The ballroom was beautiful and everything went so smoothly with Andy's help. It was all perfect!

Anyone who is considering Flowerfield, it was the best decision we ever could have made. From the planning process through our last dance, Patricia and the Flowerfield team made our dreams come true. The grounds are beautiful, the food is excellent, and the staff is incredible. I am a very picky person, and I never felt like I was "bothering" Patricia, or Flowerfield with my hundreds of questions/concerns throughout the planning process. Even if I thought of a question and e-mailed Patricia at 9 o clock at night on a Saturday, she typically would get back to me right away. The staff are so accommodating, during the food tasting we wanted to change some of the sides that were given as options, and the chef was happy to help and make any changes we requested. The night of the wedding ran like a well oiled ship. If there was an issue going on, I wasn't (and I'm still not) aware of it. It is clear that our bridal attendant, Debbie, and our maitre d, Andy, have been working in their roles for a very long time and really love what they do for a living. They were able to anticipate our needs and were always one step ahead of getting us what we were about to request. Debbie even got her hands and knees during cocktail hour in the reception room to sew my dress because the bustle broke! She also went as far as helping a guest who ripped his pants from dancing too hard (lol). The help they gave to my husband and I the night of the wedding was more than we could have ever asked for, or imagined. The guests are *still* raving about how amazing all of the food was (people aren't kidding when they say the food there really is the best), and the bartenders made really good drinks! As we sit here trying to write a brutally honest review, we really can’t think of one complaint and we can’t recommend them enough. If you think Flowerfield may be the venue for you - DO IT!!! I can promise you will not be disappointed. They gave me the wedding of my dreams.

We got married at Flowerfield on 4/21/18 and we were thrilled. We have been hearing wonderful feedback from our guests. They all raved about the cocktail hour and menu options. Our vegan guests were happy because they actually were able to choose a real menu option (so many places throw some veggies and salads together and call it an entree). The food was absolutely top notch. The head chef greeted us at the tastings and answered questions we had. The tastings were incredible and we enjoyed selecting menu options. Food is so important to us at weddings so once we had the tastings we knew this was a place for us, We worked closely with Patricia who really worked hard to provide us with a one of a kind experience. We felt like she really cared about us. She was willing to work with us and even gave us extra surprises. The grounds are so incredible. We loved that guests could walk around outside and enjoy the beautiful day or dance the night away on the dance floor. We're not rich but we feel so rich in love and so loved by our families and friends that we really wanted to provide them with a great day. We wanted them to enjoy a party, great food and an ambiance that can't be duplicated. Flowerfield gave us that. Patricia was so wonderful to work with and we had a dream wedding at Flowerfield. From the ceremony to the party to picking up our food and items the next day...we couldn't be more grateful. Where do I begin? From the get-go, Flowerfield was more than we could have imagined. From start to finish, Flowerfield and their staff helped my husband and I to have the wedding of our dreams. We worked with Pam, and she was so helpful and accommodating. As a bride who was planning my wedding from out of state, Pam understood that I was only available during certain times of the year because I could not make constant trips between Long Island and Maryland. She never forgot that and made me feel at ease, especially during those times when I felt a bit stressed.

The Flowerfield staff executed our wedding vision perfectly, and our guests noticed. Everyone has been raving to my husband and I about how our wedding was the best wedding they have ever gone to. I attribute that to all our vendors, and of course, Flowerfield. I truly wish that I could go back and relive many of the moments from that day again because it truly was a magical day. As corny as this may sound, if you want a fairytale wedding, you need to check out Flowerfield.

I just got married here on 9/17/17 and picking this venue was the best decision i could have made!!! Their staff is beyond attentive and amazing! I worked with Patricia and we became friends throughout the process! She made every wish i had come true, even when we thought they would not be possible, she made it happen! Andy is probably the most professional and organized maitre d in the business! He is maticulous with making things perfect and he does it with ease! I work in the industry and have dealt with all walks of life when it comes to the staff at venues, none of them come close to having the same caliber as the staff at Flowerfield. I had Debbie as my bridal attendant, I could not even form words of how incredible she was, she was sewing my ripped dress, applying me with lipstick, helping me with every and anything - I truly felt like royalty. The grounds are incredible, it's big and open and has scenery for days! The inside is even nicer if that's even possible! The cocktail room is an atrium and it's like no venue you have ever seen. Flowerfields is truly one of a kind - if your looking for a unique incredible venue, look no more. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thanks Flowerfield, for the best day of my life.

I don't even know where to start when giving this place a review. It deserves more than 5 stars. This was the first place we looked at, and my husband and I didn't need to waste my time looking at the other venues. Patricia is one of the most amazing people to work with, and she put me completely at ease with absolutely everything - from fear that we weren't going to make the payments on time, to guest list issues, to organizing the space and everything in between. She was always just a phone call away to make me worry less. We got married on October 8th - and it was not the *ideal* weather, but the moment we got there after our ceremony (we were married off site) and were ushered into the bridal cottage, my husband and I didn't have to lift a finger. The attendant had a spread out for everyone to eat and relax, she recurred my hair for the photos, bustled my dress, helped us touch up everything for photos and that was only the beginning of the exemplary service. The maitre-d was PHENOMENAL in making sure everything during the wedding went well, and just pampered us from start to finish. We decided to not attend our cocktail hour so we could have a few moments alone together, and they brought us an entire spread of food and drinks so we could still enjoy the food without everyone running up to us with congratulations etc. Speaking of the food - it was amazing! I have never seen so much food or tasted so many delicious things all at once, it was like living in a dream!

We are still getting compliments about how amazing the venue was, and how perfect the service and staff were and just how beautiful it all turned out - from the decor to the lighting, to the tables, everything. I am so glad that we decided to get married there, it was worth every penny and they made sure that everything went according to plan and that it was the best day we could ever have. If you choose this place as your venue you will not be disappointed with your decision, it is the best.

I cannot say enough about Flowerfield! Not only is this venue beautiful, but the staff’s attention to detail is impeccable. Pamela was my event coordinator and she was so amazing. During the year and a half from the time I booked my wedding until my wedding day, Pamela always responded quickly to my questions and had great suggestions. My bridal attendant, Linda, and the maître d, Andy, were so attentive the day of and made sure my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Besides the wonderful staff, the food was so delicious that our guests were still commenting on it weeks later. Thank you for giving us the perfect day!

We had the most amazing wedding at Flowerfield! From the very beginning Patricia and the team were so easy to work with and extremely responsive. Unlike many other venues we met with, they were so flexible and open to accommodating any and all custom requests we had and didn't add tons of additional charges. All our guests reached out after saying how beautiful the grounds were, nice the staff was and delicious the food was. The cocktail hour food was UNBELIEVABLE as were the entrees and dessert! They truly went above and beyond anything we could have asked for - 2 weeks before our wedding a props vendor fell through who was supposed to create a wine barrel table for a wine tasting and on our wedding day Patricia surprised us that their GM was able to find wine barrels last minute to create the table - this is just one example of how wonderful the entire Flowerfield team was to work with. If you are looking for a gorgeous venue, amazing food, accommodating staff, unique decor and a wedding your guests will be talking about for years to come, have your wedding at Flowerfield! Working with Flowerfield will allow you to worry about one less thing in the wedding planning process.

There is no better venue on long Island. The place is like your own enchanted world and guests are blown away by the atrium and ballroom. The food is OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. Our guests were raving about it all night! Debbie, our bridal attendant and Andy our maitre'd, we're angels! They were at our side with whatever we needed, every second of the night. Everything was absolutely perfect. And we wouldn't have changed a single thing.

We got married at Flowerfield celebrations onAugust 20th and it was a dream come true. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful; From the homey feel of the lobby, the beautiful greenhouse cocktail room (with its own bridge and koi pond), to the beautifully landscaped grounds and beautiful reception hall; Flowerfield simply had it all. Debbie, Andy and Patricia along with the rest of the staff were so awesome and made sure we had our deam wedding!! Patricia, our wedding coordinator, was so helpful and made sure everything leading up to the day was carefully planned out. Andy, our maitre’d , made sure that our wedding went off without a hitch, from instructing our bridal party to know what to do to making sure our ceremony flowed perfectly he was always there. Debbie, our bridal attendant, she is the best!!! From fixing my broken hook to helping me use the bathroom and fixing my train that ripped Debbie was soo helpful! I cannot thank her enough; she really made sure I always had food to eat and drinks to drink. She even made time between the hectic wedding schedules for me and my new husband to be able to take some alone time right after the cocktail hour, which allowed us to savor the moment of being husband and wife. She is really amazing at her job! My husband and I cannot thank Flowerfield and its entire staff enough; they really made our wedding unforgettable.

Everything went perfectly, me and my wife were able to enjoy every moment stress free, mainly do to the matr'd Andy, who is the best in the business and ensured everything flowed smoothly with no hiccups. Our banquet sales manager Pamela Winkler was absolutely amazing and worked with us to every extent to make planning the wedding easy and fun. We were so stressed in the beginning phases but once we met with Pam we knew flowerfields was the place for us. She made everything so simple and was in constant contact with us to make sure everything went according to plan and held our hands every step of the way. We got so many compliments from family and friends about venue and event. I couldn't thank both Pam and Andy enough for such an amazing day. Highly recommend!

They were amazing from start to finish! Accomadated me and when I changed the table numbers last minute and made up a quick boquet when one was missing and flowers for the flower girl!! They were so helpful and available whenever I needed them. They put up our decorations beautifully. We had our wedding on a Sunday and they had some left over flowers from the previous weddings that weekend also and made the place beautiful.

Flowerfield was absolutely amazing! My husband and I looked at a number of different venues before making our selection. Flowerfield was one of the only locations that we both agreed on right away. Yes it is expensive, but if your budget allows for it, it is worth every penny! We worked with Patricia throughout the entire process and she was extremely helpful the whole way! My husband and I got married at Flowerfield on 5/25/2017. We looked at several wedding venues before visiting Flowerfield, but as soon as we walked into the venue and spoke with Patricia, we felt confident in our decision to get married here. During the process of wedding planning, Patricia helped us every step of the way, whether it was finding a vendor, coordinating day of activities, or selecting a color scheme for the party. The whole staff at Flowerfield was extremely helpful, professional, and made us feel so special and excited during the entire process. We never once felt overwhelmed working with the crew because they handle everything with care. The entire crew was extremely organized which helped ease day of concerns. At our wedding, Andy reviewed our schedule, asked if we had any special requests and fulfilled every one. We had minor hiccups with our ceremony officiant but Andy guided me every step of the way and answered all of my questions to keep moving with the ceremony. He was extremely professional, and truly a calming presence. The best part was the guests had no idea of this minor hiccup because the venue coordinated everything perfectly to keep the night going. During our reception, Andy made sure we had time to eat and enjoy the food, that we were hydrated, and above all, made sure we were enjoying the party! It’s the little things that mean the most. It rained our wedding day but it didn’t even matter because the venue itself is so beautiful, all of our guests said they felt like they were outside! During the wedding, all of our guests kept approaching us saying how delicious the food was and how friendly and attentive the staff was. My bridal attendant was phenomenal! She helped me with even the smallest of details and never hesitated to lend a helping hand to one of my bridesmaids or family members. Our wedding was two months ago and our guests are still saying it's the most beautiful venue and friendly staff they have ever seen! Thank you!

We had my daughters wedding at Flowerfied on July 1, 2017 and it was spectacular! The food was delicious and in abundance. The grounds are beautiful. The staff was truly amazing. From the valet, bartenders, wait staff and Maitre'd to the Bridal attendants they were all excellent! Pam was our coordinator and she was the best!! She helped us from day one of the process all the way through to the day after the wedding picking up our things. Very professional and highly qualified. Flowerfied takes the stress and worry out of your day, they handle everything and treat you top notch!
I highly recommend Flowerfied, if I could give more stars I would!!!

I visited roughly 10 venues before going to Flowerfield. After visiting, I canceled my appointments at all other venues. Flowerfield is simply gorgeous. My wedding was a day wedding (Saturday June 3) and my family loved being able to walk the grounds during the cocktail hour and reception (it was great for those who weren't into dancing).

The food was absolutely amazing as well. We had known this from our tasting, at which Flowerfield showed how amazing they truly were. We had a family emergency that day, and they could not do enough to assist us/ensure we enjoyed the tasting. The day of everyone raved about the food!

The staff both before and after the wedding went above and beyond. Patricia was fantastic to work with to plan our special day. Andy, the Maitre D, handled everything the day of with absolute professionalism. My husband and I cannot believe how easy he made everything for us. The day of we didn't need to think about a thing. Emily, the bridal attendant, was very attentive. While taking pictures she made sure my dress was always laying the correct way. When someone in the bridal party had gotten blood on his tux (prior to ceremony), she was there to help immediately and was prepared.

I cannot say enough good things about Flowerfield. I am still waiting to talk to my relatives (just returned from my honeymoon) but I've already heard from multiple people that our wedding was the best wedding they had been too. I credit Flowerfield!

Just had our wedding here 5/5/17. We had the absolute best experience with Flowerfield from day one, and they made our wedding incredible. From first walking in we met with Lauren who was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had a family emergency before the wedding and Lauren was more than happy to work with us and help us in any way she could. Andy the maitre'd was amazing!! He made sure everything went smoothly the entire night. We can't thank him enough for helping our wedding be as beautiful as it was! Debbie our bridal attendant was also fantastic, making sure we had a drink in our hands and food when we needed it at all times. Actually, anything we needed she was ready for and more than happy to help us out. Every single dish from the kitchen was absolutely delicious. I could never say one bad thing about this venue. The atmosphere and staff are perfection! We cannot thank them enough for our wonderful wedding which no one can stop raving about!!!

If you want your guest to be blown away Flowerfield will definitely not disappoint! The grounds are absolutely amazing but the people that work there make it even that much better. I don't even know where to start. From the very beginning Flowerfield had our hearts. Pam was amazing at helping us along the way with any questions or concerns we had. The food is the best I've ever had and after the tasting we were more excited for the food than anything else! Lovin Oven really did everything they could to cater to our guests especially with allergies and dietary restrictions. During the tasting, there was a dish that was only a first course that they turned into a combination course just for us! The day of went so smoothly I worried about absolutely nothing! The Maitre'D and Bridal Attendant were on top of EVERYTHING. Our amazing bridal attendant steamed the jumpsuit I changed into because it got wrinkled in my garment bag! Seriously, guests are still coming to us and reminding us how beautiful the venue was. We had our ceremony indoors (cold March day) and the atrium was a dream come true! And the ballroom was beautiful as well! The waitstaff was cordial and I heard no complaints. The second you walk into Flowerfield, you're going to want it as your venue!!

We got married at Flowerfield on November 19, 2016, and the experience was nothing short of perfection.

When planning a fall wedding, every couple knows weather can be unpredictable; so we were looking for a venue that featured impressive outdoor grounds and an equally stunning indoor space. When we first walked into the atrium at Flowerfield (where our ceremony was ultimately held), we were blown away and knew we found what we were looking for.

Lauren, our event coordinator, was wonderful, always very responsive and thorough with every detail that related to our big day. Andy, our maître d’, was constantly ten steps ahead in making sure everything ran smoothly. Kelsey, the bridal attendant, was amazing and ready at a moment’s notice if we needed anything. Additionally, Chef Bill crafted an amazing menu for us, which included a unique Indian meal for our guests that is still being praised (almost four months later)!

On that topic…about the food. If you’re a foodie, this is the place for you! We have never witnessed a more impressive cocktail hour, entrée, and dessert selection than at Flowerfield. The food was beyond amazing and we can’t wait to one-day (hopefully) return for someone else’s big day to re-enjoy everything!

In short, if you’re looking for a picturesque venue with exceptional cuisine and service, this is the venue for you.

My husband and I had our PERFECT wedding at Flowerfield on January 13th, 2017 and it was nothing short of a dream.

Lauren, Andy and Debbie made our wedding day something out of a fairytale. Our guests rave about every detail of our day constantly and tell us they felt like guests of honor after the exceptional treatment the waitstaff gave them. The food at cocktail hour and the reception was incredible and the viennese dessert cafe was the best decision we made! Our guests cannot stop talking about how delicious everything was and how many options they had throughout the night.

From the first day sitting down with Lauren at our tour, to the moment Andy and Debbie packed us on our shuttle to go back to our hotel, we were never without a thing. Andy our Maitre'd never had to answer one question for us because he kept us so well informed and our day went off without a hitch. He is truly amazing! He literally knew everything I needed before I even knew I needed it.

Debbie, my bridal attendant was a godsend and made sure I had everything I needed and catered to myself and my bridesmaids without being in our faces. Andy and Debbie made it their priority to ensure we had the best time possible, and we did!

We have been in a lot of weddings and NOTHING compares to Flowerfield.

Our winter wedding felt like a dream between the twinkle lights adorning the grounds, the beautifully decorated atrium and incredible food and drink for the entire night. There is no venue like Flowerfield!

We cannot thank the staff at Flowerfield enough for giving us the perfect wedding day without even a minute of stress through the year we planned with them. They made everything so easy while delivering a world class experience for our family and friends!

From the very moment my husband and I pulled up to Flowerfield, we knew immediately that this is where we wanted to get married. EVERYTHING about Flowerfield is PERFECT and INCREDIBLE -- from the grounds and ceremony space to the cocktail room and reception hall, and most importantly, the staff, we could not have chosen a better place for the biggest day of our lives. From our first meeting with Patricia to picking up the multitude of things we brought in the day after our wedding, everyone at Flowerfield was so friendly, caring, attentive and exceptional! Patricia was there to always answer all of questions, ease my concerns, and fix any issues that came about. My husband and I got married in early December, and we are still smiling from ear to ear about how great it was to work with our friends at Flowerfield. I say friends, because it truly felt like we were part of their family throughout the entire planning process. They took every detail I wanted and executed it to perfection. Patricia was our planner, and she is a great wealth of knowledge and experience but also just fun and easygoing to work with. The space and food were AWESOME! It's very rare that you leave a wedding and say "wow!" And Flowerfield did just that. Even throughout the night, Kelsey was a great bridal attendant and helped with everything from fixing my hair, pinning my mom's dress, taking pictures, to everything in between. Patricia helped us throughout every step of the way, and we couldn't be more thankful for everything that she's done; from helping us with choosing our menu/linens ,to even helping us with our place cards. The day of our wedding was PERFECT, Kelsey (bridal attendant) was always by my side, saved my dress when it was getting caught in between the jewels on my shoes, offered touch ups, and etc. Andy, was our maitre'd and made sure everything was on point, which it was. It was a sunny November day, a bit cold; but I was still able to have an outdoor wedding. The outdoor grounds are gorgeous. Our guests all had a great time, and still rave about how beautiful the venue is, as well has how delicious the food was. I miss this place already !

We can't say enough!! Thank you Pam Winkler and the whole staff for making our daughter Michelle's and her husband michael's wedding day dreams come true on October 8, 2016. It was more then we ever expected!! Everyone was so kind and friendly they made sure everything ran smoothly AND IT DID!!!! And the food out if this world!!! And so much our guests thought cocktail hour was the reception with so many great food stations. Many guests told us they have never been to such a beautiful wedding reception!!! I can not say enough good things about this venue. We had our daughter's wedding at Flowerfield this week and I am actually excited to write this review. From beginning to end the staff at Flowerfield could not have been more professional and pleasant. Patricia, who is the wedding planner, showed us around Flowerfield about a year ago and we were sold. The place is simply beautiful. It looks like a lush tropical island when you first walk in. This is where our cocktail hour took place. Further in is the formal dining room where the meal and party took place. The ceremony took place outdoors in the garden. The ceremony organizer, Andy, was super efficient and confident. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful it all was. The bridal and groom's suites are amazing! We had our food catered by an outside, kosher, caterer. Flowerfield worked seamlessly with the outside caterer and with all of our vendors (band, photographer, etc.). If there was a problem we knew nothing about it. Perfect! The bridal assistant, Anna, attended to the bride and groom's every need as well as to our needs. Again, the service was so smooth that we hardly noticed it was happening. We, and our guests had an absolutely wonderful time and we are so grateful to Flowerfield and their staff for that. I am happy to recommend this venue to anyone who is planning a party.

I could not have picked a more perfect venue for my wedding. Being that I chose memorial day weekend, I knew I would have to book super early and was slightly worried that since it was so far away I would get lost in the mix. This was absolutely not the case. I booked with Patrica almost 2 years in advance, yet she remained in contact with me throughout the entire process.

The day of ran smoother than I ever could have imagined. Every last detail was exactly how I wanted it to be, and there wasn't even 1 slight issue. Both her, Andy, and the entire staff made sure everything went exactly as planned. My family is still raving about the party, food, service and overall atmosphere of the evening.

If you are considering this venue, you will NOT be disappointed, I fell in love with it as soon as I walked in, and I am still in love with it 3 months later. I wish I could do it again!

There is no reason to look any further than Flowerfield for your wedding or special occasion! We just had our wedding there on Saturday and it was perfect from start to finish. The staff is consistently professional and attentive. We worked with Pam for all of our planning and she was amazing-the best! She was very helpful and responsive but never pushy. We fell in love with Flowerfield and Pam the minute we walked in the door. The day of the wedding Pam was there as well which was a great comfort. Andy and Kelsey couldn't have been better . They knew what we wanted before we even knew what we wanted. Our guests were impressed with everything as well. The food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere-breathtaking! I don't even know where to begin. Everything about this place is amazing. The service, the food, the hall. Everything! I had the pleasure of working with Pam and she was incredible! She made sure everything was perfect and wow, was it perfect. She was so patient and helpful I can't say enough kind words about her. As for Kelsey, ladies if you want to be pampered and made to feel like a million bucks, request Kelsey as your bridal attendant. Every single person still a week later is talking about how phenomenal she was. She is a hidden gem and Flowerfield should realize how amazing she is! We aren't sure how to put into words what an amazing experience we had at Flowerfield from beginning to end. My husband and I worked closely with Pam, and what a breath of fresh air. Pam's attention to detail made our experience feel seamless and stress free. Exceeding our expectations is an understatement. The special attention we received from all of the staff, especially, Pam, Andy (Maître d) and Deb (Bridal Attendant) made us and our guests feel like it was a personal and very intimate reception. We are so thankful to all of the staff for providing excellent service, even better food, and an amazing experience. Family and friends cannot stop talking about the venue itself, along with the staff. We had our wedding at Flowerfield on 7/3/16 and it was absolutely amazing! We worked with Pam who helped us to put together an awesome event for our guests. On the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly thanks to Andy (our maitre d') and Emily (my bridal attendant). The food was absolutely delicious and people could not stop talking about it. The decor is gorgeous and perfect. We honestly had the best day ever and are so glad we picked Flowerfield as the place to start our life together!

Lovin' Oven made our wedding day the best day of our lives. We had our wedding at the Vanderbilt Museum & Planetarium on June 11th. They put all of my worries of having an off premise event (and I had a lot of them) to ease. Andrew, Pam, and Bill were seriously a dream team. There are no words that can accurately express how perfect this venue is in every way. Our wedding, two weeks ago was spectacular. The grounds are gorgeous. The bridal party starts out in a beautiful, cottage, well stocked with food and drink, as well as attendants who care for your every need as you prepare to get ready for the affair. Once ready, the bridal party and families are welcomed into the beautiful bridal suite or lovely grooms' den. The outdoor gazebo island for the ceremony takes your breath away. Swans are swimming by and the gorgeous flowers and trees add a spectacular dimension to the ceremony. As you say "I Do" the fountains in the pond will all turn on in celebration. The glass atrium for the cocktail hour is a mini botanical garden. Our 220 guests were in awe when they entered the atrium, which hosts a bridge, indoor pond and an amazing variety of plants. Our guests raved and continue to do so. Each of the stations was unique and the food was exquisite and abundant. The bar area was quite impressive, as well. Our ice luge for drinks was quite a hit!
The reception ballroom is beautiful and spacious. The dinner meals were without question comparable to a high end five star restaurant. The guests were amazed at the dinner selection, food quality and impeccable service. The staff instinctively attended to our every need in the most professional manner.
Pam Winkler, who booked our party and worked out all the details, made preparing for our wedding a seamless process. There was no stress at all when dealing with Pam and Flowerfield. She is on point all the way through the process. Pam is lovely and easy to work with. She made our entire experience an extremely positive one.
Andy, the maitre d leaves nothing to chance and there's nothing to worry about with him at the helm. He's amazing! He handles every detail from arrivals to goodbyes!
Five stars are not nearly enough for this venue! Flowerfield is the gem of Long Island!

This is a long overdue review for our July 2015 wedding but very much well deserved. Flowerfield is a special and magical place. It exceeded my expectations for our wedding and my husband and I were so happy with our decision to get married there. Flowerfield combines a beautiful location with amazing food and first class service. First of all, Flowerfield is an extremely beautiful location - there are ponds, fountains, vineyards, woodlands, flowers and just an overwhelmingly beautiful setting. The interior of Flowerfield is equally beautiful - the atrium is a lush tropical rainforest with its very own koi pond and bridge. The ballroom is regal and beautifully decorated. But, beyond that there is the food....our guests still cannot stop talking about it! The food is delicious and well-executed and unlike your typical catering-hall style food. Everything is prepared with detail and incredibly delicious and fresh. Lastly, the service was first-rate. Craig, Andy, Patricia and Joette were all equally attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They did an amazing job. I cannot speak highly enough of how wonderful they were. Anything we needed or wanted, they delivered on. It was an amazing day and one I will never forget. Thank you, Flowerfield!

I got married in June 2015, all I can say is I wish I could rewind to my wedding day everyday. I was blown away by the service, food, and staff at Flowerfield. When I got to the reception from the ceremony it had started raining a bit, but I got out of the limo and the amazing staff already had umbrellas waiting for us. Just the attention to detail is really what makes this place amazing. My guests months later still have their profile pictures from the day of our wedding because of how beautiful the property is. Andy is such an amazing person that he really goes above and beyond for the bride and groom (having our favorite drinks ready at our table, or even helping me with my shoes considering I had a ball gown). I'm hoping someone I know gets married here soon because I'd love to attend a wedding at Flowerfield!

Flowerfield went above and beyond our expectations! My wedding was an absolute fairy tale and I owe a great portion of that to all the hard work and dedication at this amazing venue. Our wedding was December 27, 2015, and the entire place was decorated for the holiday season which gave it such a beautiful touch. From the gingerbread house, Christmas trees, fireplaces, and poinsettias everywhere. Although we didn't use the bridal and groom suites much, as we got married in a church, I do have to say they are decorated beautifully and are huge! Flowerfield stands out above any venue I visited or have been to for events. The Atrium room where our cocktail hour was held is incredible!!!!! There are couches to relax and tables and chairs for your guests to sit and actually enjoy all crazy amounts of incredible food you have to eat! Everyone was raving during and after the wedding about how delicious all the food was. And the best was it was all hot! I wish I could have eaten more. Flowerfield did send my parents home with so many leftovers and meals of guests who did not show. We also had the amazing dessert carts, which we were able to bring home some of the scrumptious delights to enjoy when I actually wasn't so full. Patricia was so helpful from choosing our linens (which I changed at the last minute), to helping me decide where to put my favors, (I also emailed her the day before to change something with that as well). She let me know it would not be a problem and didn't make me feel like I was being picky. I was so happy to see her the day of my wedding too! Everything really came together. I loved having pictures of my husband and I displayed throughout the place as well. The maitre d Andy and my bridal attendant Joette were absolutely wonderful. The moment we arrived we were taken care of. Practically waited on hand and foot. First and foremost I have to say I'm completely overjoyed with how my wedding turned out. I worked directly with Patricia the entire process of planning the wedding from signing the contract to the day off. Andy the maitre D is a COMPLETE genius at what he does. He knows how to fix a do everything on the day off and I honestly was never worried for a second. The staff, the venue, the FOOD was top notch, all of it and them, perfection. I had some amazing vendors as well and everyone worked so amazingly together. LI sound for DJ, Paige Marion for decor( Scott is a pure rockstar with a heart of gold), NST for videography, Melarosa florist and Trisha Keeler photography. People say you never get to eat at your wedding and that it flys by and I will tell you that was completely false in my case. I ate every tasty bite I had been waiting for, I savored every moment of the wedding with the help of time checks from Andy, Scott and my wonderful bridal attendant and my husband and I loved everything and anything there was to love about that day and night. The rooms were gorgeous in every way( it's the biggest reason we fell in love with the venue, the service was too). It felt like the most beautiful version of the holiday season in the atrium... Earthy and cheerful! After the wedding, the amount of compliments we received was completely overwhelming and so unbelievably awesome. The love was truly in the air. I originally wanted a vintage/ barn wedding but couldn't find a venue to accommodate the amount of guests we had. My husband and I walked in to Flowerfield and knew it was perfect. If you want a venue that's different, has great genuine service, food and want a small or huge event... Flowerfield is for you I promise!

Flowerfield surpassed all of my expectations in EVERY single area. Where do I even start? We had a Christmas wedding (12/12/15) and the decor at Flowerfield was spectacular. Aside from the centerpieces we didn't have to bring anything in because it was THAT beautiful. Patricia was wonderful to work with and put me at ease with the entire process. I was planning a lot of the wedding while working a full-time schedule and out of state most of the time but none of that mattered because of Patricia's responsiveness and experience.

The day of the wedding was 60 degrees, unheard of for a December wedding on Long Island. 30-minutes before the wedding Andy, the maitre d' aka THE MAN, asked me if I wanted to move the ceremony outside. I was afraid it would be too much work but it wasn't. Everyone hustled to make it happen and it was AWESOME! We were the FIRST wedding to ever have its ceremony OUTSIDE in December. My bridal attendant, Joette, was the sweetest woman and catered to my every need. I'm serious! She even helped me put my sneakers/socks on when I changed out of my heels. Joette was my FAIRY GODMOTHER on my wedding day. My MOH and mother were thankful because she made their day so much easier as well.

The food? WOW! My friends were still texting me after the wedding to tell me how it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Flowerfield even provided meals for my husband and I to have as leftovers. They did EVERYTHING they could to make our day memorable and they certainly succeeded.

I cannot say enough about this venue, the food, the service, and staff. If I could give it more than 5-stars I would! You'd be a fool to not choose this as your wedding venue. :-)

Where do we even begin? From the minute we found Flowerfield on a Wedding Wire venue search, the place was more than we could have dreamed. Patricia made us feel like we were the only couple she was working with, and paid extremely close attention to detail. The grounds are breath-taking, the food is outstanding, and the service is impeccable. Andy is by far the best maitre d', in the entire business. Our families never had to lift a hand or give anything a second thought that day. He was always right there with a smile helping us along. Same with our bridal attendant, Kelsey. She was as sweet as could be and right there when we needed her! The chef put out the most delicious array of food. The wait staff was very professional and provided excellent service as well. We got married at Flowerfield in August and our wedding day was perfect and so much of that I owe to the staff at Flowerfield. We received so many compliments about the service, the food, and the venue itself and our guests didn't even get to see the half of it. We were so well taken care of and were so pleased with everything.
Patricia was our event coordinator and was great at helping us make decisions.
Emily and Andy on the day of were beyond wonderful. We felt so well taken care of without feeling overwhelmed.
My only regret was that I didn't get to eat as much as I should have!

There are no words to describe how perfect Flowerfield is for a wedding. We worked with Heather to plan our special day and she is the BEST! From the start, she makes you feel like part of their family. I felt so special from the time I met her to saying goodbye on our wedding night. Thanks to Flowerfield, my husband and I were able to have the wedding of our dreams!! Everything was picture perfect and exactly what we had envisioned. Heather was my wedding coordinator and she made sure everything was in its correct spot and that everything ran smoothly. Heather was so responsive every time I reached out to her and her positive attitude and energy really helped me calm down at times! Andy, the maitre d' was so attentive, making sure the food came out in a timely manner. Josette was my bridal attendant and I couldn't ask for a more caring and professional person to help me throughout the night. She was so helpful, from holding the back of my dress for me to even getting my more comfortable shoes when my first pair was killing me. All of my guests said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to! They keep raving about the food and how beautiful the place is. There are no words to describe how amazing our wedding day was! The staff at Flowerfield was a huge part of making our day so magical. It rained all day for my June 2015 wedding but no one cared because the scenery, service and attention to detail that Flowerfield provided was above anything I could have asked for. Each person at Flowerfield was friendly and kind. Our best man said that he had never felt so taken care of as a member of the bridal party before. Every request I had was fulfilled. Patricia our planner made my husband and I feel like the most important clients she had. She stayed the entire night to over see everything. In fact, she personally drove us from the cottage to the reception area in her car so that I wouldn't get wet. As a bride I was attended to from start to finish. My bridal attendant went so far as to take my shoes off of me when I couldn't bend over due to my dress. Andy our Maitre de kept everything and everyone on schedule. The bartenders would learn peoples name and drink and have them ready without the person even saying anything. This small gesture made my guests feel important and catered too. One month later people are still raving about our wedding. Flowerfield is that type of venue that you are proud to call yours. Its breath taking and memorable. The food is delicious and the staff is the best on Long Island. You will never regret your decision to sign with Flowerfield!

From the absolutely beautiful setting to the food....you simply cannot beat Flowerfield. When we first visited, I loved it, but was concerned about the cost. We opted to do an afternoon reception to save some money, and it was totally worth it. We had a great day all around, and the staff was amazingly attentive and helpful. Highly recommend.

My wedding was perfect, just amazing, I could not have asked for more. I could not imagine having my wedding anywhere else. We originally started working with Kerri who was unbelievably great. So friendly and accommodating. Anything we asked for she made sure to find a way to make it happen. Kerri had to leave as it got closer to our wedding but Heather did a great job picking up right where Kerri left off. The cocktail room is amazing, every one commented on how beautiful it is. The atrium (cocktail room) was great and because of its look we did not need any flowers. It would have been the perfect rain option if we didn't have the beautiful day that we did. The bridal suite was very big and the bridal attendant, Kelsey was so amazing in taking care of me and even calming my nerves right before the ceremony. Even the groom suite was amazing. My husband loved it, not only was it awesome looking on its own but it was even complete with its own bartender. The food was absolutely amazing; everyone could not stop talking about how good everything was. Everyone said it was the most amazing cocktail hour food and then they couldn't believe all the amazing food that came after. Everyone was also telling us how usually no one looks forward to the cake or expects it to be good, but it was the part of the wedding that we got the most comments about. Everyone who commented said it was the best cake they have ever had! Yes, not just wedding cake but best cake they have ever had! Our Maître D, Andy and the rest of the staff was absolutely amazing and attentive. Highly, highly recommend.

We couldn't have been happier with Flowerfield! Our planner Heather was fantastic and worked with us having to plan the wedding from out of state. The morning of our wedding it rained but the indoor atrium was beautiful! The staff was very attentive and provided top notch service. The food was delicious and our family and friends had nothing but positive reviews.
Highly recommend Flowerfield!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Flowerfield. Not only is it a beautiful venue (the updates make it even more beautiful) but it was a great place to work with. They exceeded expectations from the food to service. Everyone raved about the food! It was unbelievable! Kerry, Andy, Linda (bridal attendant) and the rest of the staff made it a perfect day. I also loved the groomsmen suite. Since we had the ceremony there as well, not many places had a nice spot for the groomsmen to hang out and relax before. Flowerfields' was huge! It was a great spot and the guys had a great time with drinks and food before us girls got there. Would definitely recommend this place to every bride. It is now a bit pricey but trust me, it's totally worth it!!!!!!

Flowerfield is AMAZING! We had such high expectations and they completely exceeded them! Our guests could not stop raving about the beauty of the venue and the unbelievable service and food. From the moment we booked Flowerfield until the end of our after-party, we were in great/competent hands! Kerry & Craig were wonderful in helping us book everything and answering a million questions. I don't know what we would have done without Andy & Joette on the night of our wedding. They made the whole operation run smoothly. We cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work and attention to detail! Thank you!!!!

I could not be happier with choosing Flowerfield for our big day. Kerry was the best coordinator and I will keep in touch with her always. Josette was an incredibly attentive bridal attendant and the day would not have gone so smoothly if it weren't for her and our maitre-de Andy anticipating and helping meet all of our needs and those of our wedding party and families. Also can't forget to mention how delicious the food is!

Flowerfield was the first venue we looked at and the bridal suite almost brought me to tears the first time I walked in there. I knew I would someday get ready in that room. Flowerfield is the most beautiful venue I have ever been to. The whole entire place is spectacular!
We worked with Kerry who was extremely personable and we felt as if we were the only wedding she was planning. Each detail of the wedding was covered beforehand and there weren't many surprises the day of (and any surprises were no biggie). The attention to detail that was paid to each part of the wedding was so wonderful, we felt like Kerry knew our personalities and understood what we wanted fully.
I'm a complete control freak and for me to be completely calm the day of my wedding was a huge surprise to everyone. The bridal attendants that were helping were wonderful! We had 2 since my bridesmaids and I got ready fully there.
The bridal attendant made sure everyone was comfortable but knew when to just step back and let us hang and have a good time.
Andy, the Maître d', was so on top of everything! We were so lucky to have such wonderful people working with us on the most special day of our lives!
Our guests can't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and GREAT the food was!
Flowerfield was a dream come true...we only wish we could have eaten some more of that great food!!!!
