One of the best decisions we made for our daughter’s wedding was having Karen as our wedding planner! My daughter wanted her wedding at Ponte Vedra Inn in Ponte Vedra, FL, but we are not from the area, so we were initially a bit concerned about finding vendors and organizing everything. We needn’t have worried. Karen made the whole process so seamless! She found us fantastic vendors including florals, photography, videography, hair and make-up, lighting, and musicians. Everyone she recommended was so nice and did such a great job! She made sure everything for the special day was just how my daughter and her husband had envisioned it! Karen provided us timelines of when things needed to be decided and paid which was so incredibly helpful! She was always available for questions and was so kind to work around our schedules and have calls with us in the evenings. Karen also had many great suggestions along the way, many of them for things we hadn’t even thought about, but were a big hit at the wedding like fun LED wands for dancing at the reception. On the day of the wedding, we were all relaxed knowing Karen had things well organized. The ceremony and reception all turned out so beautifully, and that was in large part thanks to Karen!
