Carly went far above and beyond all of my and my wife's expectations. If you're still looking for a wedding planner and you haven't already picked Carly, in the politest way possible, I genuinely believe you are just wasting your time :) Carly was extremely organized and helped us stay on top of every single task and detail we needed to accomplish ahead of our wedding. While being organized is table stakes for a wedding planner, the way Carly went above and beyond showed an clear drive and genuine desire to make our wedding the perfect day is not. Whenever we asked Carly for any of our somewhat out-there / particular requests (e.g "I want a chocolate fountain and our venue doesn't have one"), the response from Carly was never "yes, but.." or "maybe if..", her response was always "Yep no problem all I need is you to tell me X and I will make it happen." I had 100% trust that Carly would get the job done with no issues. Working with Carly was absolutely seamless and I couldn't image a better wedding planner. I had somewhat dreaded the idea of having to plan a wedding, but I actually ended up missing it when it was over because of how much fun it was to work with Carly. If you're in the market for a planner, please stop wasting your time and give Carly a call.

Her attention to detail, organization, and how easy she made planning our special day in Napa was a wonderful experience for us! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Christine and Jennifer at CMG Events. Planning a wedding in Saratoga while living in Los Angeles could have felt overwhelming, but their local expertise made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From the early planning stages through the wedding day in September, they were organized, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. On the day itself, everything was absolutely perfect — we were able to fully relax, be present, and truly enjoy every moment without worrying about a single detail. That peace of mind is priceless. The day felt magical, and we know that’s because of the care, professionalism, and heart Christine, Jennifer, Marissa, and the CMG Events team put into every aspect of our wedding. Her extensive knowledge of venues and vendors in the Sonoma area was essential to all our decisions. We loved working with Stephanie and her team at Off the Grid Beaten Path (OTBP) to celebrate 30 years together with 100 of our dearest friends and family members. The technologies OTBP for planning and timeline management are set and easy to use, providing easy access to most questions and automated reminders of tasks different members of the wedding party need to complete. Stephanie is clear, kind, and direct in her communications. Our event was somewhat out of the ordinary in terms of logistical management with 2 caterers, a friend who served as officiant and his husband as florist (amazing!), the DJ, event rentals, etc. And our event had four “movements” around the property, so there was a lot to manage. We are so delighted how smoothly everything went and most of all how many of our guests complimented us on the quality of the entire production, especially all the love! Thanks to OTBP for making one of the most memorable days of our lives happen so perfectly.

We can’t recommend the Savoir team enough. We originally tried to plan our wedding on our own and quickly realized that you don’t know what you don’t know until it comes up. Once we hired Savoir, everything became so much easier and we were kicking ourselves wishing we had worked with a planner from the start. They helped us create a clear plan to plan, always had answers when questions popped up, and made the entire process feel manageable. On the wedding day, a few inevitable hiccups happened (our florist accidentally left with the toss bouquet, our catering team was a bit behind), and the Savoir team handled it all so smoothly that we barely noticed. Because of them, we were able to relax and actually enjoy our day. We’re incredibly grateful and couldn’t recommend Savoir more.

Hiring Kelly and Kismet Event Co. was the best decision we made for our October wedding in Napa. After a series of red flags with our first planner, we received an email- three months before our wedding- saying our contract had been terminated without any explanation.Time to freak out, right?Turns out, it was the best thing that could have happened because that's what brought Kelly into our lives. We interviewed a few planners and Kelly really impressed us with how much she immediately cared- it never felt transactional. She got up to speed incredibly fast, and elevated the entire planning process from that point forward. She set up weekly calls, we were never left guessing-- her communication was always clear and proactive, which made an otherwise overwhelming situation feel completely manageable. She even looked through our event booking check and found areas where we could save money! Kelly is everything you'd hope for in a wedding planner and more. Not only was she was actively problem solving behind the scenes on our behalf- (it always felt like she was three steps ahead)- but like we were working with a dear friend that we've known for years, and who genuinely had our best interests at heart. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a planner who is truly exceptional.

Jenny was an absolute dream to work with. We planned our wedding from across the country, and she made the entire experience smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. She consistently went above and beyond for us, and her guidance throughout the process was invaluable. Every vendor she recommended — hair and makeup, rentals, DJ — was exceptional, and everything came together more beautifully than we could have imagined. Jenny was always on top of everything, which allowed us to truly enjoy our day without worrying about a single detail. Her husband Chris was also fantastic and such a wonderful support on our rehearsal and wedding day. Together they made the entire experience unforgettable.
