About Jen & Lil' Angel Gifts:
I create & sell gift journals in a variety of areas (baby, family, friends, etc.). By FAR, my best selling products are my WEDDING PARTY RELATIONSHIP journals (see portfolio). Want to know more about how my little unique company (and products) came to be? Read on!

I developed our first product, Instruction Manual for Babies, in 2000 during the wee hours of the morning when I was a very tired young mom. It was originally designed for personal use, but it soon became a hit with family & friends. When we later discovered that our son had Angelman Syndrome, I developed another book out of necessity called Organizing Your Child's Special Needs. With only 2 official products, Lil' Angel Books officially became a business in 2002. In 2005, expanding into other gift items, we changed our name to Lil' Angel Gifts. We are now pleased to offer dozens of specialty gifts- including journals, notecards, and have many new projects in the works.

My company's name, was of course inspired by my special little boy who has Angelman Syndrome, my sweet Lil' Angel Cameron. We are pleased to be able to give back to the community and to special needs causes. We do this by working with organizations through fundraising and supporting various events.

I was awarded eBay Canada's Mompreneur of the year award (2008), for the commitment I've shown to my business, my customers, and working around the needs of my 3 children.

Each journal is similarly designed, but has different topics. Please check the individual product page for details on the book you are considering.

I have a great suggestion/idea for a journal or other product. Can I suggest it?
Please do! Many of our products were developed out of customers’ requests, or have been adapted to suit their needs.

I’ve been a little crazy with my wedding being so close, and I forgot to order until the last minute. Please help!!!
Been there, done that. I understand. Unfortunately, I don’t have the ability to teleport your books/cards to you instantly. But, I will get your order out to you as soon as possible. In the meantime if your wedding is super close, please email me (and state who you are and which books you ordered) and I can email you the topics. This way you can jot down some ideas and prepare your thoughts while your books are on their way. Some brides that don’t have time to get their journals before their wedding will still fill out the journals and give them shortly after the wedding, as a thank you gift.

What is your return policy?
It is very rare that someone wants to return one of our journals, but we completely understand if you wish to. We want you to be 120% satisfied with your purchase! If not, please return the book/s in their original state (not written in), along with your information. We will refund the purchase price (less shipping cost).

I’m trying to reach someone by phone or email. When will someone be able to return my message?
We LOVE talking to customers, but we are not always readily available to speak with. Because of my commitment to my son and his special needs, and my other children and hubby, I work a varying schedule, and am not always available 9-5 to answer calls/ reply to email. Please leave your message and contact info, and be assured that I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can.

How long does shipping usually take?
Air (1-4 of the *smaller journals*):-approx. 7-10 business days
Expedited (5+ journals): 10-14 business days
We are usually pretty good at sending out your orders within 2 business days of payment being received.
Please give yourself plenty of time before your wedding to order journals. You will want to have 3-4 weeks minimum before your wedding to get your journal/s and have time to fill it out.
