In 2008, dreamer, doer, and palm tree-swooner, Elle Ellinghaus founded her company and since has become a leader in the event planning world. It has grown from strength to strength with five wedding planners onboard and two studio locations in Maryland and Charleston. The Planners at Elle & Co. are also fluent in planning via facetime for destination weddings.
