From the Mother of the Bride: The Red Horse Barn venue and event planning company AAEI were top-notch. Every aspect of the event flowed smoothly and it was beautiful. The venue itself is magical. The site tucked away in the Equestrian area. Both Michael & Robyn of AAEI gave many great suggestions for the right vendors for my daughter's wedding. The packages are mostly all inclusive. Florals, caterer, dj, videographer, bakery, etc. - we were thrilled with the outcome. Everyone that attended said it far exceeded their expectations and I have to agree (we had 133 at the wedding and had plenty of room). Even the bride and groom's preparation suites on site were very spacious and private. My daughter absolutely loved the magical and upbeat vibe of the reception. I would highly recommend the Red Horse Barn and AAEI.

What a beautiful venue and great staff. It was nice to have three distinct areas for ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner/dancing. Andrew was my main contact and he was fantastic to work with, along w Jessica and then, day of, Brandon. We used some of their preferred vendors for food, DJ and bar and they were all great as well. In addition, it was nice to be able to DIY some things like decor and flowers. I live in the Midwest and was able to handle it all from afar/day of. In an area as gorgeous as Orange County, where a person could choose a beautiful oceanfront venue, I would choose Aliso Viejo Ranch again without hesitation!

First off, if you are reading this and looking at Rancho Las Lomas as a potential venue congrats on the engagement! If you have been to this venue you know how amazingly magical it is. My husband and I were lucky enough to have our wedding reception here last August and it was more amazing than anything we could have dreamed of. The 24 carrots staff was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the process. We were married in a church and transferred to the venue for the reception, but by the time we got there the venue looked amazing. The staff at the venue helped to coordinate all of our vendors and made sure we had all items arranged and ready to go prior to the big day. Having all of the space at this venue is fantastic to create different areas for every event you are looking for on your big day. It certainly did not disappoint and we still have so many of our guest complimenting how amazing the venue was. I will say with all the good, there are some things to be aware of before booking with the venue. You are required to use 24 carrots for catering, they require all vendors to have insurance, you are required to have at least a day of wedding coordinator, and they do provide a valet service for the day of your event, but there is only one vendor you can use and you are at the mercy of the company on cost which caught us a little off guard. Hope this helps in making your decision!

This venue is so unique. Tayler the wedding planner took my daughter’s vision and made it a reality. The staff is so friendly and you actually feel like friends after the event. All of our guests were commenting on how beautiful and fun this wedding was. We would highly recommend this venue.
