Restaurant Wedding Venues in Chicago Suburbs

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Eden Events and had the most phenomenal day! The venue is absolutely beautiful. Every single guest made sure to let us know how beautiful it was and how incredible the food was! The grounds around the venue also has tons of beautiful space for photos. The entire team made the planning process stress-free from start to finish. During our food tasting, the owner sat down with us to get feedback on the food and changes we would like such as less / more salt or any other dietary requirements, which was a very nice touch. The day of the event, everything ran so smoothly, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. The servers and bartenders did a wonderful job. The DJ stage is a nice touch as well. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a unique venue to check out Eden Events, you won’t be disappointed!

We had our pre-wedding party at the Parlour and the guests loved the space. It feels like a home away from home, but the staff does all of the work for you!

The Public Landing was perfect for our small, simple wedding reception! The event coordinator, Dana, is absolutely amazing. She made sure that everything was perfect and the way that we envisioned our special day. Our reception could not have been more perfect!

Venuti’s is an absolutely amazing place to hold a reception. From the moment we stepped inside and saw the breathtaking staircase and ornately decorated halls, we knew our day was going to be special. The outstanding service we received—from Ciara, our main contact, to the waitstaff and bar staff on the day of—only confirmed it. Ciara was exceptional at communication, promptly answering every question and addressing every detail with care. She helped ease our stress through any scheduling or decor challenges that came up, making the entire process feel smooth and manageable. The food was unparalleled—our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was. The vodka sauce and martini bar were definite highlights and must-haves for anyone hosting their reception there. We truly couldn’t have imagined a better experience and are incredibly grateful to Ciara and the entire Venuti’s team. When we told our other vendors that our reception was at Venuti’s, they were thrilled—which says a lot about the venue’s outstanding reputation.

Jen's was the first place we checked out and we immediately booked it after having a delicious dinner and seeing how beautiful the place was. Everything was amazing from the staff, the food and the atmosphere. Michael and Kristen made the entire process so easy - they answered all of our questions/concerns and made sure everything ran smoothly. 1000% would recommend over and over again.

We recently hosted our wedding at this venue and had a wonderful experience overall. Katie Jones was fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond by helping us reach our food and beverage minimum, accommodating various dietary restrictions, and being flexible with scheduling meetings throughout the planning process. The pond ceremony location was beautiful and offered several great spots for photos. We also loved having the patio available during cocktail hour and throughout the reception. It provided a comfortable space for guests to chat and take a break from the louder music inside. The food was good and well-received by our guests. Although we ran into an issue with the venue’s built-in screens not working for our slideshow, the team quickly brought in a screen on a wheeled cart to resolve it, which we appreciated. Overall, we’re very happy with how our wedding turned out and grateful to the team for their efforts to make the day special!

The Grand was an amazing venue and group to do our wedding and reception with. Jillian was a terrific person to work with both in the months leading up for the venue and as the day-of-coordinator. Despite challenges with the building renovations and having to work through some changes, Jillian handled these proactively and professionally while reducing the impact to our big day. We absolutely loved the space and how it met all of our needs (Ceremony, reception, food/beverage included, no rentals, etc). It made the lead-up and day itself so much smoother, and we truly didn't have to worry about anything. Also, the food was fantastic and Chris did an awesome job during the tasting and the night of! The value for the money was incredibly high, and we would definitely recommend doing your wedding at/with The Grand!

Glenwood Oaks catered my wedding and my wedding shower. The food, presentation and service are top notch. I would definitely recommend their services for your wedding or event. John is super helpful and professional. Great family owned business and I will cater from them again.

Cooper’s Hawk in Arlington Heights was a fantastic host for our wedding rehearsal dinner. Their venue space was beautiful and picturesque, the food was spectacular (so much so that our guests were talking about it well after the meal), and the service was wonderful as well. We were very impressed with their professionalism, their support, and their overall communication with us. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them for other events! Thank you CH!
