It was an absolute pleasure working alongside Eddas! From a fellow vendor’s perspective, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were top-tier. They were punctual, respectful of the timeline, and had such a calming, positive presence that made the entire day flow effortlessly. Not only were they a dream to collaborate with on-site, but the quality of their work speaks for itself. I couldn’t rave more about this beautiful cake!! The fruit jams were tart and fresh. The buttercream icing was the best texture and most balanced I’ve had. The cake itself was super moist, melt in your mouth happiness on a plate. We received so many compliments on both the lemon and coconut tiers. Decorations were stunning! With gold leaf flakes and gold painted figs and blackberries, she made all my fall wedding dreams come true. It was romance in a cake. Thank you so much!

From the beginning, Adina was incredibly responsive, receptive to our vision and brought it to life. Besides her professionalism, she was beyond kind throughout it all. The cake was not only beautiful but it was also delicious. She exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

Chef Marian absolutely outdid herself for my sister’s 31st birthday. Not only was the cake a delicious masterpiece, but the details made it unforgettable — from the flawless piping to the delicate bows and the customized acrylic sign that gave it the perfect finishing touch. The cake wasn’t just dessert, it was décor — the centerpiece of the celebration. Everyone kept asking where it came from, and my sister was beyond thrilled. Chef Marian combines artistry, flavor, and thoughtfulness in every order. If you want a cake that’s both beautiful and mouth-watering, she’s the one to trust! 💖

I cannot say enough good things about Sweet Stacy's PB, and the incredible baker behind it! From start to finish, Stacy's service was outstanding. She was friendly, responsive, and so creative with ideas elevating each of my thoughts. The cake itself was a total showstopper, both stunning in design and absolutely delicious. The red velvet was rich, moist, and perfectly balanced, while the funfetti layer was pure joy—light, fluffy, and bursting with flavor. Every detail showed real artistry and care. Everything was so amazing! They were so easy to work with and we had no hesitation that they would make a delicious and beautiful cake and they did not disappoint! Everyone loved the cake and it was gorgeous!

It was a pleasure meeting Mayra and working with her to plan our wedding cake. Mayra was very flexible in scheduling our tasting experience while we were in town visiting relatives. The cake testing went well with lots of yummy choices. She made us feel so special. Once we made our decision it was a relief to not worry about it and focus on other details. Mayra stayed in touch as needed and was encouraging the whole time. She did a fabulous job on our cake. It was both beautiful and delicious. We would highly recommend Mayra.

Thank you to Cake Emporio for my beautiful and delicious wedding cake. I had several guests ask me for the bakery because they loved it.

My daughter's wedding was this weekend and the cake was both beautiful and delicious. It was exactly what we discussed! Beatriz was wonderful and helped us size the cake to accommodate a sentimental, family heirloom cake topper. She captured our vision for the cake exactly! It was perfect, and many people had second servings!! We found this vendor through our venue, but we now have a new "go to" bakery!!
