We had our wedding here in April. It is so beautiful and everything we wanted for our wedding. Rick was such a big help and always there if we needed anything or had questions. We had a wedding of about 160 people and fit everyone comfortably. We highly recommend this venue to everyone!

We were the first wedding at Camp Hideaway's Gruene location. It had everything I was looking for - modern farmhouse aesthetic, lodging for my out of town guests, and beautiful oak trees for our ceremony site. Ollie & the CH team were very helpful every step of the way. They were very accommodating with special additions like beer burros for cocktail hour, a gelato cart for dessert, and decor / table layout, etc. The event hall fit my almost 200 guests perfectly (we moved a few tables out of the way after dinner). There is an outdoor patio area that served well for cocktail hour & beer burros. We rented the property out for the entire weekend, so we were able to enjoy the pool the day after the wedding. The venue is a less than 10 minute drive to the town of Gruene, so it was easy for guests to go grab coffee, go to Gruene Hall and explore the day after the wedding. If you're looking for adorable farmhouse lodging, a gorgeous event venue, and beautiful ceremony site under the oak trees, I would highly recommend you check out Camp Hideaway in Gruene.

absolutely BEAUTIFUL location (Tejas was our first date so when i saw they had a wedding venue i KNEW it was the place!) Wonderful to work with - even with my poor response times due to work! good food and great people! Our ceremony was held at their little white chapel

My husband and I were in a bind with having to change wedding venues after starting our planning process and after touring the Hofmann Ranch with our children, we knew this was where we wanted ti get married. The staff made the planning process easy and stress free with their constant professionalism and communication. We felt that our wants/needs were being taken seriously and no question or change was too big to accommodate. Due to our venue change, we had venders that were already contracted for our big day and the staff easily worked with everyone involved. As a bride, I was overwhelmed with how everything was going to come together logistically (especially using vendors new to Hofmann Ranch). This overwhelming feeling was quickly put at ease once I realized that Bailee (our day-time coordinator) had everything under control. I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding along with everyone else in attendance. Our night-time coordinator, Penelope, also did an amazing job finishing our timeline events. The food … absolutely delicious! The drinks … on point! Guests were eating, drinking and dancing all night long. The only hiccup were issues with the DJ (outside vender) and both Bailee and Penelope did wonderful at trying to maintain the timeline schedule and be professional with someone who was unwilling to do his job as my husband and I contracted him to do. Their efforts were truly impressive. We would recommend Hofmann Ranch to anyone looking to book a wedding or private event!

Jason and Sierra were both great to work with, very responsive and knowledgable. The venue itself is full of charm and history, you will feel both cozy and enchanted all night. The price was great as well and on the day of, the staff were attentive, responsive, and extrememly conscientious. Hakuna Matata if you have this crew!

Our wedding was magical. Everything went smoothly and nothing went wrong thanks to Sheena the wedding coordinator. She took care of everything and answered every question I had.

The woman was very accommodating and available to meet with us when ever we were available. My fiancé and I work late and the drive is about 40-45 minutes, but she was willing to meet us that evening! She showed us around the venue, helped us to envision the wedding, and answered all of our questions. The venue is beautiful and has a lot to offer any special event, big or small. I will update the review once I experience my big day at this venue!

The staff of the Allen Farmhaus are absolutely incredible! They are some of the kindest, sweetest, and funniest people you will ever work with. Honestly, booking their venue for our wedding day was my favorite thing about our wedding. Not to mention the actual venue itself is simply beautiful. The chapel is so lovely with its stained glass windows and doors as well as its open-air design and bell. The barn is so spacious and breathtaking all on its own. The Allen Farmhaus is seriously one of those venues that doesn't require much decor to look nice. It looks gorgeous all on its own so it's a minimal, DIY, and budget bride's dream.
