Please help... I can't seem to find a recessional song!
I'm at a loss for this too, so I'll be following!
Was watching Love Actually and loved the idea of playing All You Need Is Love, like they do in the movie. Problem is FH is not so much a Beatles fan so he's not very excited about it. But I thought it was such a cute idea.
I really wanted an upbeat, fun song. We are using "Life Less Ordinary" by Carbon Leaf.
Ours was "You Make My Dreams Come True" by Hall & Oates
We are playing "Rest Of My Life" by Bruno Mars.
Its just long enough to get us down the aisle and short enough that our guests wont get bored waiting at their seats.
We're doing 1,2,3,4 by the Plain white Ts. We're wtopping at the end of the aisle to wait for our guests to greet them and will continue to play the song to get everyone started on the party mood.
I really want "Fresh Feeling" by the Eels, or "Thunder Clatter" by Wild Cub.
I'm trying to figure this out too. I found a keyboard version of "Best Day of My Life" that I really liked. Have to see if the keyboardist can learn it in time, if not then I'm back at square one.
Best Day of My Life
I think we're going to do On Top of the World by Imagine Dragons. Not set in stone, though.
My fw wants to do some star wars song! Not happening... I wanted to do "finally" by cici pistion until I heard there was a "male" pronoun (2 brides here) in it
We are using "I Choose You" by Sara Bareilles. Love that song.
We are doing "stolen " by dashboard confessional! I am a lover of alt rock music and FH loves country so he got the first dance and I got the recessional
We used "This Will Be" Natalie Cole
I will be using Adventure by Angels and Airwaves. I am hoping it will be long enough for the flowergirls, ring barrier and my girls to walk down the isle.
Everything is Awesome from the Lego Movie.
