My now husband and I used Leigh & Co Events and couldn't have been happier! Brianne was a joy to work with! Also, as newbies to the DMV area her Vendor Cheatsheet was a LIFESAVER! We selected the Day Of Coordination Package and were placed with Rachel Mumford as our Coordinator. There are not enough good things to be said. She was an absolute GEM and a whiz at her job. It was the best day of my entire life and they ensured I did not have to worry about a thing! I would use them over and over and over again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding planner in the DMV!

Ren and Co. were the best wedding planners we could have asked for! First of all Alexis took on our wedding with only 3 months left until the date. She assisted in communicating with all vendors and reviewing all contracts to ensure that we got what we were looking for from the best vendors and at the best price. On the day, our DJ got into a vehicle accident and went to the hospital, but Alexis ensured that we had music during our ceremony and a replacement DJ by the reception. Alexis was very easy to work with and communicated with us every day. I would highly recommend Ren and Co. to any couple looking to plan their big day!

As someone who considers themself very organized and on top of things, I didn’t think I needed a coordinator for my wedding. Im so glad I listened to people’s advice and found Jess! Jess has an eye for detail, is incredibly creative, and has a remarkably calm demeanor. Her ability to lead my team of vendors and problem solve quickly on the spot allowed me to have the most perfect, beautiful wedding day. We spoke at length before the wedding so she knew my vision. I left every conversation with a clear image of the day and an attainable list of decisions to be made. Jess helped make sure every last detail was taken care of. On the day of I was able to be fully present, soaking in every last moment of being a bride. I cannot recommend Jess enough!!!

Imani is amazing! She helped us plan our wedding celebration on a short timeline last August and made everything feel effortless. She found great vendors, handled every detail, and brought such a calm, positive energy that made planning enjoyable. On the day itself, everything was smooth, beautiful, and completely stress-free — we were able to just relax and be present knowing she had it all handled. We’re so grateful for her!

Charlene was very helpful throughout our planning process and had regular meetings with us to help keep us on track. The day of our wedding, our coordinator Tia was fantastic and so on top of everything! We didn’t have to worry about the timeline at all, everything ran smoothly and we could just enjoy our wedding. She was also able to make some adjustments to the timeline on the fly without any issue at all. We would definitely recommend Your Day Your Way!

Hiring Stephanie was hands-down the best decision we made during our entire wedding planning journey. From our very first meeting, we could feel her passion, expertise, and genuine care and we knew instantly that we were in the best hands possible. She took our ideas and brought them to life with creativity, precision, and heart. Her attention to detail is incredible, and her ability to understand our vision felt almost magical. Her vendor recommendations were absolute perfection. Every single person she connected us with was talented, professional, and a joy to work with. It honestly felt like she hand-picked a dream team just for us. We never once doubted her suggestions and they ended up being some of the highlights of our entire wedding. On the wedding day itself, Stephanie was a superhero. Everything ran flawlessly. As someone who knew close to nothing about weddings, I was expecting the wedding planning experience to be overwhelming and stressful. Until someone suggested we hire a day-of planner. RCC made the planning process simple, straightforward, and fun. In our meetings I remember laughing a lot and working as a team to make sure the day was catered to our wants and needs. Our wedding day was beautiful, thanks to RCC!

Aleka was absolutely incredible as our wedding coordinator! She was so kind and supportive throughout the entire planning process, accommodating all of our many changes (even our decision to add a second line dance!) with patience and positivity. On the wedding day, she handled everything with such ease, care, and grace. Our friends, family, and vendors all felt comfortable relying on her, and she made sure every detail ran smoothly. She even brought to life the visions we struggled to explain, making the day feel exactly how we imagined. We are so grateful to Aleka for her intentionality and warmth—she truly gave us a wedding day we’ll never forget. Highly recommend!
