I'm different shades of purple, and a little bit of silver. Purple is such a huge color this year, but for us it was the only color we could agree on. I wanted something girly, and FH didnt want anything too frilly. If I had my way it would be magenta. No swaying him there though. That was the first thing he said, "no pink or anything close to pink". He knows me so well

Do you have your venue yet? You might want to change your colors after you sign a place because your original colors might clash with the decor of your location.

But, nothing wrong with looking for inspiration until then. I just suggest you don't make up your mind until you have a venue.

And I agree with Hayley about seeking inspiration but giving yourself some flexibility if you don't have your venue yet. I feel like if a color or theme is really important to you there are ways to make it work in MOST venues, but if you find the perfect venue you don't want to be so stressed over the wall color for example if it doesn't suit the colors you have in your head.

Happy idea-gathering! Putting colors together was one of the fun parts for me.

Those are some nice color choices....mines are Navy, Burnt Orange, and Charcoal Gray

Mine are diffent shades of lighter blues, nothing too dark and silver.

I agree about getting a venue and then deciding on color.

Mine are dark purple and burnt orange.
