Looking forward to a complete set of plates, but definitely the Keurig and the FoodSaver. We are both hunters, and we buy meat in bulk, so the vacuum sealer gets used a LOT!
ETA @Celia, with just that in mind, we have registered for the re-useable filters so we can use our own coffee/tea and not the K-cups. They seem very wasteful, and are not economically friendly, either!

Keurigs are about the most environmentally detrimental appliance ever invented. Sorry. I believe that you can order individual little filters for them though.
Based on what I've bought for our house recently;
An Instant Pot (electric pressure cooker)...it rocks! You can make pretty much anything in it.
Le Crueset Dutch Oven ,a big oval one
good knives; 1 2 " chef blade, offset serrated bread knife and a parer. And a rotary knife sharpener. And great kitchen shears
I'm most excited about a KitchenAid mixer and a nice knife block set!! Our knife block is so awful, I couldn't wait to pick out a nice one for our registry lol. New sheets, a full China set and a new flatware spread are among our other top items
@fmm- the keurig plastic pods are not bio-degradable so they just sit in a landfill for forever. (Only one company makes them biodegradable and they're super $$$, the others aren't because the boiling water will break down most biodegradable plastics)
If you use the reusable mesh filter, it's not as bad.
In answer to op's question- we haven't done our registry yet, but I am super excited for an air fryer. FH's uncle has one and it cooks so fast, without heating up the house, so I love it!
