At Fancy That Cake everything is baked to custom order - no two cakes are exactly alike!  Locally owned and licensed, we take pride in offering Fergus, Elora and surrounding areas with custom creations, designed to make any event special. Every creation is designed specifically for you, and we will work with you to bring your vision into reality.

Kellie has always been known for her creativity and love of food. But it wasn't until she found herself, with all her children in school full time, looking for something to do with her "grown up" self, that she decided to combine her love of food and creativity into her passion for cake decorating.

To perfect her technique, Kellie took the passion to the next level. Determined to learn from the best, she started her cake training at Klara Johnson's School of Confection and Pastry Art. She then perfected it at Icing Inspirations school. She has also had the opportunity to learn from several cake decorating celebrities. Her first wedding cake was for her mom, and she hasn't looked back since!
