From start to finish, Hiddenbrooke Hills was a well-oiled machine. They guided us through every step of the planning process, making sure we felt confident and prepared, and on the big day, everything ran flawlessly. They truly took care of it all- catering, bar, photobooth, floral centerpieces, officiant, and more! So we could focus on enjoying ourselves. One standout moment was right at the start of our reception: they surprised us with our very first photo as newlyweds, printed and ready to hold. Such a thoughtful and memorable touch! I also have to shout out Taylor (in the planning office), Taylor (our banquet manager), Amanda (our amazing day-of coordinator), and the rest of the staff for their professionalism and warmth. We received countless compliments from our guests about how smoothly the event was run, the quality of service, and the delicious food. And as a bonus - they even helped me pull off a hilarious prank on the groom during our “first look,” with a groomsman standing in for me. It was perfection. Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an organized, stress-free, and joy-filled wedding day.

Well I didn't know where to start when we decided this journey. I started with Google and went from there. After visiting a few venues I knew Bennett Valley would be the classy atmosphere I wanted for our special day. First off the price was amazing for what we got, every other full service venue cost 4 times to cost and some still didn't come close to what BV provided. Jessica also provided us with a list of top vendors to make our day even more special. We used their florist and dessert recommendations and we're really happy with their work. The wedding day was magical my guest raved about the ceremony and politeness of staff. They made some of their gulf carts available and provided drivers for my handicapped guest. They felt like vip, her colleagues pulled off the red carpet treatment for me and my guest. Jessica was extremely professional and empathetic. Top tier event and staff. The food was delicious! Furthermore, they active with keeping us on schedule and really happy for us. I was told by many people after that it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to . I am so blessed to have found Bennett Valley and they are really lucky to have Jessica as an employee. Top tier venue and service.

We recently had our wedding at Fairview Valley of the Moon, and working with Vanessa was truly one of the best decisions we made in the entire planning process. From the very beginning, she guided us through every step organizing timelines, helping us stay on track, and making the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Her kindness, patience, and clear communication made such a difference. We loved attending the food tastings and getting to choose our cake flavors and menu options everything was delicious and the process was so much fun. On the wedding day itself, everything was super organized. Our guests kept telling us how seamless and well-run the entire day felt. The atmosphere was perfect, the space fit our guests beautifully, and having the bridal suite made getting ready so easy and comfortable. They also offer several beautiful ceremony background options, and we chose the mountain-view space it was absolutely stunning. Vanessa was incredible on the wedding day walking us through the ceremony lineup, making sure everyone knew when to walk, and keeping the flow so natural. She was so sweet and truly made us feel cared for. One of the biggest highlights for us was how affordable the full package was compared to planning everything separately. Fairview includes so many important pieces that would've been stressful and expensive to manage on our own. We also took advantage of their recommended vendors Opal (photographer), Lisa (cake decorator), and Rose (officiant) and we are SO glad we did. Each one of them was amazing and absolutely worth it. Thank you, Fairview, for making our day so special. We honestly couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. We felt supported, relaxed, and able to just enjoy our celebration. We are super excited to see our photos and videos Highly, highly recommend :)

In need of a wedding venue for your special occasion? Look no further! Lea (Director of Wedding and Events) and her team are AMAZING! Lea was truly an angel-sent throughout the entire process. I'm not kidding -- from our initial phone call, to meeting her and seeing the venue, and until the end of our wedding, Lea was genuine, kind, and has the can-do attitude. My husband and I couldn't have imagined a better wedding. Lea and her team has such a positive energy and that's exactly what you need especially when planning a wedding. Our guests complimented the beautiful venue and all the details that went into it. So thank you, Fairview Chardonnay team and preferred vendors!

Our wedding reception at Eagle Vines was perfect!! My husband and I got married at the church I gre up going to and were looking for a reception venue that paired beauty with affordability - Eagle Vines was the perfect fit. Their beautiful archway, vineyards, and rolling hills captured Napa perfectly for those visiting from out of town. The inclusive structure of the venue made it easy to handle food and drink affordably. It was great that they offered a tasting event so that we could decide what food we wanted to serve. Tiffany was extremely helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. It was everything we hoped for. Highly recommend!

The team at the Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club (SRGCC) is absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, Annabel was warm, responsive, and eager to collaborate to ensure all of my clients’ needs were met. She answered every question thoroughly and kept me in the loop on date availability while my couple made their decision—something I really appreciated as a planner. Both Annabel and Yvette made the planning experience seamless from start to finish. As a destination planner, I was so grateful for their flexibility in scheduling a venue tour before the rehearsal. The property itself is stunning—a guest even told me it was the best venue they’d been to in the Bay Area and Sonoma/Napa Valley! The entire SRGCC staff went above and beyond the entire weekend. Our room flip finished early (which is rare!), and everyone was so kind, efficient, and genuinely invested in making the day run smoothly. Annabel and Yvette worked beautifully with my team and our outside caterers, and they were incredibly accommodating for our Indian–Danish wedding, including an early start time. Guests raved about the cocktails, the setting was gorgeous, and everything came together perfectly. We were in love with the rustic look of the great room and the jaw dropping views here. Let me tell you there is so much more to love! The staff are excellent, and truly you are not going to get a better value for the money in Sonoma County or Napa County. Christopher was great to work with, he was very easy going & flexible about all the details, super professional. This venue has all the infrastructure you need for your event. They really made it easy for us to plan our own wedding. I recommend this venue to friends and family. I hope to return here for future events!

After starting our venue search, I quickly learned that any and every specific request or swap I made to a venue's standard offering meant an "extra charge". Napa Valley Country Club was the only place we visited where this was not the case. Not only did we love the elegant, yet relaxed wine country vibe (exactly what we were looking for) and the breathtaking views, but from day 1 virtually everything I asked for Don responded with "no problem". Our wedding at NVCC turned out beautifully, of course, and Don was so helpful and accommodating along the way. I'm a very particular person and it was important to me to have vendors and people throughout the wedding planning process who were able to work with me to bring a certain vision to fruition. While a tight budget wasn't much of an issue, I didn't appreciate the feeling of being nickel and dimed at every opportunity just because the word "wedding" was attached. NVCC was reasonable priced, flexible, and very easy to work with. On top of the general ease as a venue, the food was fantastic, and day-of service was great. I'm so happy we found and chose NVCC for our wedding and I couldn't recommend them enough.

I just got married on 9/16/23 and had my wedding through Fairview Events Sonoma County at Foxtail Golf Club. It was the most magical day and everything went perfectly, exactly how I imagined and how we planned it. All of my guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. They loved the atmosphere and thought the event was really well done. The entire planning process was so easy and such a breeze thanks to the Director of Weddings & Events, Marshuana Carter, who was my wedding coordinator as well as my day of coordinator. She was wonderful to work with. I picked Fairview after performing a google search for "all inclusive wedding venues in Sonoma County". I wanted to streamline my wedding planning process as much as possible and didn't want to have to worry about all of the vendors. The best part is that Fairview has their preferred vendors and they take care of it all for you! In-house catering (food was amazing), exclusive DJ, Floral, Cake, and Invitations. Everything is priced together so you know exactly what you are getting and how much it will cost. This was a BIG PLUS for me! You just make choices along the way. The only outside vendors I had to find and pay separately were my photographer and my hair/makeup artists. I found my photographer through the wedding fair that Fairview hosted in February and she was one of their recommended photographers that they work with often. This venue has everything down to a science and their weddings are executed to perfection. It turns out several of my guests had been to weddings there previously and they were just as impressed and so happy that I had mine there also. If you are looking for a wedding venue in Sonoma County that is beautiful, easy to work with, has good value/bang for your buck, stop looking-this is it!!!! I would recommend this venue and event company to everyone!

We were married October 2019 at the Wild Oak Saddle Club and it was absolutely perfect. From start to finish the manager of the facility, Lori, the staff, and the chef were incredible. The entire planning process was awesome. Every detail was executed perfectly and our day was amazing. All of our guests said that our wedding was the best they had ever been to! The food was delicious, the grounds were immaculate, the staff were all attentive and genuinely friendly and kind. The scenery surrounding the venue is breath taking. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone considering getting married in Sonoma County.
