I couldn’t been happier with the choice for my daughters wedding. We did a trial make up and hair appointment with a few different artists & Brittany seemed to be the best fit. Then on the wedding day, she definitely delivered and more!! Our make up was absolutely stunning!!! She was very professional, on time and even came back after the ceremony to do touch ups and an up so for my daughter for the reception. I have short and really thick hair and she did a beautiful up do that stayed all night & didn’t make it sticky with a lot of product. I have been exposed to other hair and makeup artists in the past when I’ve been in weddings, and i will forever recommend Brittany from now on!!!!

My wedding was on March 18th, 2023 at 6:00pm. Brittany had reached out to me a few weeks prior wanting to do hair and makeup for my crew. I was ecstatic to have her reach out to me after having my original hair and makeup artist having to cancel due to schedule issues. The original plan was for her to come to the hotel at noon in order to get me, my mum, and 2 of my girls hair and/or makeup done by 4:00 so we could be on schedule to be at the venue at 4:30.
However, the day of, she had reached out to me at 10:00 am letting me she would probably be running late and may not be able to get there by noon and instead get there around 1-1:30pm. Although I was disappointed in the change of plans I told her it was okay thinking there would still be enough time. Unfortunately, I had not heard from Brittany for several hours until I reached out to her around 2:00pm wondering where she was. At this point, we were severely under a time crunch. There was no way all of our hair and makeup would’ve been done on time…not even on time for ceremony time at 6:00pm. She finally called me back around 2:30 saying she was still working on another bridal party’s hair and makeup and didn’t intend for it to take this long and that she would call me once she got in her car. At 2:40pm she called me from her car saying she was on the way. She did not arrive to the hotel until about 3:15pm. At this point my mum had taken over for me so I didn’t stress out about it. Me, my mum, and my maid of honor ONLY got our hair done. My 4th girl did not get serviced by her and decided to do her own hair and makeup due to the time. By the time we were out the door, it was 4:35 and we had about a 10 minute drive to the venue.
My hair did not hold. It had to be constantly fixed and recurled just for it to look even “ok” throughout the night. To say I was disappointed is a understatement.
I would not recommend getting serviced by Brittany. I understand paying for someone’s services but this was just completely unacceptable. She was a kind lady but her planning was poor and miscalculated.
