Wedding Cakes in Central Jersey

Working with Becky to create the perfect treats for are special day was a pleasure! She was so sweet and helpful the whole step of the way! The cookies turned out amazing just what I wanted and they tasted amazing a really nice almond extract flavor everyone still can't stop talking about them! Also I ordered chocolate and vanilla cake pops and they were so tasty ! I'd highly recommend utilizing Becky and her skills with any event your having!

I cannot say enough about Jennifer and her cake! I have been ordering from Jenn for three years now for all of our children's birthday cakes and all of our special occasion cake and cupcake needs! Not only are the cakes beautiful but they are delicious!!! For our wedding we had three tiers...red velvet cake with chocolate mousse filling, white cake with French cream filing, and pink champagne cake with a raspberry cheesecake filling!!! Each layer was better than the next! Jenn delivered our cake and then decorated with fresh flowers that my florist dropped off! We used a simple white Swiss meringue butter cream for the outside of the cake. It was soo pretty! You cannot go wrong with Jenn!

The cake was beautiful and exactly what I had in mind. It was delivered to the venue on time. And to top it all off, they made it egg-less to accommodate the vegans in my family.

Nicole was so wonderful to work with. I was specially looking for a baker who decorates cakes using buttercream and not fondant. I came across Purple Cow Cakery and fell in love with the designs. Nicole was so accommodating and flexible. She created the perfect lavender themed cake and macaron tower for our wedding and captured the Bridgerton essence with her dessert creations. It tasted better than it looked! She provided the best suggestions and recommendations for our dessert station so we went with lemon cake and blackberry frosting. It was so so good and all of our guests made sure to save room to enjoy the desserts. We are so happy with how everything turned out and can't wait to continue eating our cake to remind us of this day. Thank you so much!!!

House of cupcakes did a fantastic job providing our wedding event with both regular and gluten free cupcakes in a variety of flavors that we used on a cupcake tower. They looked beautiful and tasted even better.

Easiest decision we’ve ever made! We had a cake tasting at Cocolux and decided on our cake in about 20 minutes. They executed our style and flavor perfectly, and have a great relationship with our venue so everything was well coordinated. Loved working with them and their vanilla bean cake is delicious!!

All I can say about Passion Desserts is delicious and divine! When my husband and I walked into our reception hall and were shown the cake before anyone else saw it my jaw hit the floor! WOW it was so beautiful I started to cry. Everyone commented about the cake and how good it was. The filling was delicious, moist and light. The sugar flowers wrapped from the base to the fifth tier. It look totally amazing and was the focal point of the room. Thank you for everything, you made my wedding day sweet!!! Amy and Steve

I can only recommend ordering a wedding cake from Simply Sweets by Lauren if you want the most incredibly gorgeous cake in the world. We ordered with Lauren for our wedding in September of 2024, and we were astounded; we had high expectations to begin with, and she definitely exceeded them. The cake overall was beautiful, but the sugar flowers were honestly unreal – one guest thought that our cake was fake because of how amazing they looked. Not only that, but it also tasted heavenly; we requested a marble cake with alternating tiers mocha and cookies and cream buttercream frosting, and our friends have been gushing for weeks about how delicious it was. Lauren gave us the perfect cake for our special day, and I don’t think we could have been more thrilled.

Everyone loved the cake. A few people still talk about it six months later! Not only was it DELICIOUS, it was beautiful!

I found the D'Orsi's Bakery website on a wedding site and I am so glad that I did. Stephen and company made us a beautiful wedding cake! I needed a baker close to our venue; so we had to go with someone an hour away from our house. D'Orsi's was so accomodating and worked with me over the phone when I couldn't make the trip down there. The cake was delicious and extremely reasonably priced. The best part of the whole experience was that they didn't stress over time. Other bakeries want you to book so far in advance it is silly. Stephen did not pressure us at all and we booked our cake in the month before our wedding. This is a great bakery with truly nice people. Go there and try it for yourself!
