Any North Carolina brides changing their wedding date.

Our wedding is scheduled for June 28 in the OBX, NC. Until recently, I have been hopeful this would still happen, as we only have 25 guests. But... my fiancée is active military and now there’s a travel ban until June 30th for military! We are stuck- deciding to postpone to November (eeek- beach wedding) or keeping the date and hoping the ban gets lifted! What should we do?! No one knows 🤷🏼‍♀️

My wedding was June 13 in Jacksonville but I reschedule to August 22. Praying it's better by then

Our wedding is scheduled for June 13th near Wilmington. We were optimistic at first, but are now considering postponing until the end of August (we’ve already locked in the alternate date with our venue and vendors). We are going to make the final call in about 2 weeks when the stay at home order is re-evaluated. Given the continued uncertainty and safety of our family and friends, we are leaning more towards postponing to August (even if things open back up by June).

Our wedding is May 13th in OBX and we're doing it! They're allowing non resident property owners starting May 4th. We knew if this would happen, it would be more of an elopement, so we made the decision in March to postpone our big ceremony and reception to Oct 1. We already had our marriage license so we're making the best of it. Just us, our toddler, his dad, and our photographer!

We are sticking with 10•10•2020.
