Wedding Cakes in Richmond

So, we ended up with this baker solely because of Brandy’s professionalism, customer service skills and confidence in her product. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint! I’ve never tasted a wedding cake that good, I literally wanted to shove my face in it and devour the whole thing. I cannot recommend this company enough and trust me, you will be happy you choose Brandy because she’s a boss at what she does and delivers it in a professional and positive manner. Literally hoping I have to plan another event so we can get more from the menu!

We absolutely loved working with Carrie for our wedding! The tasting was such a fun experience and everything was so delicious that it made choosing just a few flavors nearly impossible. We ended up going with a cake and three types of cupcakes (“his,” “hers,” and “ours”), and they were all a huge hit! Our guests are still talking about how good they were. Everything looked beautiful, tasted amazing, and working with Carrie was amazing from start to finish. Could not recommend her more!

Honey Baked Bee was a fantastic choice for our small wedding! The owner, Shannon, set up a tasting with multiple flavors, as well as, discussed with us other possibilities (a cookie cake). She was available for all of my questions and put her whole heart into my big day! 100% would recommend!

I absolutely loved our wedding cake!! We wanted a cinnamon roll wedding cake and River City Sweets was willing to work with us to make it happen! It tasted delicious and all of our guests loved it! She was so easy to work with and so helpful! I highly recommend using River City Sweets!!

We are beyond thrilled with the amazing job Kayla at Cumming Home Bakery did on my daughter’s wedding cake and mini cupcakes! From the moment we discussed Ayla’s vision, Kayla completely understood what we wanted, and the end result was absolutely perfect. The cake was exactly what Ayla had dreamed of—beautifully designed and just as delicious as it looked. Every bite was moist, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! Sarah was both my wedding makeup artist and cake baker, and she is an absolute gem! With an innate eye for beauty and design, she transformed me, a nearly 50-year-old lady, into a youthful, blushing bride. With cool-toned hair, warm-toned aging skin, and a nighttime wedding that required darker colors, my makeup could be a challenge, but Sarah did a beautiful job. What really sets Sarah apart is her super upbeat and positive attitude. While we had only met once before for the trial, Sarah felt like she was one of our lifelong friends, and she was super sweet to my 88-year-old mother. She was a delightful addition to Team Bride. From the intricate details of our makeup to the delicious cake and cupcakes, her talent was recognized and complimented by numerous guests. I am so grateful to her for making our day so special, and highly recommend Sarah / Primrose for both makeup and a wedding cake.

I got so many compliments on my cake. It was so pretty. Perfect in every way! It was delicious as well as gorgeous!

I LOVE BOBBI! She is a wiz with cakes! Not only does the cake itself taste yummy, but she uses very little Fondant, which makes it that much more enjoyable! The cake not only looks beautiful, but it tastes yummy too! She is very talented at what she does and is a very kind and sweet lady! I only wish that I lived closer so I could hire her to do more events! Look her up and email her! She also very reasonably priced! If you are looking for a cake I cannot stress enough...CALL Bobbi!

WOW! The wedding cake for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding was amazing!!! We have had several people ask where we got the cake from - they’ve never tasted cake so moist and delicious at a wedding before! I hadn’t either! It’s amazing how she got the layers to stack so well with the cake so moist. Very talented! It was so beautiful! My daughter had a great experience with the taste testing of all of the flavors and fillings - all of them, they were not limited to just 3 flavors as they previously had been with another bakery. A wonderful experience working with Katherine! Definitely recommend!!

We had a great experience with Linda! She made a cake for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding and customized them both to our wishes. The taste was amazing and the price was extremely reasonable! My only recommendation would be to talk early and make your expectations extremely clear. With the busyness of wedding planning, neither of us initiated the conversation about design and the cake, while lovely, didn't look exactly as I had hoped for it to (e.g., flower placement, frosting design).
