Are you going on your honeymoon or are you waiting?

We re not going on our honeymoon until January 2016. So like 9 months after our wedding? We re pretty set we re going to Thailand for 2 weeks. We re waiting because We re taking time off for wedding (need to accrue more vacation), and apparently that's the best time to go to Thailand. Plus we re on our own for the honeymoon so money is nice.

What about everyone else??

We are waiting till either October or November. So 5-6 months after. We figured we would go somewhere warm when it's freezing here in NY. We haven't decided where to go yet.

We are going six days after the wedding for a week. And then summer classes start two days later for me!

One week. We leave the following weekend for our 10 day trip. Smiley smile Didn't want to wait too long because then it doesn't feel connected to the wedding.

Waiting until winter... We usually go somewhere warm, so we are just gonna do it up big instead of a typical all inclusive. (Your Thailand trip sounds awesome!!)

Also we will need to make some more money and vacation time to be able to take the honeymoon

We're leaving the next morning. We have to be on the boat by 3pm so we don't have to have a rushed morning or anything, but I really like the idea of going straight to the honeymoon after the wedding.

We were going to plan a trip later in the year, but then we had work visa problems and were stuck in NZ for an extra 4 weeks. So we had an impromptu HM then. It was fun, but I would like to go away somewhere special with DH for a real HM sometime.

Wedding weekend in Scotland, then staying in Scotland and England for three weeks. Most of the guests who are making the trip for the wedding have incorporated it into extended Euopean vacations of their own as well. Everybody wins!

We get married in July and plan to go away in September. We are going to Europe but have to wait for the football (soccer) schedule to come out to plan as we want to go to a Manchester United game!

Three days. We actually booked the honeymoon before we were even officially engaged, now we're timing the wedding around it. The wedding is Saturday, we will fly to CA on Tuesday, and the cruise leaves Wednesday.
