  If you want a rehearsal dinner that is fun for all ages then Turtle Kraals is the place to go. My husband and I are from sarasota and had planned a destination wedding in June. We had originally planned on having our rehearsal dinner at Rum Barrel solely on the fact it was across the street from our hotel.   If you want a rehearsal dinner that is fun for all ages then Turtle Kraals is the place to go. My husband and I are from sarasota and had planned a destination wedding in June. We had originally planned on having our rehearsal dinner at Rum Barrel solely on the fact it was across the street from our hotel. About 2 months before our wedding I found out that Rum barrel was closing down and was unable to host. The event coordinator at Rum Barrel gave me contact information to Turtle Kraals as well as some of their other sister restaurant. I immediately fell in love with Turtle Kraals, the view and space were perfect for our crowd of 34 people including 8 children. Mike Hay, the event coordinator, not only help coordinate our rehearsal dinner but he was also our bartender throughout the night. He made our night perfect. I couldn't thank him enough for all his help and preparation. My family raved about the food. We loved the beef empanadas, bruschetta and flank steak.
  If you are looking for a rehearsal dinner in Key West this is the place!!!

  Mike Hess with Turtle Kraals was great. We rented out the tower bar and had a great time. They were very accommodating and all of our guests absolutely loved the food.

  I had my reception at Turtle Kraals and everything was so nice. It's a restaurant overlooking the bay with a beautiful view. The food was great and everyone was so helpful.

  We found Turtle Kraals through a friend who ate there and said the food was delicious. I spoke with Mike there, and he set everything up for us. We had the Tower Bar for 40 people on Nov. 5, 2016. It was a beautiful setting on the marina and included a gorgeous sunset. We couldn't have had a better place for a reception. There was room for our DJ, a head table for 8, and a buffet. We had several tables each set for 4 with white table cloths, which we decorated with black lanterns. The food was the best we had in Key West. Delicious! Nick, the bartender, and his staff were excellent, friendly, and professional. The man in charge of the buffet was knowledgeable about all the dishes, and he was completely organized about serving the appetizers and setting up the buffet. Top notch service! The price included 2 appetizers, buffet with 3 meats/chicken/fish, vegetables, potatoes, salad, dessert, bread, set up, take down, and open bar for 3 hours. I would absolutely recommend Turtle Kraals!

  Recently had our reception at Turtle Kraal's after a beautiful ceremony on the beach. The service was top notch, the drinks were flowing and I didn't hear one complaint about the food. As a matter of fact everyone want to eat more but were too full. We also added on the Key Lime pie. AMAZING!!! Hands down, one of the best I've had. The setting was beautiful on the harbor. I was a little nervous about being partially outdoors but after a few minutes and the sun started going down it was absolutely perfect.
