Facilities and Capacity
The Westin Annapolis features three individual options for hosting your ceremony, reception, or both.
The Capitol Ballroom accommodates a maximum of 400 guests and offers contemporary styling, wave-wall accents, and neutral colors. This area allows your guests to enjoy a comfortable and distant setting based on square footage.
The Annapolis Ballroom comfortably accommodates 120-150 guests and features an open-air kitchen concept with abundant natural light with open spaces to mingle throughout your own wing of the hotel.
The Caucus Room accommodates up to 30 guests and offers natural light with soft colors and spacing.
Services Offered
The hotel's team offers an array of services and amenities to benefit couples on their big day, such as catering and accommodation.
The staff facilitates couples and their guests with the option of choosing from 225 guest rooms. Each of these features great views of the city and courtyard and amenities such as WiFi, flat-screen TVs, and the use of an indoor pool and gym.

The Wedding of My Dreams!
I had the honor and privilege of working with William Grace from my initial contact with the Westin all the way through until my wedding day. Over the entire 11 months of planning my wedding, William was amazing to work with. He was super responsive to emails, answered all my questions and truly made me feel as if I was the only bride he was working with at the time. With all the 2020 wedding cancellations due to COVID-19, I know that was far from the truth. William was thorough, organized, and very knowledgeable on the entire process. Being a first time bride planning a wedding in a pandemic, this put a lot of my anxiety at ease. I would recommend this venue and William directly 1000x over if I could. They are truly amazing!

The Westin Annapolis is an amazing place for a fun, downtown Annapolis wedding. The event staff there is so attentive and unsurpassed in their graciousness. The Westin is a beautiful Annapolis Hotel for your wedding or event! My couples look stunning in their photos when they get ready in a room at the Westin because of the abundance of light and the modern decor. The event spaces are flexible for any size event and the staff makes your whole experience, from the time of hiring them to the actual event, flawless! William is one of my favorite wedding professionals in the area because he is always keeping his clients happy!
