Barn & Farm Wedding Venues in Portland

I could not have planned a wedding reception from 1,000 miles away without Peg - her experience and guidance were invaluable. She is also a day-of coordinator for the event and takes care of all the set-up! I simply dropped everything for the reception off the day before with instructions, and we had nothing to do but enjoy ourselves the day of. The venue is lovely and comes basically decorated. All we needed to add was the table decorations and some additional touches here and there. There is also great outdoor space on the wrap-around deck, and the views overlooking the golf course are lovely. All staff were extremely professional, and the food was delicious!

We had my nephews wedding here this weekend and it was absolutely PERFECT. The venue is so special, the grounds are spectacular, and the owners can't do enough to ensure your event runs smoothly. I would highly recommend this AMAZING place.

From start to finish it was a great experience and beautiful venue. Skylar was always available to help answer questions. Our guests raved about the space as well. Just book it! You won’t regret it! We have nothing but positives to say about Moonlit. A++++

Beech Ridge Barn was the only venue we toured - we visited 2+ years before our wedding and immediately booked it after meeting Bridget + seeing the property. Fast forward to over two years later, I can say booking this venue was absolutely the BEST decision we could have made. The barn is absolutely stunning, truly magical -- and our favorite part of the weekend was the ability to rent the guest houses with all of our friends. The houses were awesome + stocked with everything we would need. It's in a great location in Scarborough where you're super close to Portland but in a more rural area of the town for peace + quiet. Bridget is worthy of her own review -- she was fantastic from start to finish and we felt very comfortable knowing she was in charge of the space. She just rocks. We will always remember Beech Ridge as one of the happiest weekends of our lives -- we can't recommend this venue enough to celebrate!

Beautiful venue and property, there was a lot of options for decorations already there so that helped with the process as well. We got lots of compliments on the space and service.

Angela and her team were absolutely amazing. I got married here September of 2021 and it was way more above and beyond than I ever dreamed my wedding would be. Angela took care of pretty much everything, walked us through the whole thing, and was just so sweet and nice. By the end of the night she was even in tears because she grows a connection with the brides, grooms, and their families. I still stay in contact with her to this day because she made one of the most special days of my life something my husband and I will never forget. We also used her dinner wear package and she did our flowers. I can't tell you how helpful it was for her to offer those things, and the flowers were exactly what I pictured in my head. If you are looking for a venue that feels welcoming and like home, this is the place. Angela goes above and beyond and offers more than any other venue we looked at. I will always recommend this venue and love promoting it so people can have as magical of a day as I did. She even helped me pull off a huge surprise, not only to my husband, but to all my guests, setting up my keyboard and coordinating with the DJ so I could preform a song I had written. I added just a few pictures that show the beauty of this property, but there's also been so many updates since my wedding that make it that much more beautiful. The photo in the woods is the path right next to the ceremony area where we got pictures.

We could not have asked for a better wedding venue! From the time we booked our date two years in advance, up until our wedding day, Mackenzie, Dan, and their team were amazing. The entire team was incredibly communicative - they answered all of our questions throughout the process and made sure that every detail was perfect for our weekend. The property itself is incredible. The accommodations are all stunning - they are modern, clean, and had everything our guests needed for the weekend. It was incredible to have all of our closest friends and family (and our dogs) on the property for the whole weekend. We had rain on our wedding day and the team went above and beyond to make sure that the day was still just magical. We also utilized The Nest for catering throughout the weekend leading up to the wedding and utilized the bar service for the welcome party and wedding. Everything was fantastic! We received so many compliments from guests on the venue and the Autumn Lane team. Choosing Autumn Lane Estate was absolutely the best decision we made and we cannot recommend them enough!

My husband and I had our wedding here is September 2024. We truly cannot recommend The Greenhouse and Jessica enough. The space and flowers were stunning in September and we received so many compliments from guests. Jessica was extremely responsive and helpful. This was the first wedding venue we looked at in person and knew it was perfect for our day before we even made it back to our car. We booked that night! The Greenhouse was the perfect space for our dream wedding. Thank you so much!

Our entire experience working with Oxbow was perfect. The day of went so smoothly and they really paid attention to every detail. Rebecca and the entire team are clearly so experienced in executing a flawless wedding. Would 10/10 recommend getting married there!

When I first started looking at wedding venues, I noticed very few places that would allow you to be on the property for more than the day of the wedding. It was really important to me to be able to have as many of my family and friends able to be around in the days before the wedding. Beyond the rustic farmhouse/barn aspect, I was drawn to Coolidge due to the ability to be on the property from Thur-Sun. This allowed me to be able to a) do a lot of the DIY projects I wanted to do for the wedding and b) there was a lot of flexible accommodation options that allowed most of the close family and friends to stay on property with us. The property is beautiful with many lovely places for photos. Misty was great in guiding us through the process and offering advice where we needed it. Another great benefit to this property is that Misty will act as your day of coordinator which is a big task and one that is very necessary. I really loved our venue and would choose it again in a heartbeat.
