Sun West Studios was an absolute joy to work with. Mezz was flexible and accommodating and extremely responsive. Because it is a working photo studio, the folks at Sun West seem to work all the time and thus were always quick with responses and flexible when scheduling time for us to come look at the space with our various vendors. The bathrooms were big and clean, and the kitchen was more than adequate for our caterer to heat and plate our family-style dinner for 125 guests.

The space itself is beautiful and dynamic. The large terrace was a popular location for those who needed a break from the dancefloor; the two separate studios, connected by large doors, offered a great opportunity to "reveal" our reception space; and the beautiful cyclorama was the perfect set up for a large photo booth. The venue has some furniture available for use, generally included in the rental cost, so we were able to save some money as well on rentals! All in all, Sun West Studios was the perfect location for our wedding, and we have absolutely nothing but the best to say about the whole experience!

This wedding venue is incredible. It is a photo studio normally so naturally all of your photos will come out good. The cyc is perfect for dancing and we were able to comfortably seat 91 guests. Mezz is wonderful to work with and he will make sure you get what you need. The entrance is not visually appealing but it adds even more to the wow factor when people step off the elevator on the 10th floor. Has everything you need, kitchen, bridal room, etc. Perfect for couples who have a minimalist style.

I had my wedding cocktail party here a few years ago and couldn't be happier. Sun West Studios is an amazing space. The lofty space with high ceiling and floor to ceiling windows gave it a true NYC feel with the best city and water views. The outdoor terrace was a perfect spot for drinks with views of Hudson River. My guests were so happy with the convenient location as it's close to the train, easy to get taxis and quick walk to Penn Station. The staffs were all so helpful from beginning to end making it an effortless event to plan. I loved that we can bring in our caterers, DJ, florist and decorations. We also appreciate that the place was always clean, esp the bathrooms and the kitchen was big enough for our caterers to prepare all the food. Overall, we had a wonderful experience as everything worked out perfectly to make our special day ever so memorable.
