Cheap is a relative term and also dependent on your location. Wedding Wire has a vendor search feature where you can look for vendors in your area for all of these things. Also, if you know anyone who's been married, you can ask them for recommendations. For providers like DJs and photographers, you actually usually get a discount if you were referred by a past client.

You can try the vendors tab here on WW. It’s difficult to give recommendations for so many vendors without a location, budget, head count, etc.
