I'm really not looking to spend a lot of money on party favors. I have 27 tables, and I have no clue what type of party favors I can use. My wedding them is a semiformal chandelier theme, any suggestions or Advise on what I can do?

The possibilities are endless. It's best to stay with something edible or that you can reuse if they are left behind. Are you doing place cards or escort cards? You can do a 2 in 1. A personalized candy bar wrapper can include a thank you message to your guests, list your wedding party, and even a photo. Other ideas are glass coasters, koozies, chocolates, personalized wine bottles, truffles, etc. let me know if I can help out. ********@************.***

What about ghiraldi(sp) chocolates? Two or three wrapped in some tulle/organza with ribbon tied around and a thank you tag? They are nice looking chocolatesSmiley smile and they sell em at WalMart for sure!

If you find mint rolls in bulk you could put a label/sticker that says "Mint to be" actually I might do that haha, this brainstorming for others really helpsSmiley winking

Or organiza bags with personalized M&M's in them? Tie a ribbon with a tag and write a thank you note.

I am having a sparklers send off so it only makes sense to do match books for mine. I got 200 personalized match books from theknot.com for around $75 because I waited until they were on sale! Smiley smile we are having a rustic theme, so our second favor is going to be mason jars with handles. Not only do we need drinking glasses anyway, but it knocks it out with a 2 & 1!

How many guests will you be having? and how much per guest are you OK with spending? Or how much in total?? With 27 tables...I'm guessing around 200 guests?? Are you looking for a DIY favor? Or just a purchase and set it on the table??

I wanted to do something personalized as favors but it's just not in my budget. Instead i'm filling organza bags with candy. I have 125 invited and hoping to get all the candy for around $100.

My wedding favors are fans that double as programs. Useful, pretty, and saves me a bit of money!

I think favors are a total waste of money. Though edible ones are great because I could actually use (eat) them lol. My fiance and I are donating to a charity of our choice instead. I have a cousin with down syndrome so we will be donating to the N.W. Ohio Down Syndrome Association. We will have little note cards on each table saying that "in lieu of favors we have made a generous donation to..."

We did spiced pecans in little boxes. We made them in advance and put them in the freezer. It was time consuming, but I felt like it was a step up from candy. We also had a popcorn bar. We also made mini chocolate chip cookies. Even puppy chow with sprinkles would be unique and cheap. Just something different but shows that you went an extra step.

Tina s. the tickle me plant sounds crazy awesome!

We are thinking of doing individual succulents and putting little stakes in there with escort cards attached (a two for one special if you will) but tickle plants could work too hmmmm
