Married at the homestead in Hilliard??

Don't know if anyone on WW has photos available from a wedding there :-/ But it does look beautiful! Are you decorating the shelter for the reception and then planning on an outdoor wedding? My niece is getting married at a park, and using the "barn" for the reception and having the wedding outside (weather permitting) There are several lovely examples of outdoor weddings. Try a search for them :-)

I def want to have an outdoor ceremony, Id liek for my reception thou to be inside. The homestead park has a few locations inside for special events, the lakeside pavalon is just one, I thought it might be really pretty to be married in the pavalon, theres also a covered bridge..but not sure if 100-150 guests can be close enough for that one, and theres a gazebo on the other side of the bridge and an open space i could use...but the open space has a slope. Ive tooken losts of pics of the place but cant make my mind up. Heres a few more photos of locations inside to be married. I know my pictures would have awesome backdrops

Hi Amanda I live in Columbus and never been out there and it looks beautiful, I am getting married at the Darby House and when i saw it I knew it was the place and never second guessed myself. I think that you already have your mind made up your mind from what Im hearing and just need some validation. Go with your heart if you know this is the place then go for it especially if this is what you really want.
