Right now I am working on getting all of the favors set up and ready and finishing all my DIY projects. I also want to go through all my tubs and make a checklist of everything I have to double-check what I still need, and order menus, rehearsal invites, and all other posters.

I'm also going to look at dresses the next two weekends because I am simply not happy with what I already purchased. I didn't lose as much weight as I wanted and I don't feel confident or beautiful, even with body shapers because of the style of the dress. My mother offered to pay for it because she regretted not loving her own wedding dress and she has the money saved, so I am kind of excited about that!

We have lots of DIY projects that we will be finishing this month. Trying to finish up ordering groomsmen gifts. We have our big meeting w the venue tomorrow to finalize the specifics of our wedding/reception, food and bar, decorations, cake, etc. I'm excited about that.

Can't believe we are at 59 days now when we started planning a year and a half ago! Still trying to get centerpieces put together. I feel like I am starting to over think it now though, lol. So excited to call my fiancé husband in a couple months, it's been a long time coming!

We aren't getting married until October 2019. I have everything booked but the limo. I'm waiting until off season to see if prices go down

Invitations went out yesterday. I have been trying to fine tune things.

The ceremony is written. This was a big one for us, we didn't know where to begin. Thank goodness for the internet!

Ordered the set for our wine unity ceremony

Decided on using wine bottles as guest books. I ordered these labels to use. I am so excited!

I finally dyed all of the cheesecloth I am using for table runners. I am still not sure if I am doing one long table or separating them, so I didn't want to cut it. I managed to dye 80 yards (bought for around $50 on Amazon) all at once in my bathtub. It turned out fabulous! Took me a good hour to unravel it and put it on a board for storage. I am just thrilled it turned out like I wanted and it was so cheap!

I need to finalize table decorations.

I need to nail down the rentals (for flatware, china & glassware) none of the places are super quick to respond which is kind of irritating.

I got our cute robes in for my step daughter, my MOH & I.

I do have a lot to do, but I am very relaxed about it. It will be what it will be!

Wow so productive! I love all of the DIY!

Question - how did you end up drying the cheesecloth? And did you get a fairly solid color doing it all at once? I'm looking into using RIT dye to do this but I live in a tiny NYC apartment so I'm trying to think through the logistics before I pull the trigger.

I used 2 pacs of Rit dye. The directions on the dye is so crazy. Said to add a cup of salt. Used really hot water in my bathtub. Mix the dye in a measuring cup with 2cups water, then poured it into the bath, mixed it in there, and then put the cheesecloth in. Wore rubber gloves of course. Let it soak for 30 minutes, stirring it during. I did not spread the cheesecloth out completely. Left it folded like it came. Then once in the water, I started to separate it length wise, but only half apart width wise. It was in one huge knotted lump once I got it out. I dried it like it was, over my shower curtain rod. It was almost completely dry by the next day. Then I found a piece of cardboard I could wrap it around, so I opened it up full width and wrapped it around that. Yes, it was very even. I used the pearl grey color nothing bright and crazy, so maybe that is why it was so easy?
