During the summer months, May to November we recommend booking an appointment to go over concerns, or changes you may have. We are available at The Flower Shed every Wednesday, with after hours appointments available as well.
The other way to get a hold of us is by email. We probably won't be able to return your calls during the week due to our long hours, but we do check our email late every evening.
The rest of the week we are not easily available as we tend to work out of the "office" from early in the morning until quite late in the evening. On the week-ends due to the change of rules in many halls, we have to have everything removed at the end of the event. Quite often we start at 7am and finish at 6pm, only to start again at 12:30am and finish at 5am. This can result in us working 60 hours just between Thursday to Sunday alone. The rest of the week is devoted to cleaning and returning our inventory back to it's original condition. Due to the large area of coverage Thunder Bay has, we are also working outside of the city limits with tent weddings and often on opposite ends of the city.
